Subway in Havant

Food always arrives cold, drinks and dips usually missing. Delivery takes around an hour on average.

The reason why 5 stairs because the staff are kind and always quick to get the food out nicely and quickly and the food always test amazing not ones their hasn't been nothing wrong with my food

Cold even though asked for heated it look like someone had attacked it physically and had sauce from another sandwich on outside wrapper which smothered my white clothes

Thay was rude getting in a strop cuz we asked them to change the roll cuz it had sauce all over it and the worker getting mouthy and walking off and them not having eny veg in it’s ridicules that Thay talk and treat customers like that

2 times I have been to Subway in the last month and I've had food poisoning 2 from the salad and when I want the salad part it was all frozen that was in the haven't store

The only thing I hated was that I was told I couldn't add anything extra from the salad station or any sauces.

Very rude and slow when it come to what you are asked they are very blunt and they still don’t put in what’s asked… not very good with allergy. Would not recommend!

Drove to havant to get some dinner at 7.30pm and they had turned toaster off and was packing away when they should close at 8pm so very disappointed.cant fault the food but very annoyed as wanted dinner and had to return home to order something different 😑

Ordered subway for 3 members of staff, when it arrived one was wrong and the person involved has allergies ans working a 12 hours shift. Subway refused to rectify it and were less than helpful. No refund or replacement. Disgusting service

Went into Subway fully expecting a breakfast menu but was told they didn't serve that now so had a normal sub meal but when I got to checkout and they asked what drink I wanted the poor only staff personal who had been serving , manning the oven and making the subways informed us they don't do hot drinks !? It's morning we all need caffeine. Not a good experience I'm afraid. Ps my partner who had downloaded the app later that day got a notification that he was entitled entitled to a free coffee although they don't have this facility.

Wen we ordered are food person serving us dint change his gloves and wer the salad was ther was bits everywhere could do with a bit of tidying up and making sure that wer food is to keep it clean

Not always the best in here couple of loverly staff but alot of rude staff and when u asked to speak to or have an email address etc for management or head office all of a sudden no one exists. Its going down heal pretty fast and the atmosphere between customers and team including management seems to get worse. Also closing early without any signs or anything put up of the door and staff just stand there looking at u.

I waited some time for my food wich was a soggy mess without good proper care The place is filthy and had staff with bad attitudes and rude customer service with a blond being the cherry I don't recommend this Subway

Supposed to close at 8, arrive at 7 to the door locked, the staff smirking and then running away and hiding out the back. If you're going to close early, put a sign on the door or at least have the decency to say "we're closed" through the window.

When hunger comes knocking, enjoy a 6 inch salami, chicken & salad with sweet chilli sauce....glorious

Ordered 2 subs to take away tikka and meatballs no meatballs available again !! So had 2 tikka one herby baguette one normal one tikka had ranch dressing salad the other mayo cucumber when I arrived home the fillings were in the wrong subs, I wish the young lady communicated and confirmed each filling and sub , easily done I suppose but I went without lunch due to this

Salad had lettuce in which I didn’t ask for and the salad was mainly lettuce. Bacon was barely cooked and mainly fat in the salad and sub. Hasbrowns were okay. The crinkle cut chips were more or less raw. The only thing that was right and okay apart from the under cooked back was the sub. I will say the salad that was in there was nice and fresh. Shocking how hard is it to get a salad right and cook some chips. Not rocket silence and wasn’t a big order so hard to get wrong. Need to hire new staff by the looks of it.

They are definitely holding back on the fillings the meat barely covers the bread and they only put 2 slices of cheese on . Bring back the days where the food looked like the photos

Awful experience. Given up trying. Four or five times I've ordered food to be delivered and they always send the wrong order to myself. Something that has nothing to do with what I ordered.

Speedy service, food was enjoyable, friendly staff, customer service was great.

Waited over an hour for the food. The driver was also annoyed as she lost out on doing other orders. We had salads and drinks missing. Won't be using the havant store again.

Service was Shocking and my meatballs sandwich fell completely apart and also they were cold when staff memmber was packing it some meatballs fell out which he just chucked in the bin and said they your when I watched them fall out Patto wegadges we’re cold and under cooked will never be visiting the subway again was our first time and our last time

Disgusting just slapped a few pieces of cheese on top of ham cheese salad and worse that I paid extra for extra cheese!! And on top of that only ordered 4 items via uber and they manged to not add I the meatball footlong so now got to try and get a refund ridiculous never again will I order from here!

A really good Subway. I periodically get lunch here. I go for double roast chicken salad. They are always friendly and efficient. They ask all the questions they need to but don’t push for items you may not want. They remember your salad selection and listen to your requests re exclusions or amount of dressing etc. I use other Subways as well but this one is a gem. Thank-you. I’ll certainly come back for another lunch. 👍😋

My first time to a Subway in the U.K and definitely the first and last time I will visit this one. Visited at approximately 4:15pm on a Sunday so very quiet. Walked in to be greeted by three very uninterested staff, apparently unable to smile or even say hello. Shocking customer service throughout. Not even a thank you or good bye on our way out. Really felt like we had annoyed them by walking in! The girl that served us was apparently completely devoid of personality and manners, not even a smile when I asked how she was with a cheery hello. If you don’t enjoy your job then get one you do enjoy, quite simple really, it’s called basic customer service. The staff here wouldn’t last five minutes in the States. I do hope the franchise owner addresses this, but unfortunately this seems to be the British way in retail all too often sadly. One star given because the food was good but we had to take that out as they had put all the tables away and weren’t due to close until 6pm. I’ll take my business elsewhere in future. Shame.

Staff lack respect, been there on 3 occasions, 2 times the staff were out of order, the 3rd distracted 4/11. Order a chessy pepperoni, with ketchup, I think they put a whole bottle of heinz Ketchup in my subway, it was disgusting and after one mouthful, had to be thrown away. Vile

ordered a meatless meatball marinara and a meat one and they mixed them up, Even labelling the meat one “meatless” if you have any dietary needs I wouldn’t trust them

Just has lunch delivered. Absolutely scrumptious!! Will definitely be back!!

My wife and I have subway here every Friday, todays was the best made one I've had, lovely service as always. Thank you see you next Friday
