A great “experience” , authentically Italian, attentive hosts , beautiful food, fabulous Prosecco . Our meal was a little slow so the only thing may have been some bread and oil to nibble while we waited, this would have made our experience 10/10 because when the food did come out every aspect of it was freshly prepared and perfectly delicious! Well done ⭐️

We get together for a meal with a couple of friends a few times a year. This place is a real gem and I am always amazed that there are tables available at short notice. The stall are attentive and on point when it comes to answering questions and so on. The food is superb I cannot recommend enough.

Nice pub/restaurant but unfortunately my pizza was cold, the vegetables on the pizza were overcooked and the last 2 slices had so much salt on them I couldn.t eat them.

nice restaurant where the food is good. However, be careful of possible scams: the boss offered us a seabass for two and served us a gray mullet (4 or 5 times cheaper at the market). At our remarks, he seemed to no longer understand our English. We have been invoiced to seabass for £65. So if you shake his hand, count your fingers carefully

One of my favourite restaurants and definitely worth the short drive from Crawley. If you have not tried this restuarant I would highly recommend it. Lovely menu to suit all tastes. Freshly made pasta, pizza, steak, fish, roast dinners, lovely starters, beautiful home made deserts! I love to try new things and 10/10 blacksmith arms has a brilliant variety each week on the specials, ranging from tomahawk steak, whole seabass, pasta dishes, pizzas, fish mixed grill. I have only recently found a love for fish and thought I would try something new... the fish mixed grill. It was delicious. So much flavour and perfectly cooked. Served with lovely Fresh Vegetables and roast potatoes cooked to perfection. Very friendly, welcoming staff who cannot do enough for you. Large variety of wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks. Beautiful coffee too ☕️. Lovely function room that can be hired to host a whole variety of different events. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended for any special occasion, random dinner out, or take away. They also deliver depending on location. Also dog friendly! 💜

Every time we come here we have a lovely time. The portion sizes are great. The food is tasty. This time round 2 had pizza, 1 had seafood pasta and 1 had orchiette. All tasted amazing! The staff are superb… very attentive and really friendly! A great family run business!

Came for lunch again today. Was served by Tony, who recommended the Lobster special for us both. Food came beautifully cooked and well presented, full of flavour and delicious to eat. This really is a great Italian restaurant with first class staff - both front of house and in the kitchen.

Popped in after a long walk for a pizza. As always the food was amazing! We had the calamari and tricolore (mozzarella, tomato and avocado) to start and both had pizzas for main! On the way back from Goodwood Motor Circuit, we wanted to just 'drop in' for some lunch along the way. The Blacksmiths Arms looked a good bet and we were not disappointed. The venue was nice and relaxing with a warm welcome. Didn't take long to place the order and then the food was at the table promptly. And what food it was, my wife had the Fiocchi, which she loved and I had the 1010 Burger, probably the best gastro burger I have ever tasted. The Blacksmiths Arms has now turned into a 'must stop' when we visit Goodwood again, a great find and highly recommended.
