Very tasty, excellent fast delivery, but it was cold. That's the only downside.

Despite the last three orders being absolutely excellent. All hot, loads of fresh salad and delivered in super quick time. This time it was cold. Delivery nowhere near as quick (delivery driver was nice and polite) and with so much chili sauce it was ferocious. Consistency would take this company from ok to great.

Very disappointed as the vegetarian pizza turned up with cheese and was requested to not have cheese anywhere near the pizza

Chicken kebab had pieces of bone in it and was barely warm. The chips for an XL portion for £5 was very small and cold! Never again

Arrived at exactly the start of the delivery window, containers were squashed but didn’t effect the food in any way.

Food arrived cold and the amount of meat for an extra few quid to make it a large was a joke. Onion rings were not crispy, quite soggy to be fair.

Was quite dry and the rice was all clumped together, chicken was dry and not enough mayonnaise

Whenever I go to Lovedean I usually go to Ken's. The food is good and reasonably priced and the staff are always polite and helpful.

14.99 X-large mixed kebab was not satisfying l. meat okay, but overwhelmed by onions and lack of chilli sauce. 60p dip pots are same size as mc'donalds ketuchp... for sure will not order again...

avoid the chicken...no taste at all and full of grease. dip pot? you MUST BE KIDDING! get bigger pots guys! doner kebab was fine..

For Extra large it wasn’t very big in comparison to other companies extra large kebabs. A bit disappointing to be honest.

Ordered a LARGE kebab meal. Not only was the box it arrived in nearly half the size of the normal boxes, but the amount of chicken was next to nothing. Super disappointed as this doesn't normally happen. The should have put more in a second small box

I didn't like the dip being poured over the chips instead of coming in a separate pot. Chicken wasn't very crispy, the coating was soft in places and kept falling off.

Should be investigated. They rarely change the cooking oil so it's black like tar. Avoid!

If you want a kebab please don’t go to Ken’s it was inedible the chicken was wrapped in a biscuit we ordered 3 1 of them had 3 pieces of chicken for the money you pay go elsewhere and pay a bit extra.

Ordered a kebab large meal and drink and just got a kebab no chips and no drink. Second time this has happened

It is ok food not the best but definitely not the worst. They Forgot my drink the portion size is quite small for what you pay. And they do not put enough sauce on it.

Most disgusting kebab I ever had. Binned 3/4 as was not edible. Ordered 4 salads, got 1, no sauce. Not recommended

Awful. The worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Stone cold. Not edible. Straight in the bin and waited over an hour and half. Called to advise it was unacceptable and that I would never use again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

wrong type of kebab delivered , my husband doesn't eat lamb for various reasons , couldn't get through on phone to the restaurant, took food back to restaurant explained whats happened they refused to change food or refund so gave them their food back and ordered else where so double the cost , plus no sauces with the 2 sides I ordered either. not happy , won't order front these again and will advise others not too , we went out our way to try get the right food I ordered but they refused to.

I’ve never seen a kebab like that, lumps of lamb dropped on a bit of pitta. Disgraceful. Don’t recommend. Avoid. Dried a disgusting.

I paid £6 for an extra large cheesy chips which was not even even to feed 2 young children, the portion was disgustingly small. Also the large mixed kebab was only worth half what they charged for it. Ridiculously small portions for overly high prices! wouldn't order from here again.

You know you look at the photos of the food, and you think wow looks awesome 👌 In reality, it's a different story. The chicken was that greasy, and I could have re fried it at home. Maybe I should have done as the meat was pink and cold on the inside. The pizza wasn't too bad, but the doner kebab come on just like eating old leather no flavour no spices but at least it was hot Never going bk again.

The name says it all. Also does pizza and kebabs. Parking to pick up easily or home delivery in the area. You get what you pay for.

i was feeling extra hungry & ordered lots. The lamb donner kebab was really nice, there was a nice spice to the lamb donner that you don't normally get elsewhere. the sauced chicken wings were really nice & tasty, sauce was enough but not too much. I also got three pieces of chicken. These weren't nice. it tasted and looked like cheap poor quality chicken that had been microwaved. it's a shame as it was brilliant up until the chicken which is surprising as its supposed to be a chicken place.

Food was cold, portions were small, tasted strange. Called the restaurant to hopefully resolve but they weren’t interested.

Got delivery and hour away food was nice and warm best food I've ever eaten

Small portions when paid for large, chicken tasted bought from a shop and microwaved and the chips were cold, were given cheesey chips on just a Donna meat and chips, when I didn't want cheese.
