I came in today for my daughters birthday Ellie and Kayleigh c we’re amazing very accommodating and very help full thank you ladies

I came for breakfast this morning with my family and the food was absolutely fantastic the scrambled egg was the best I’ve ever eaten complements to the chef this morning

Took the kids here for breakfast for the first time. Louise, our server was lovely and helpful in recommending food. The cornflake chicken burger was a big hit with my eldest, I tried the cornflake chicken strips (they were delicious) and my other son had a mega breakfast (it's huge!). We all enjoyed our brekkie and will be coming back again 😋

Come in for a few drinks and to play darts, great atmosphere felt very welcomed by all the staff working. Will definitely return

Great simple experience here with Louise as our waitress. very attentive and came back to check. App unfortunately wasn't working but bar staff very helpful with taking my order and made sure I was able to take advantage of the deals of the day (of which there are many each day).

Love coming to the heron. Marie and Ryan always make me laugh and give good service. Food always nice. Never nothing to complain about when we come here

Visit this pub many times a month. Drinks and food always spot on. Great value for money. Great atmosphere and the best part is the friendly, attentive staff. Come to the heron often with family and friends and Marie always looks after us, my kids love her she's down to earth and a good laugh, looking forward to dj night.

Came out for a catch up meal with my friends and had one of the best services i’ve had in a while from anywhere from the one and only Owen was great to have a laugh with and gave some excellent suggestions for our puddings will definitely be coming back and looking forward to some more fantastic service from Owen.

Came for the darts competition, lovely atmosphere and great staff especially Ashleigh, she was amazing. Will be back.

Came out for a pick me up meal with family and was amazed by the service we received. Our server Kaylee was an absolute joy and was so helpful in helping us get the best selection for us.

As always the service was quick, exemplary and with a smile. Kayley and Toni personify the true meaning of customer service and although there were no issues I’m confident if one arose it would’ve been dealt with swiftly and with consummate professionalism

Arlee was great and very relaxing to talk to. Food was great, just wish there was more chicken options. Music could use a bit more different genres.

We had a candy maina and it was great. My partner spilled his water and the lovely waiter Harvee was amazing and helped us clean it up without being asked and then offered a refill. Lovely guy.

Food and drinks brought to table in good time. While ordering it became apparent the menu was unclear and staff was increasingly irate and annoyed instead of explaining or trying to be helpful. Food was ok though lacklustre and missing components.

Came in for a birthday dinner and the staff were so nice, and there was a lot of us! It was for a 21st and even though the pub was very busy over lunch the ladies where so good to us so thank you!

Very disappointing experience tonight. I can’t fault the food as it was cooked well and my medium steak was medium. However, the attitude of the staff and willingness to work was non existent. There were empty glasses all over many tables, cleared by the bouncer...

This is our second time at the Heron,Havant. Again outstanding food great service. If you like burgers go on a Friday buy one get free. Better than anywhere else we’ve been for a whole.

I do love this place it’s cheap the food is hot and the beers are flowing, it’s always busy but they try their best to squeeze you in and if there’s no space I will happily sit in the garden!

Popped in for lunch, pub was very busy but the service was still spot on. Stuff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble! Had the new homerun burger followed by the Homer doughnut, would definitely recommend & will be returning.

Myself n my family go to the Heron alot, we are always made to feel welcome and enjoy the friendly atmosphere with the staff... we have never had a bad meal. If I had to mention a negative it would b needs air conditioning.
