Uses a shitty parking company. Avoid.

We were there for 2 hours, too long for us, the waitress spent more time clearing tables for nobody to sit at rather than offering us drinks, I ordered steak, asked for steak knife was told it would come with meal, it didn't so asked again. The normal knifes we were given 2 out of 3 were dirty, wife said after being asked about her allergies but wasn't given a gluten free menu until desert after waitress overheared us saying about no gluten free deserts on these menus, to pay the bill we had to get up and go find staff as we really wanted to go home, waited around 10 minutes before we got up but again waitress was busy clearing more tables for noone to sit at, by this point there must have been 80% empty tables, she apologised saying sorry it's been really busy, it wasn't whilst we were there, during our meal there was a large family of travellers there enjoying a meal with children, that was the only time our waitress visited us for no reason to apologise for the noise, we said that's OK we hadn't noticed which we hadn't, they were just a family enjoying a meal, We did not leave a tip for the first time ever, we won't be back to this restaurant

The staff were excellent as well as the food. Then to top it off, they came out with a plate with some desert samples and a candle (it was my birthday meal) which I thought was a very nice touch

Day visiting family from Cardiff & went for lunch. Service was better than 5* and the burgers we had were lush.

We came here as a birthday meal, we asked for steaks medium rare, steaks came out rare, our waitress Gemma was so amazing took the steak back and requested it to be cooked medium rare, the second time around was so much better. Gemma is a credit to Miller and Carter! She was so friendly and polite; nothing was too much bother! We will definitely be returning just for her! Thank you very much!

This is a great restaurant with lovely staff. Food is always perfect.

Valentine's Day visit, understandably it was busy but the staff were on top of things and the quality of the food did not suffer as a result of the demand. A million times better than my first visit shortly after they opened for the first time, When the service was shocking and the food wasn't much better.

Excellent service by Theresa; very friendly and offered helpful suggestions to maximise our enjoyment. Attentive, but not overly so, just right. Wonderful food. T bone and fillet steaks both absolutely excellent. Restaurant was quite busy but still plenty of parking. Friendly greeting on arrival and immediately taken to table. Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thank you Miller and Carter Fleet and especially to Theresa.

Perfect service excellent not rushed but not been ignored , food good

I love Miller and Carter and have to say this is one of their best venues. Excellent food, the steaks are expertly cooked. Service is spot on and friendly. Highly recommended.

Food was great. Friendly staff.

Initial reception was good and our server Miro was pleasant, but overall the experience was below par. The area around our table and towards the toilets appeared not to have been cleaned, with various items of rubbish on the floor. As we entered and left there was plenty of food remnants under tables. I took photos as I was amazed to find such a poor environment in a restaurant. We both ordered the Ribs, which were rather dry and the tiny pot of coleslaw offered is ridiculously small and not particularly enjoyable. The portion of fries was less than generous and they were all stuck together. Although we were given a free glass of fizz in recognition of the rather disappointing food we won't be bothering to return. On a final point having joined the loyalty programme, no one asked to scan my membership details even though I made it clear that I was a new member. Not an issue for us, but indicative of the indifference to the service levels that are no doubt required by such a restaurant.

We had an absolutely lovely time last night at Miller & Carter Fleet. Having visited many times we always know what to expect (hence being repeat customers!). However yesterday was just something else. We had the Sunday 3 course menu which is an absolute bargain. Everything we ate was so delicious. I had calamari for start, then ribeye steak with a side of Lobster which is the best lobster I've ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection. All the sides were perfect too. For dessert we had a cookie/ice cream type sharer which was amazing. Also had wine, and I finished off with a Expresso Martini that was the best. My husband spilt an entire glass of coke at one point (can't take him anywhere..) and the waitress was there in an instant to clean it up and quickly replaced his drink. A warm welcome and lovely team that are polite, professional and friendly, amazing food, lovely ambience. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you team!

Gemma looked after us and she was very kind and considerate. Which for me especially made me feel very comfortable. I had my sunflower lanyard on to show that I have an invisible disability due to a brain injury. She was very thoughtful but very discreet. Thank you Gemma my husband and I truly enjoyed our meal and the service you gave us.

Brook our lovely waiter was charming, friendly and warm. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our experience very enjoyable.

Had a lovely experience for my mums birthday dinner. Our server Brook was fantastic and attentive all night, double checking On us throughout our meal. It’s nice to see that they take the ID25 so seriously 😉😂 Overall it was a wonderful night, and they surprised my mum with a nice happy birthday dessert platter.

Food was excellent as always but didn’t get what we asked for.

Great steak cooked to absolute perfection! The lettuce wedge and onion loaf are a really good too. The peppercorn sauce for the steak is really good, even over fries. had a great experience and will keep coming back!

I came for dinner with my family on a Sunday. We had lovely service from Ella. Unfortunately some dishes were unavailable but she was very accommodating and gave similar recommendations. The food was delicious, we had the sea bass, the cod, the surf and turf, the dirty burger and the bacon burger. Portion sizes were good and the cocktails were lovely. Definitely recommend!

Service and the chefs seemed over stretched as it took much longer than I expected to order and then to eat. Food was good, I felt the neighboring tables should have been cleared and cleaned quicker too. It could have been a bad day, but hey, it's a review.

We've visited here a few times now and the food never disappoints. Steaks are cooked as requested and service is always great. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Very nice service, is expensive but worth it for a treat night we had the sharing option and amazing triple cookie pie deeer very recommended.

Amazing food and very attentive customer service! Our waitress, Gemma, couldn’t do more for us! Noticing our glasses were getting low and asking if we needed more drinks without us having to ask her. She also went out of her way to check stock levels so we could have the dishes we originally wanted after being told they were out of stock! Will definitely return!

Had the 2 course deal. Dirty Burger main and Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert. Was unexpectedly busy for a week night but my server Gemma was fantastic and made sure I was not left waiting even as a party of 1.

Had a wonderful meal here for my husbands birthday. We had the sharing bored which included a 12 ounce ribeye a half chicken and a lamb rump with lotsssss of yummy sides and Yorkshire puds which were devineeee !! 🥰🥰 hats off to the chefs the steak was 10/10 absolutely beautiful and very well rested just how me and hubby like it! Lamb was wonderful same as the chicken! Will deffo be back again miller and Carter fleet. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
