UK Pizza And Kebab House (Havant) in Havant

Order food for me and my partner he had the buy one get one free pizzas for a 9inch £14.99 now I know it’s a deal for £7 per pizza but if he got it from dominoes he would of paid £10 extra and got 2 of there large ones at £12.50 each I asked for 10inch they said they had it but didn’t also they came cold but we paid £35 for 2 of there smallest pizza at b1g1f cheesy chips chicken strip wrap and onions rings the pricing is disgusting 🤦‍♀️

Ordered online for food to be delivered and left on the porch, payment taken and no food left!!

Terrible service wouldn't recommend this place to anyone very rude people they delivered my food when ordered but just left outside and got food got cold and bad customer service skills and I have called them to talk to the manager was told that I will get a call back and it hasn't happened when I call them back they just hang up on me also there food hygiene is bad so please people don't eat from here RIP OFF 😡😡

Absolutely disgusting food chips was still frozen and rock hard chicken shish was slimmy when bitten into it, been stuck to the toilet ever since eaten that food never ordering from there again

Words cannot describe how unbelievably disgusting my food was last night! Not just vile but tasteless, the garlic mayo didn’t even taste like garlic or mayo, the meat, well, if you want to call it that was like nothing, couldn’t even pull a taste out of it, couldn’t even get a smell from it!! And the hot chilli sauce was added just to destroy my tastebuds so the rest seemed eatable.

Susan made dinner at home but George fell over bashed nose on all our food he wasn't moving but the worst part about it is that he ruined our dinner so we had to come here placed smelled awful but lovely Susan robbed a homeless man on the way in and dropped her handbag on his head (he was knocked out) but he's fine

Honestly come to my land n u turned with my food even tho I payed 15 pound just for delivery he took 50 pound worth of food off me im going back to the shop tomorrow to put him in his place

Service is absolutely disgusting I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 hours for my food and it still hasn’t turned up I ordered at 1:20am it’s now 3am! Tried phone numerous times and when they answered they said the driver is in his way? Really… it takes 3 hour hours to get from Havant to Waterloovile I think not!! I’m definitely not ordering from here again 😂I mean I would give the food a rating but because it hasn’t turned up Yano I kinda can’t🤦‍♂️😂

Over 2 hours to deliver cold food avoid at all costs

Had to wait over 2 hours for my food no sorry no nothing the food wasn't bad though but can get it cheaper through just eat with the price guarantee and no 2 hours wait wouldn't order directly again as both times had issues shame really as I was a regular bit it's coming far and few between now and looking for else where now

the reason behind leaving one star is due to your customer service skills i have ordered many times no problems but tonight i ordered and my phone was playing up so the shop called me back multiple times till i had paid (using my bank card) the food turned up within 30 mins bonus but 3 pitta breads were missing when i called they said it would take a while as very busy I explained food would be cold by the time the pittas turned up is there no way you can bring now (i live a 5 min walk from shop so 2 min drive tops) so the guy on phone said he would speak to manager this was 2 hours ago no call back which you were happy to call me back five times till you got my payment i am regularly in shop and the manager is very friendly so sorry for the one star rating but will talk to you about it next time i vist apart from this the food was good as always (best kebab in area) and accidents do happen just deal with them in the right manner in future please

Had a problem with my order. Restaurant resolved the issue. Only negative feedback is time. But they did go above and beyond. Thanks guys I appreciate your efforts. Separate orders in the end. Your delivery guys where polite. It was also a very late order. Past half one. I will give you a 9.5 well done. Thank you

Ordered over 2 hours ago and haven’t received my food, rang them multiple time and got to the point that I had to send over my personal bank statement to prove i had paid, as they wouldn’t take a text message as proof, will never order from here again, paid £18 for chips and a wrap to not be delivere!

ordered from here the other night as it was my daughters birthday and she fancied a kabab. it was over two hours late and the food was really disgusting and cold, the food looked like it had been microwaved multiple times. when my daughter opened her curry sauce she noticed dead flies and maggots swimming around still alive (which i’m surprised they survived being microwaved multiple times) to top it off i ate a burger from here and i didn’t know until i bit into the burger that there ALIVE maggot in my mouth. we called to complain and they told us there was nothing wrong and that there wasn’t a maggot problem in the “restaurant”. this place needs to be shut down immediately!!! VILE FOOD NEVER EAT HERE!!

Just order my first large donner from this place. The only reason I did cause is the only place that open over midnight. Other than very cold donner kebab, small portion for a large and not the right sauce that I wanted... is okay. Not the best, but not the worst. Mediocre.

First order was good but last night this was my wife's chicken kebab. Couldn't be bothered to put in pitta bread and just four bits of chicken. Cost me nearly £25 for two kebabs delivered and small tip. Would avoid if I was you.

I had reservations going here before going to the local snooker club due to mixed reviews. This is my first time here.I went in and ordered a small doner kebab. I was served very quickly, customer service was good. The kebab I ordered was £6.40 . The meat was tender even though it came out of the pot. I asked for chilli sauce on top which didn’t look very appetising but tasted really nice . Loads of meat and salad. Overall it was filling. A happy customer

Disgusting ,I ordered off these guys cause they were the only place delvering post midnight 2 where I live.Paid well over the odds so they would.On a 2 for one.Didnt even get the pizzas right.Just one with pepperoni an on e with rotten ham.I ordered a meat feast and a ham an mushroom! As much as I'd hate to Wright a negative first review usually these guys are pretty good. Not the case this evening. Orderd from the website instead of just eat where they claim to have a bogof offer on pizzas... Paid full price. Orderd at 0025 with eta 0035 confirmed via email... Its now 0204 the shop is closed. Called twice to see where the order was that was an hour ago. When I was told that the order had left called again 30 mins ago and told the order was with the boss and he still hasn't arrived yet. They are in pp and I'm in the Warren so no more than 5 mins away. This is rediculous. Like I said orderd from them plenty of times before and this is the first time I've Been let down by them. Not happy at all.

Stopped by for quick quarter pounder with cheese it was the nuts .. well done boys

I made a online order of 2 meal deals one with chicken one with lamb. They give me 2 with chicken whitout eaven asking me if i wanted the change or anything.

We ordered from these guys tonight via Just Eat as we only moved into the area today, absolutely stunning kebabs really fresh and tasty and the burger was delicious. Will 100% use again 👍🏻

Over 45 minutes late and my food was cold! Called up to see where my order was and didn't even get an apology for it being late. This place is disgusting on how it treats it's customers and it's under new management which makes you laugh!

Great guys...very generous with portions, extra salads and even free drinks given with our orders. Meat quality was good and well cooked grilled chicken....even kebab meat nice and not greasy. Very busy so food is fresh. Will be visiting again when in area next time.

Had to wait for over half a hour the time it was meant to delivered for then to find out that my food was cold and that my drinks was warm not the first time this has happened think I might just go else where!!!

Having just read a review identical to my experience, I also would give 0 stars if possible. Food arrived 30 minutes late and delivery driver didn't even apologise. All the food was cold and not fresh as though it had been cooked twice or microwaved. The only warm things were the milkshakes which should have been cold! Absolutely awful.

I ordered the chicken nuggets and 2 kebabs with chips came 30 minutes late the kebabs were cooked twice and the chicken nuggets were like paste order if you hate yourself or a loved one

Absoloutely shocking. If I could give 0 stars I would. Second time I've ordered from here and second time the food has turned up late, having taken well over an hour, and has been stone cold. Infact, the only warm thing that I had was my milkshake... Avoid at all costs.

As I entered the staff was very kind and friendly however the lamb doner looked as if someone ate it and puked it back out as I had my first bite the lamb was very chewy and under cooked the only thing decent was the drinks very astonished will not come again unless you want food poisoning

Ordered through Just Eat a few weeks ago and was not impressed with the quality of the food... The fried chicken tasted old, almost as if it had been fried or cooked a few times. The popcorn chicken had a strange taste to it too. The "perfect special jacket potato" was neither perfect or special; it looked like it was dropped into the bag from 10 foot off the ground and came with an abysmal amount of topping. £4 wasted on that! And the coleslaw tasted sour. On the plus side the yazoo milkshakes tasted amazing! And the food arrived quickly. Too bad it was all horrendous.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this restaurant messed up my whole order and when I phoned them to try and sort it out they were very rude and hung the phone up on me. I will not be ordering from here again and would advise everyone to order elsewhere. They are not worth your time and money!!!

Placed an order through hungry house. After an hour and a half wait I contacted hungry house. They said it would be 5 mins. After 2 hours waiting I contacted them again and they just said they've already delivered the food.
