SUPERB! What a great experience Jamie and his team put on for everyone. A proper chefs table experience, kindly put on in his own home in a beautiful development. The food was absolutely delicious, Jamie made the effort of doing a vegetarian option for me, which was just delicious. All our courses was presented well, great sustainable and local ingredients and tasted so good. He put some interesting flavours together. We loved that it was BYOB as well, as you could drink what you wanted and as much as you wanted. A great experience to meet other people in an intimate setting too, with some interesting conversations. Would go back and would highly recommend. Thank you Jamie & co!

Simply put, the best fish and chips in fleet! Staff have always been friendly and over the years things haven’t changed. Still polite, still friendly and still keeping very busy! I’m not surprised to see the queue going out the door upon arrival. Very popular and well worth the wait and £££. Happily recommend to anyone!

I was travelling early during the week and decided to stop off at Fleet services on the M3 at around 7am. Not many places were open at that time. However, Harry Ramsden were offering cooked breakfasts. It was served very quickly and the items were served hot. Great to also see black pudding on the menu.

Jon We had a bereavement get together at The Falkner's Arm and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The food was plentiful with a great choice, the room setup was just right. The staff could not have been more helpful on that difficult day. Once again a very big thanks to you all. I would highly recommend the Falkner's Arms.

Gemma looked after us and she was very kind and considerate. Which for me especially made me feel very comfortable. I had my sunflower lanyard on to show that I have an invisible disability due to a brain injury. She was very thoughtful but very discreet. Thank you Gemma my husband and I truly enjoyed our meal and the service you gave us.

Im not sure what has happened recently as we have regularly enjoyed this restaurant in the past but the last 2 times we have eaten there we have been very disappointed. The menu is lacking and our guest struggled to find any main that appealed and ended up having a starter. I wanted something healthy and chose the goats cheese tart with vegetables but was awful as mostly potatoes which I don’t eat. Very expensive too for basic food. Sadly not sure we will be coming back.

Walked over to the wrong part of the counter, the server made eye contact with me and walked over to their coworker to giggle and blow their nose. When they started emptying out the fridge in front of me I asked if they were still open and got asked if I'm waiting to be served (,no im here to watch you blow your nose and empty the fridge). Walked 3ft to the left so I could be served at the till. Couldn't repeat my order back to me correctly, and proceeded to cough and splutter whilst making it. I understand hospitality is tough and the days are exhausting but I don't think anything warranted that attitude.

Doesn't accept cash. Did not make me aware that they did not accept cash until after ordering and my toddler had picked her food so had to scrabble round to find a card. Wouldn't have visited if I'd known. Once ordered, there was quite a wait for the tea to be made (it wasn't that busy and there were plenty of staff on) and the people 'shouting' orders were ready were not loud enough to hear, even just 1metre from counter. Facilities were OK and food/drink was what you would expect from Starbucks, but the cashless stance and service just left a sour taste in my mouth.
