Best customer service in Surrey, most wholesome and funny person you will ever meet. Food is also 10/10 and I have ordered from here well over 300 times.

The service is slick & friendly. Pleasant seating area or simply take-away. Surprising how they manage to produce delectable hot toasties & baps from their confined caravan but always worth the short wait. Highly recommended for a stopover on your walk.

Gorgeous place. Not in my neck of the woods so had never heard of it but visited for brunch for a friend's birthday. Really, really good food. Owner really friendly. Loved the decor. Definitely a place I hope to visit again as so many menu items looked appealing and the vibe was great. Seemed great for a girl's night and a date night and even a solo coffee. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant staff, delicious and not expensive.

The very small portions and the pretty large prices by comparison left us both very disappointed and sadly we left dissatisfied which was a pity having read the reviews and travelled half way across London to eat here. Lovely setting and clean environment but we felt ripped off come the end even after the 12.5% service charge was removed. Still hungry £48 later.

Used to be my favourite coffee place, was amazing, since September when customer service has fallen off a cliff. Even the coffees don't taste as nice, it is frequently cold and no one to speak to about it. Very disappointed!

And a special mention to Sue, whose meticulous planning ensured that everything ran effortlessly. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is stunning, offering a fantastic atmosphere that felt both intimate and stylish. The food was exceptional, the drinks flowed beautifully, and the service was impeccable. Every guest commented on how wonderful the evening was, and it was all thanks to the incredible team at The Look Out. I would highly recommend the Full Hog Roast, succulent, generous and delicious. A big treat for our guests! If you are looking for a venue that combines elegance, outstanding service, and a personal touch, this is the place. I will treasure the memories of my birthday celebration here for years to come, thank you to everyone who made it so special!

Central location, Lovely food & great service. Food came quickly, freshly cooked and enjoyed the duck spring rolls for starter & prawn red curry. Can recommend & will be back. Thank you

Rude behavior. The are very unhygienic. While makes food they also eating and didn't wash hand .

Been here every week since the start of their £10 pizza and drink offer on Thursday and Friday, pizza has been world class every time. Friendly chatty staff as well.

Good food, uniquely designed flavors in different dishes. Out of the dishes we liked the prawn the best. Atmosphere is a bit loud. If you are expecting spicy curry, this would not be the place for spicy food lovers. Service was great! Very knowledgeable server and fast.

We had a good meal at Don Luis. It was not exceptional, nor was it cheap. But the service was great.

This is the best thai in esher, Feels and tastes more authentic Would choose here over the chain giggling squid any-day.
