Love coming to the heron on the weekly. I requested Yvonne the manager cook my chicken fingers and she did they were hot and tasty and jacob is always good for a laugh

First and absolutely the last time I will order from here.. greasy and anemic looking food. The pancake roll was overcooked and the contents inside it was slimy. Couldn't eat anything

Noisy store always causing a disturbance also at 12am shouting really loud in the carpark banging pots and pans really need to flipping grow up store manager is very rude and need to be more respect and more polite and the people In the kitchen need to stop shouting there big mouths out in the carpark and in the kitchen because people in the neighbourhood and neighbours don't want to hear you shouting and talking really loud and also customers need to stop shouting next to the kitchen neighbours don't want to hear you 5 days a week constantly shouting and making noises and making noises next to the wall which echos as well

Usually a really good meal from them, but tonight the mushroom curry and chips, was way below standard. The chips where so stale, dry and hard, they had been left for a time and then reheated but not in a fryer more like microwave had to throw bag away. Mushrooms were on the slimey and tasteless. Best thing was the peas and onions with the sauce.

We ordered collection for £25 15’ buy one get one free pizza’s, they were not properly cooked and I could feel the watery dough on the bottom, called for help and they were rude. Bad service, not worth the price … microwave pizza is much better then this.

Just ordered, wrong order didn't add extras we paid for unable to dispute as closed now, tasted awful just a sludgy mess! Go to peaches!
