Staff brilliant food outstanding would recommend to friends

Been here a few times now and the food and service is amazing. Staff always friendly and accommodating even when very busy a table was found for us.

I went there for the first time the other day as it was recommended to me by my friend. It was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was so good and a good size portion. I would definitely be going back there again. Definitely recommend it.

I went the cafe for quite coffee but it was very noisy I couldn't hear myself think I couldn't even hear the waitress when she asked what would I like to drink but the food is very good it is very expensive as well

Attended yesterday for the first time and was completely underwhelmed. Service was so incredibly slow, I asked twice to order food and was told by 2 different people I can’t take food orderes neither who went to get a member of staff who could actually help. When the food did come out it wasn’t nice at all, one plate had a hair in it, the general consensus of the party was it’s was blahhhh. Won’t be returning very overpriced and extremely low quality food.

The prices are quite expensive. and the food does not meet the money paid. The price performance is inadequate.

Clean, cosy and very good breakfasts and coffees. I like how they allow you to just create your own breakfast, no hassles. Lots of healthy options and a separate kids menu. Serves illy coffee too! Thumbs up will return!

Amazing food, service is alright but can be slow at times. Always worth the wait

I drove about 25 mins to get to this highly recommended cafe, upon arrival the staff took their time to even acknowledge us at the door which already put me off but when we were eventually greeted, the staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant is on the smaller side but there was space for my friend and I with the pram. My friend ordered the pancakes. They weren’t light and fluffy unfortunately and she didn’t really enjoy it. The grilled chicken sandwich was ok it was tasty but nothing special, the french toast on the other hand was absolutely divine! I would drive 25 mins just for that. I also got the strawberry coconut protein shake which I enjoyed.

Food is good. But it’s got expensive. So I won’t be going back now. Can go to a good cafe in gravesend and get 2 good breakfasts with coffee for the price of one breakfast. 9 item breakfast has gone up nearly £5.

Great place for brunch on the weekend with a great menu. There is usually a waiting time but always managed to get a table. Very attentive waiting staff and food is really delicious!

Food was lovely but for the price you would expect the staff to ask if you would like another drink or if everything is ok with your meals.

Have been coming to cafe lounge since opening and I have never had a bad experience, visited over the bank holiday and was served by the lovely Sophie, who was more than accommodating, amazing food and amazing hospitality!

Obviously very popular as all tables were occupied, it was bank holiday Monday. People queueing for a table. Couple of tables outside were free which used. Coffee could be a bit stronger, or have less milk.

Excellent food, great service, friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. Great service! Our food and drinks arrived very quickly. The whole experience was efficient. And the staff were all polite and friendly too! We were told there would be around a 15-minute wait for a table but were seated sooner than that!

Popped in for a sausage sandwich take away it was £6.50 thought bit pricey but it must be nice after waiting 20 minutes it arrived I opened the nice looking box and there it was a cocktail sandwich, a small sweaty sandwich which at best had 1 sausage in it wot a joke there just ripping people off

We’ve been meaning to come here for breakfast for a while as I often pop in for a takeaway coffee in the morning. We were not disappointed. The service is excellent, the cafe itself is spotless and the food was incredibly tasty.

Came here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! The place itself is lovely and clean, the staff were nice and friendly, service was a little slow but it was very busy in there. The food arrived and my goodness it was lovely! You could tell everything was good quality and fresh, also my eggs were perfectly cooked and the portions were big. The only downside for me was the noise, it was incredibly loud in there with everyone shouting over eachother that I couldn't speak to my partner. It is a little on the pricey side but not the most expensive brunch i've had and I enjoyed the food. I would 100% come back and try other menu items!

We visited on mother's day and they did a great job considering how busy they were. All the food and drink we received was lovely and well proportioned. I felt the food was good vfm but the drinks a touch pricey.

Looks like a busy, trendy cafe from the outside. When we arrived we was greeted and seated, although the service wasn't bad it wasn't really enthusiastic or super welcoming. The food was pretty standard, nothing stood out to us. Overly priced. Not worth the hype or waiting around for a parking spot.

We just moved into the area from London, a pleasant surprise and lovely discovery. We didn't book ahead of time, waited a bit for our table. Nevertheless, the food was colorful and delicious! Matcha latte was lovely. My husband got a flatwhite, also lovely. Will have to come back again to try them all.

Went for brunch yesterday. Really busy as always but excellent service. A small problem with my meal which was very unusual as we dine in here often. Took meal away and cooked a fresh one. No trouble at all they could not have been more helpful. Best place for day time eating for miles!

We had to wait 30 minutes for a table as it's walk in only but was lovely food, we were all very happy.

Incredible venue. Recommended by a friend. Food was well presented, so fresh and all food and drink went down a treat. Had pancakes, chicken sandwich and loaded fries. I will visit time and time again. I was blown away. Staff are a delight too. Easy to get to and parking available outside.

Sometimes it gets too busy so staff take long to bring bill or clear table. Food is great.

Second time I have been and unfortunately the service was poor this time, food as expected. It’s a shame when you have a great business that is popular, you take the customer for granted. How times do we say this to business’s, customer, customer, customer!!!

Nice place, lovely food nice experience

I had lunch with friends yesterday for the first time, It was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I wasn't disappointed the service was excellent, they explained all the dishes to me, atmosphere was really friendly, and the food was excellent and very delicious, would highly recommend, I'll be visiting again soon,

The only thing to let this place down is not letting an adult buy a kids size meal. My grandson is 26 with special needs and only eats small portions .

After being seated, which we reserved, the service took 15 minutes plus to take our order.

Great cafe always have the English breakfast sausages are top drawer.

Came for breakfast and very much enjoyed it. The cafe was pretty busy but I was alone so got a table straight away. I ordered the sweet & Savoury breakfast and a cortado. The breakfast was excellent. The cortado however, whilst was a very good tasting coffee, was massive. Not what a cortado should be. It’s a small complaint, but worth mentioning as some might not want or expect a large drink. Table next to me had a milkshake which looked incredible. I’ll try one of those next time.

Brilliant full English breakfast.

Been here a couple of times now, a nice find and despite going at weekends and busy, it’s been nice friendly service and a great choice of food & drinks. I’m fussy over my English tea and it is good here, it’s in bags but loose leaf and you can taste it’s better flavour. We’d recommend The ‘Meopham brunch’ option (photo) which was v tasty and quite good value but maybe not so much for my toastie (though that was nice enough). Coffee here is good and it’s great to see some Italian cannoli also 👍🏻. All in all it makes a nice change from your typical chain stuff & paninis/cake.

Quick stop off while on a motorcycle ride. Cortado and a pecan tart had. Both good quality and friendly staff.

This is a slightly higher priced breakfast/all day cafe. But the higher prices are justified. The food is amazing. I've been a couple of times now and have plans to go back again soon. I'd recommend this place for a posh breakfast. Definitely recommend the Jammy eggs and the dirty omelette 😋

It is such a shame that I have to give it 3 stars because the food is wonderful and the menu is good. But the staff.. I've been a waitress, I've been a barista, I've even worked in a kitchen. So I get that it can be busy and tiring, I really do. But when I've been waiting almost 20 minutes on a not so busy day and I've been ignored for those that have come in after me I tend to get a bit miffed. It wasn't like the waitresses were rushed off their feet, one was just standing at the till chatting to another waitress. And this isn't the first time this has happened to myself or my partner. I feel with better training they could really turn it around. Other reviews say friendly staff, I however have been in here many times and have yet to meet anyone that friendly. Maybe it's me, but I'm a smiley person so to be met with frowns can be upsetting.

Met up with some friends for a brunch, all of us really enjoyed our food. Only downside was the inability to take one item off a meal (a sausage) and substitute with something else (mushrooms or grilled tomato) due to the person not eating sausages.

Great food, not too expensive and great service. Could have more Vegan options. Gets busy at the weekends.

Great coffee, thousand times better than Costa next door. Very busy on a Friday morning, took more than 5mins just to get a take away coffee.

Friendly and welcoming staff, even when they see a sweaty cyclist!! They have couple of tables outside which is perfect for the morning sun. I didn’t check out the menu, only picked from what was showing behind the counter(my choice) The pastry was heated, freshly squeezed orange juice chilled with ice and nicely presented mocha coffee. All served by a smiling waitress. The interior looks fresh and inviting although I needed to stay outside to keep an eye on my bike. There is a lay-by for parking, just be mindful it can be busy to park as there are other shops besides the cafe lounge. The cost of the 3 items came to just over £9 I’d say this cafe is worth a visit 🥰
