The Cookie Guys Express in Havant

I litterly just called them up to order for collection I said please can I have the hot honey wings 6 of them and chips and a drink and when I said how much is it the young lad said 100£ I said how much and two more times he kept saying 100£ I was soo confused I don’t know if he’s joking or what then I said am I calling Pizza Hut ? And he said no ? And then he hang up on me I think he was taking the piss from me like how unprofessional his voice was soo young . Like it’s soo normal to ask for the price like what the hell ? My partner said let’s go and challenge him and see if he gonna act like this when he sees us but I can’t be asked with it I ain’t gonna waste time on stuff like that so I decided I will leave a review instead . Hopefully Pizza Hut manger or someone above him sees this review and will sort him out and listen to the recording I called today at 21:26pm .

This Place is always Not selling Hot Food! I've been to this cafe a couple of times but they don't sell hot food since i've been here a couple of times They need to fix their brains and start Selling hot food!!!!

For the record this is a take-away and not a restaurant, what used to be an amazing place is everything but these days, one day the food is ok-ish the next barely edible, I keep giving it one more try due to convenience but that it for me now, I would previously always recommend anyone to travel miles to come here, Im just up the road but I'll never use this place again, I placed a phone order as I always do and they said collection will be 20 mins, so I was there ready to collect within the 20 minutes, 40 minutes later and the food finally came out from the back carried by this English guy thick black wavy hair, with more food down the front of him than I had ordered, he looked absolutely filthy, yes found black hair in the chicken balls and in the rice, don't take anymore chances on this place, I will be using a delivery company from now on

Such a shame a few years ago this place was great and we recommended to many but from the bad reviews I can see it's gone down hill but didn't check before this .We ordered about 8.30pm called at 9.40pm to check where it was as website said 40 mins and Guy on the phone said it just left with the driver which wasn't a problem , 30 mins later we checked again as we live in waterloville so only 5 mins from the restaurant . Guy had not a clue where it gone and advised we probably won't be recieving it was 10.20 pm by this time .When my partner asked for a refund as we spent over £50 they said they couldn't give us one even if we came down to the restaurant and had to go through some email to request it . Very poor service, I understand things happen but the customer service of not receiving your meal after 2 hours and advised it's probably not coming and no refund or resolution is shocking .. I'm afraid we wont be ordering again and advising others the same , zero star if I could Update - over a month later and no refund - manager keeps fobbing us off with an email address which never replies . Please avoid if you don't want to be scammed out of money

Food always arrives cold, drinks and dips usually missing. Delivery takes around an hour on average.
