Really poor service. Food took over an hour and we'd prebooked. Afternoon tea scone were burnt and they wouldn't replace as the kitchen was closed. Good selection of cake and un-traditional savoury selection which is fun

I don’t usually write about businesses. However, yesterday morning on a rare day off, my family & I were looking for somewhere nice for breakfast. My daughter suggested Coffe@no4. We arrived, the young waitress asked if we had a reservation!! We hadn’t. She said they were fully booked all weekend. Later we checked, there was a table available at 2.00pm. That was fine as it was busy & we were unaware the cafe took bookings. What did annoy us was that she literally shut the door in our faces. I own coffee shops & my family are involved in the business. A message to the owner, perhaps a little training in customer service to the team would be helpful. Shame as my daughter had recommended you. I always give a second chance, however not sure when I will have another free day.

First time going here , it was busy so I guess that’s why service was slow, had drink drinks way before food was served . Friends had tacos which they said was nice . I had a scone jam and cream , this was obviously heated up in a microwave . Also had the food then had to wait for cutlery to be brought out, so not the best service at all

Really nice food, however often long waiting times, we waited over an hour for a BLT and then the waitress kindly offered a discount. However this was cancelled out as they added service charge without asking and without showing us the bill.

We visited for the first time on their 5th birthday, which was rather busy! So I’ve kept that in mind with this review… The team were lovely! I did have to go get my own menus and go in to order, as it felt like we’d been forgotten about outside (and I then had to go get cutlery after our food was brought out, as it was getting cold as the waitress didn’t come back out with cutlery as she said she would… BUT it was busy and clearly had been non stop) The food was beautiful! A large portion of high quality ingredients which were so flavoursome! I highly recommend going and will definitely go back. Now, my review isn’t a criticism - it’s just to make them aware of not forgetting the guests outside. As I heard another table saying about how some things had been forgotten, or drinks were brought twice. It had clearly been a busy day. But the staff were lovely and we’ll go back to sample more of the menu.

This is a wonderful cafe. The food is excellent and different from the norm. The Rosti stack is incredible as are all the other dishes. The staff are really nice and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is freshly cooked to order and therefore takes a little time to arrive, but, boy is it worth the wait! One word, outstanding! An absolute must.

Have been here a couple of times and it's been exceptional each time. Food is high quality, tasty, well presented and yes slightly pricier, but for the quality it is worth it! Service is friendly too and quick and it has a lovely busy atmosphere! I would always book to come here as it's not the biggest place and is always busy, i'd be surprised if you would be able to walk in at the weekend for breakfast, but they do turn tables quickly (without rushing you) Overall a wonderful place for breakfast and brunch and I will be back!

Cafe no.4 is a fantastic lunch spot in a town filled with uninspired chain resturants and cafe's. The interior is both modern and cozy with funky decor, interesting furniture and warm blankets all around. The menu consists of breakfast and lunch classics with some adventurous twists. The bloody mary toastie was amazingly inspired with a sweet tomato chutney hot jalapeños salty crispy bacon and melted cheese. The final form of a BLT? Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

We have lived in Horsham for nearly 10yrs, thought to try a new café to our usual ones. We were completely dismissed by the staff, we stood by the door waiting while others who came after us were being served. We asked if we could sit at a table that was free. Told yes but the table was reserved by someone else. We kept waiting for staff to bring the menu and they just walked by giving it to others who were arriving after us. Felt discriminated for the first time ever in Horsham.

A lovely lunch at one of the jewels of Horsham's Gastro-quarter. A first time visit, we were planning to stop for just coffee and pastries, but the menu drew us in for something more substantial. The food was outstanding. My son devoured his pancake stack, barely leaving a pattern on his bowl; my Bloody Mary (Cheese toastie with bacon and a beautiful chilli jam/chutney) was sumptious; my wife's BLT was stacked with flavour and my daughters Rosti stack was topped with creamy eggs and perfect bacon. Nice coffee and a wide range of teas, we left very satisfied. One minor quibble - took over 20 mins for the food from ordering, but it wasn't an uncomfortable wait, and it was a busy time. Visited today in search of a good piece of cake and a cuppa. Walked past here a billion times and have never popped in but thought I'd visit today. It is table service, when we entered i didn't spot the sign and sat down but we were told we needed to wait and that it was table service. The service was swift and friendly. Loose left tea and coffee was nice. Cake was fresh and delicious. We were sat upstairs, it felt cramped and was so so loud with chattered. It felt hot and too loud for me, I had a headache when we left. There was a couple next to us who left before ordering because it was too loud. The food looked lovely and it's clearly a popular cafe because it was packed. Honestly I probably wouldn't return because it's too loud. And there is other cafes in Horsham that we love.

We found ourselves in Horsham on a Sunday morning looking for somewhere to have breakfast. A friend had suggested Bill's; they were busy and not very interested in walk ins. Across the square was Cafe@No4 - we hesitantly viewed the menu outside and apprehensively entered. Wow! We were greeted with smiles and welcome by all the staff even though they were clearly busy too. They were also full and had bookings for the next few hours but they were determined to help and found us a place upstairs within seconds. Another member of staff waited on us and she was a delight too. If the hospitality and cosy feel wasn't enough to warrant a visit next time you find yourself in Horsham then I'll add that the coffee (exactly as we wanted it) was perfect and the breakfast was bl**dy delicious. Booked two days camping here based on the owners description of the attached pub and well presented site. Pub was closed, the site is horrible. Grass pitch too wet he said. Expected us to park on the road amongst work vans and grimey caravans. Shower and toilet facilities look gross. This place is not suitable for winter camping and looks nothing like the advertised photos or description. Didn't meet us as he said he would. Many similar reviews from other campers using Pitch Up and Trip Advisor. Since changed his description on Pitch Up.. Worth reading those reviews to see how he responds to feedback. Refusing a refund.

First visit for our 55 wedding anniversary and we have to say it was one of the best Indian meals we have had in our lives.
