This cafe is a great little find, staff are very friendly and polite. Full English Breakfast to baked potato to kids meals to full dinners. it so is worth a visit. I give it a 10 out of 10 very clean

Eaten here many times and we have always had a really good experience which is why we chose for Christmas Day, but we were very disappointed, everything was rushed, starter of Camembert & Cheddar Bites was cold not hot, so cheese had set, Turkey tasty but all the veg was rock hard, I don't like veg mushy but this wasnt cooked at all ! the roast potatoes had clearly come out of a packet, all came covered in gravy which I prefer not to have, but no extra offered to those that do, desserts werent up to normal standard, was not what we expected for the price, won't be eating here again ☹️ not sure if new owners as different staff working and quality of food definitely gone down hill.

My wife and I just fancied somewhere different and if you want a pub that you will never accidentally stumble across this is it. We dropped in as i remember coming here a very long time ago as a teenager and it is a really pleasant surprise. The staff could not have been friendlier or more cheerful despite working very hard and the pub itself has had a facelift and is very smart and well turned out. It was wet when we arrived but there is some great outside space if you fancy it in the Summer. Ample car parking out front and a really friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent. I had Whitebait and my wife really enjoyed the Arancini balls. For mains I would recommend the Moroccan Lamb from the specials board and the Salmon with noodles looked and tasted excellent. Decent selection of lager and Dry Rose was first class. Bill was £76 for 2 including 2 rounds of drinks so pretty much par for the course and it was a very nice couple of hours spent. My only small gripe would be the gents toilets are a little tired. They need a lick of paint, a decent mirror and a little touch of panache but that is only a minor issue. Overall we will certainly come again. There is ample on the menu to drag us back and I'm looking forward to it.

Well where do i start i give 10/10 for cleanness polite staff they went out there way make something that not on the menu was amazing starter and food. The staff was all frendly polite chef was good he made best food i been few time but thia was best. I vist on 12/01/2015

Proper country pub , excellent variety of beers and ales from abroad and local breweries. Friendly atmosphere one of the best pubs in area. If you like traditional then this pub certainly ticks all the boxes .. would highly recommend.

Very rude and aggressive staff causing an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Treated my group of friends very poorly.....Avoid!

The food is good, what there is of it and some staff are really nice however most of them are rude. There is limited selection of food here and it is not dog friendly inside at all even if it is raining. Not a fan of this cafe. Would only recommend a coffee from here. Over priced as well
