This is a nice, clean Taco John's with a friendly, helpful staff.

Got food to go. Folks working there were nice and quick. Food ordered was correct and tasty.

First of all, the food is borderline gross, but that's to be expected from a chain like this. Second of all, always check your food. They have one job, which is to give customer what they ordered, and they can't even do that right.

Best customer service experience! Since covid no one cares about service anymore. It is not a lost art at taco johns. I go just for the care.

First of all, the drive-through experience was awful. The lady barely knew how to speak English, and couldn’t comprehend anything we were saying… Next we got our food, and my tortilla had mold on it… Bright! blue! mold! I am angry, and I am STILL HUNGRY! Also my girlfriend got soft shell beef tacos… You think this would be the easiest meal you could possibly get at taco John’s. Barely any meat on the tacos and the supposed to be soft shells were hard. Thank you for your time😁

A must go stop for heading though Duluth! Great food, fast service, and a perfect location. The place looks a little barren inside and there's not a lot of activity going on, so I dropped a star for atmosphere, but you're not going to miss it much.

Service was slow and staff short with questions

Great experience! Staff was nice and Super efficient. Even with a larger order they got the food out seamlessly and correctly. Super glad I decided to stop here for some good food.

Ordered the chicken club cheddar crunch. It was a mess, not much chicken and everything inside the taco fell out. Potato ole's were extra greasy and cheese sauce was extra runny - not impressed.

We stopped after a concert, this was one of the only places open. The guy working was friendly and fast! Food was amazing and fresh! Great job.

6 employees working and they close the lobby at 7:00. I walked there on a surgically repaired knee, and had to sit on the bench outside in light rain, to rest up for the walk home. Thought it was just a weekday thing. Nope. Lobby is closed at 7:00 every day. Absolutely pathetic.

The Mgr was working this day. I like when the Mgr is there! Everything was fresh and hot, crispy shells, fast service and awesome customer service!

Whenever Tacos come to mind I now also think about their potato oles. The staff here are solid and friendly, price is fair and they always have a daily special to go along with seasonal offerings.

This restaurant’s hours are listed incorrectly on Google, and they have been for a couple of years. Let me know when you fix them so I can change my review. Also the inside of the restaurant is dingy and dirty even when they’re slow, nobody cleans it seemingly

I went in at like 6 pm something 1/30 and the guy at the window was lovely. He was a big guy, who could be intimidating until he opened his mouth. I think he was wearing a bandana. He had the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced. 13/10. He asked how I was and gave me mild sauce. I would die for him. I want to give him all my money.

The manager was terrific. The food was great. People in the FF industry work hard than people realize and I'm grateful. They don't get the credit They deserve. This is my cheat day. They made my night.

Despite the Corona disaster, the staff/crew members are wonderfuk and sunny. They're a close knit group and at any of the three operating stores in Duluth, they're like a family. Each store with it's own different set of personalities and family members. London road and Central are the best in my personal opinion. So friendly!,

Hours on Google state open until 1am. We’re in the drive through at 12:02 waiting to order and an employee comes out saying “we closed at midnight”.

Love this place, prices are a bit up but the best food and staff at London Road. If you dine in they are super, they check on you, often.. Tip them, no I don't work there, just like the younger adults who are kind

They don't keep to their posted hours, so it's a hit or miss. They'll turn the lights off early. I understand not having enough staff, but please update your hours! I work 2nd shifts and I don't want McDonald's when I come home.

Being that I work in the food service industry, I am always delighted when there is wonderful customer service at any restaurant. This morning, I called in to speak about a charge that was incorrect on my order from a few days prior. I spoke with Brenda who was able to help remedy the situation and was also very kind and considerate. I am grateful for this experience and will continue to return to this restaurant in the future.

I asked for a burrito with no onions it was full of onions I was giving my order to lady she was real nice lady standing behind her was giving me bad looks I do not think I go back to this taco john's I love taco john's to. This is sad.

If I can’t rate…zero stars!!! Lobby isn’t open and if you don’t have a car you can’t order food. Unreal! How do you deny people that have money to purchase food from your menu food when they have money to do so!!?? Fix your business!!! I would advise all people to boycott and stop eating at these restaurants that refuse people!

Chicken street taco trio was just right! Super fresh and tasty

We have a dairy allergy, so we love going to Taco John's! They are so careful when preparing our food. They switch out their gloves, and they make the food on a separate surface. The staff is just so incredibly friendly and helpful! And today especially, the Potato Oles were just fantastic!

Evrytime I go here, I eat what I ordered and wish I had bought more... for about 45 minutes. Really good stuff.

Taco John's is clearly the best fast-food Mexican brick & mortar. Potato Oles, when cooked sufficiently crispy, are likely the best fast-food potato anywhere. And now, having tried the Oles Scrambler, I have to say, this may be my favorite fast-food breakfast. Well done, TJ's!

The food was order, Michael was s great help in deciding what chalupas we should order. He like the steak bowl with extra steak and extra sour cream. It was like a party in a bowl for taste spuds. I could also mention micheal helped find me a great soda after many kinds. Thank you young brave and courteous Michael.

Every time I go here the food tastes like the served it from the garbage can. It's so bad I don't understand how. I've been served ice cold nacho cheese and cold tacos with odd prices of meat. I couldn't finish my meal the other day.

Not much for Taco meat and beans on my Nacho's. But I still like TACO JOHN'S.

Fabulous and fast drive through service.

I had a medium order of the Potato Olé, which basically are quarter-sized hashbrown bites. I also ordered two sides of sour cream, which were decent sized, and for everything, I paid about $5. The person working there was very very friendly and fast. They have a drive through.

Went through the drive through.... they had a trainee at the window. The order wasn’t right, not sure if it was the car behind me or if it was punched in wrong. No biggie, everyone has to learn. Another gentleman came to the window and told me he would ring me up and took my card and walked to where I would guess was the front register. He give me my card back and we are handed our drinks and get asked to drive forward and park for our food!!! Again, no biggie mistakes happen! After waiting for a short while we are given our food, drive home and one of them isn’t even the right order. I call the store to see if we can make it right and Josh answers the phone. He remembers what numbers we ordered and I explain to him that it’s not the right food and it’s not even chicken and what we have is beef.....Josh says oh well that’s a number five you ordered just not chicken. I reiterate that it is not even a number five it’s something else and it’s beef instead of chicken.....and his response is “oh strange”. After a long awkward pause it was very clear he didn’t see anything wrong with the situation..... so,I tell him well it’s obvious that you don’t really seem to feel it’s an issue or care, I guess have a nice day...... we are all human and I can understand some mistakes.... sometimes a simply apology and an offer to fix it goes a long way!!! Poor customer service!!!

It was a great time.. Situated on London Rd, just west of 21st Ave. As soon as we entered, a man greeted us in a very joyous voice. He was very helpful when asking questions and NEVER intimidating. My daughter ordered Super Potato Oles combo. I ordered a Super Nachos with a drink. My husband ordered Chicken - Meat and potato Burrito combo. We all enjoyed our meals! Great service and delicious meals.

The Mexican food is so authentic that it makes me homesick for Davenport IA - and they have the appropiate background music for Mexican cuisine and by that i mean 102.5 Duke FM " - playing the legends of country.

The Crunchy Chicken Burrito is mouthwatering and my personal favorite item. The quality of their tacos are excellent and it's always made fresh!

Don't go here, the food is never cooked right and the service like like they've been drinking the last time I went. I'm not even kidding, red faced and couldn't stop smiling and they were practically yelling in the back as they goofed around. Normally I really wouldn't care it's fast food you gotta enjoy your job, but this was way worse than normal, it just sounded like a circus as they banged stuff around and made animal noises so loud I think the building next door could hear.

Taco Tuesday and Softshell Wednesday!

It was during a slow time that we went and almost all the tables were dirty! This drives me crazy that the place can be slow and staff can be in the back talking but not getting the place where people are going to eat clean. The staff was friendly while taking our order and the food was out and brought to our table in less than 5 minutes. The food was a little salty but pretty good overall.
