Lovely old pub. Classic country pub as it should be. Plenty of parking, great selection of real ales..heaven!

A great spot and extremely friendly.

I'm not a regular visitor but I know this pub knows it's beer. A very good selection of beers and spirits. Harveys special on draft is a huge plus point. Good size beer garden back and front. Opening hours aren't standard so check first.

1st visit in35 years and it hasn't changed. Still a great traditional pub.

It’s difficult to describe. So refreshingly original. Not a Gastro pub sign in site. Beautiful location, unique decor and high quality drinks. Just love it. Nice crowd too. Go and visit to be chill.

Lovely remote.. country pub.. that promotes motorcycles. With special nights. Has a large car park.. and a small separate outbuilding where local clubs meet.

First class service and a lovely pub.

One of my favourite country pubs in Kent. Mainly due to the perfect condition of the real ales. Always a seleçtion of Adnams and Goachers beers. Staff are always friendly. Great location for country walks, dog friendly. Only downside for me is that they do not serve food.

Won 'Pub of the Year about 6 times. The best real ale ale around, with friendly staff and a real landlord Andy, who has bee their for over 35 years. Opens a little later so check the times. No food, no loud music, no children, so will not suit all, but the best quiet pub around, very clean with a nice garden and plenty of parking space. Middle of the country.

This is one of the best pubs in the area. So much character and always friendly staff. Nice place to walk to on a weekend a grab a couple of pints. Hopefully it’s allowed to open again soon!

Great country pub. Although they don't serve food anymore its still a great place to have a nice quiet pint. They have good precautions in place for social distancing. The pub is not overly crowded, which is nice so you can enjoy a drink with friends in a comfortable and safe environment.

We love it here. In the two years we've been coming we did not even realise there was a huge conservatory on the back and that was great. The doorstop sandwiches went down well and we will have at least 17 coming back on the 8th March

A quirky little pub with bundles of character. A wide ranging choice of quality ales & lagers on offer here that you'd have to search high & low for before you ever come across again! My girlfriend just loves the Cock Inn, but that's another story.

The beer is outstanding and it is one of my favourite pubs. Dog friendly but people have to be over 18, so folk with children should go down the road to the Golden Lion.

The perfect country pub. Excellent ales, proper pub food, open fires, friendly staff and no fruit machines just proper pub games (bar billiards, darts, board games etc.) Just don't bring the kids over 17s only.

Great Award Winning Traditional Ale pub

A great little English pub in the countryside, very welcoming staff

We were served a very poor meal. It was supposed to be freshly cut ham with eggs - chips and peas - however the ham was too grisly to eat while the chips and peas were hard. I suspect the food had been sitting around and reheated or even worse they were leftovers from the weekend. A very disappointing experience. We decided to leave without complaining so as to avoid a scene and left them to takeaway the still full plate.

Cosy place to go for a pint after a walk, they had a fire going when we arrived. Service was good, but food was just basic stuff cooked from frozen.

This is a lovely little pub. Probably my favourite pub in this area. My wife and I often cycle to this pub in the summer for a few drinks and something to eat. Nice little area to the front of the pub or use the nice garden around the back. Food is good and not bad value, nice selection of beers and the staff are friendly.
