Honestly the best place for some amazing food. Staff are great, food is great. It is the goat of kebab

I use to order from here all the time but it really has gone down hill, the portion sizes have got a lot smaller, the way the food is cooked isn’t the same as it use to be and the prices have sky rocketed, it’s a real shame as I use to really enjoy the food, think I will call it a day from ordering from here again.

First time ordering and I should of ordered here before as the delivery was very fast chips were perfect and the wrap was massive and well packed. Other half loved his kerbab and someone love their burger. Well worth price definitely will come back again

Great place great food, lovely fellas who take great care of customers, top reviews all over, cleanliness is top notch, and we love the cheesy chips mayo with a couple chilli peppers! Our favourite place to eat 🥰👍 and its just downstairs 😉 you don't get more local!!

Last time l had pizzas from here they were lovely. I ordered again expecting the same. No burnt do you not check the food before it goes out? My pizzas should not have been sent out. I have taken pictures they are on Facebook and tik tok. This place has gone down hill.

Order from here quite regularly, the first time the food was amazing, last night not so much, it feels like because we are regulars now the food has gone down hill massively, my portion of chips were forgotten, chicken burgers were dry and as tough as old boots, when i called about my chips they questioned me, but then realised they had left them so they said id have to wait for their driver to return then come to deliver them, i told them not to bother as my chicken burger would be cold so they offered a discount next time but we will not be returning now, it also took me 2 weeks to get a refund previously as they got a new website but didnt close the old one, we ordered on the old one and it didnt go through but took my money.

Ordered an extra large donner kebab and it was literally the size of a small kebab. I was still hungry after eating it, I can't even finish a large kebab from most places let alone a XL. Also you should ask customers if they want their change before just putting it in your Christmas savings jar. 50p is 50p and yes I do want my change. £12 for a small donner 🤯 Anyway gotta leave a bad review here because the food is a joke, ripping off working people tbh. Go elsewhere.

Food has got so bad lately, never cooked properly always burnt and think it has gone down hill. Usually serve the day before food if you order early.

The food was cold when arrived and had no garlic sauce . Pitta 🥙 bread was too soggy and could not eat . My girlfriend never ate hers . Was a waste of £20 too being that bad . Owner never wanted to give me a refund or a complimentary meal to the value . Don’t buy anything from this place .

I'm vegetarian and it's hard to find a good veggie kebab - their halloumi kebab is lovely, and I'm not kidding, their chillies are genuinely the best I've ever had, I had I come and leave a review 😂

It was my first time ordering from Dilan Kebab and I wasn't disappointed. The food arrived way before the delivery time slot given which was an hour and it arrived it 25mins. I ordered the lamb shish, chips and jalepeno poppers - all of which arrived hot and fresh. The portion sizes were perfect and the food tasted amazing! No doubt I'll be ordering from you again in the future.

Food arrived at a decent time. Chips were still hard in the middle. My chicken shish kebab had about 3 peices of chicken in which was grizzly inside so had to spit it out! Disgusting. Pita bread even tasted weird. Beyond disappointing.

So yesterday my brother ordered food from this takeaway. Not 100% sure what he got but he was very ill... being sick and having a bad belly he has now been taken to hospital because he’s very very ill. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This is the second time i have ordered food from here, sons choice definitely not mine🤢 ordered and waited 1.5 hours rang them and they said your meals on its way. 40 minutes later ring back again for them to say its on its way still, what after 2 hours and then telling me its not there fault, bad attitude and clearly bad service all around Told them to stick it and wont be going back there again.

I braved the cold and walked to Dilan's in Park Parade and am so glad I did. I ordered a mixed kebab meal deal and it was absolutely lovely. The customer service and the quality of the food is second to none. It was amazing and totally filled my tummy, with some left over for the cats. A massive thumbs up to all the guys that work there.

Absolute joke. Charged me £9 for delivery. I ordered a large lamb shish kebab and a can of Pepsi. £20. Only said it was £20 after taking my card details.

Last night I ordered from here waited 1 hour so I rAng them and the said it was out with a driver so I waited another half hour still noting so I rang them again and said it was just coming and then ten minutes goes by they ring me and say that the order want even cooked yet so Do I still want it but they gave me a discount food was good as usual but lack of communication

Blow away at the quality of the food here. Chips are crispy and perfect, pizzas are generously topped and delicious, not to mention the garlic pizza bread! Quality that you would expect from a restraunt! Amazing chatty staff that really make you feel welcome. Very fair prices, especially for the quantity you get!

Think tbey use week old doh as our pizzas were both mouldy.although they did .more or less deny it saying not possille 100 times.they did offer a refund

Anyone know where I can complain direct to owner. I live above the shops and they bring trouble with the teens calls there names when there food done when there hanging outside gone 12am and then when they close they blearing there music out. We can't sleep as due to hot weather to we need window opens but u can still hear when closed please put a sign up saying respect for neighbours with noise

I have been vigerously watching the countdown for the delivery of my order, i am currently waiting by the front door and there is yet to be pizza. I am extremely saddened by the lateness which has almost completly put me off my order. I can literally feel my stomach eating itself away due to the lack of food consumption. Its just lucky we have the national health service because I would be sending you the medical bill for the damage done to my internal organs due to the failure to deliver in the time promised.

When you order a small they still try and give you a large and when you correct them they are really stingey and give you nothing for your order avoid!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible missed 2 items from our order then tryed to recharge me for them safe to say they were sent back to the shop with items as i was not paying for there mistake very unprofessional

Worst service ever customer service skills definitely needed waited over two hours for kebabs only to find out it's the incorrect order sent to the wrong address 5 five times even tho they have the post code and on top of that when asked for a refund they asked for the food back so that they could probably reheated for next customer shocking a vile place would not recommend this place as staff rude as well

Dilans nose was soooo big it was on fleak I think I found a hair nose in my donner kebab not too mention the price I came all the way from London for this disgusting food DILANS UNIBROW LOOKS LIKE A TRAINTRACK Thomas the tank engine go's up and down it... :\
