Beautiful food and great service. Lunch menu is amazing value for money.

Came for a takeaway Sunday evening. Offered the main menu, I asked if there was a takeaway menu, the answer was no same price eat in or takeaway. Therefore I asked to eat in and then as if by miracle was offered a 10% discount 🤔 (still a bit pricey) We ordered veg noodles. They were a bit slimy Stir fried duck. A bit fatty and a table spoon of salt to season, I won’t go on….. you get the idea. I won’t bother going there again either.

Lovely restaurant with Siam atmosphere and symbols, food amazing special drunken children noodles and red Thai curry 🍛, staff very friendly and helpful! Authentic place!

visited on a Saturday evening after two other (chains) were to busy to accomodate. Our luck, really - as the food was superb and the prices very reasonable. Cannot understand how this place is not overrun with customers - we were very positively surprised, particularly by the absolute superb taste and teh extremly friendly service. Drinks were also delicious - as was the desert. Highly recommend!

Very good Thai food, all the food is well cooked and presented. There was delay between ordering and the food coming to the table, which was a little irritating. However the food was first class.

Waiter took order, but forgot 2 out if the 3 we asked for. Curry was so hot even for a red curry. However I did enjoy the tempura prawns

Truly excellent Thai restaurant. Have been a few times and they always deliver. Great food, lovely service, great atmosphere on Esher high street. Nice decor. Not cheap, but worth the spend 👍

what a wonderful place. Nice friendly welcome and wonderful service and food. Used to work in Esher years ago and suddenly rembered this restaurant.

I have always heard of this place is meant to be excellent most of the time. So yesterday I went here for lunch with some family members that said they all enjoy Thai food as good as street food in Bangkok. After all the hype for decent Thai food was correct but the service and slowness was not desired. I hope if I decide again to go for a very special celebration and I will have to think twice ! before coming here again. Good food but slow service without any Smile.

Rhe food is tasty, lovely food as always. Great lunch time menu that is very reasonablely priced. We tried both the salad and they are devine.Worth a visit if in the area, the staff are lovely. The Wheeping Tiger is amazing in the evening menu if you like spicy beef. Green curry is great flavour, the Chicken with Basil was not what I expected, not my favourite dish.

Amazing food and quick service but when we asked for a coffee after our dinner we were rudely told we can’t have one as it takes too long and they have a large party coming in after us so need our table. It was a shame as we had heard so many good things about this restaurant and our food was delicious but that left our evening on a sour note as it felt like we were being kicked out and had outstayed our welcome when we still had 20 mins left on our booking of the table.

We have 2 extra guests above the booking and the restaurant catered for us all very well. The food was very good.

We dined here as walk ins. They were very busy. For me, the food, service and atmosphere were OK. It's a nice local where you can get good food for a reasonable price - worth a try for sure.

I booked a table for 2pm on Sunday. When we arrived as soon as walked in the door we were told the kitchen was closing in 25mins so we needed to order everything at once and the whole place was closing at 3pm. It was my bday lunch and we were made to feel a burden. Why didn’t they say when I booked that these were the closing times? We were then rushed, told we couldn’t order coffee and deserts as they wanted to close. Ruined my bday lunch. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Food was just about average. Awful place.

Have been here many times, but today is the last time. The carrot already turned bad but was still served, with the heartless apology, it made me feel I am the one who owe them. Very upset with their bad service attitude.

The Thai waitress seemed impatient when we placed our orders, which spoiled our vacation mood. The food was decent, but my stir-fried flat rice noodles were a bit hard, and the beef was a bit tough.

Hadn’t booked but they were able to easily accommodate. I at first thought they were closed but was just the first customer of the evening! (It was a Monday night). It could maybe have done with some music in the background. But the decor was wonderful & service good. The food came out super speedy. I had coconut rice & vegetarian Thai green curry w/ tofu. It was some of the best Thai food I have eaten - and that includes in Thailand. Very reasonably priced. Will most definitely be going back.

Excellent meal and service. We were ushered to the cooler part of the restaurant which suited us as it was a very hot day. Towards the end of our meal the people next to our table just arrived ,were loud and hard of hearing made us rush sooner without having coffee/tea/desserts. Not restaurant’s fault but also if it were at the start/or middle of our meal I would have insisted on being moved to another section. SUPERB FOOD/SERVICE! Thank you. Nineveh Rasdall (Mrs)

Food is fantastic! I loved the decoration, it’s very unique, but the chairs make a loud sound as they scrape across the flour. The servers were all very kind. The menu is extensive, and everything I ate was delicious.

Having tried all 3 (!) Thai restaurants in Esher, I think this is the best if your priority is simply great food

Poor delivery experience as order incomplete and no way to send missing items —- restaurant at fault and not willing to rectify — will not use this restaurant again … sad as food is good

An old favourite (used to be a regular), food is still lovely but the aging decor and facilities along with inattentive staff puts a dent to the experience.

Lovely lovely food and very welcoming service. The tastes were distinct and suitably strong. Whilst the portions were not large they were appropriately filling

I used to love this place, sadly it is on the way out. It needs a fresh injection, a complete refurb, I can’t see it lasting long as it stands. Half empty on a Friday night. Tried to order a drink at 10:10pm, but the bar was closed. I still prefer the food here more than the giggling squid but there’s just no atmosphere. Such a shame to see it fading away.

Been coming for years. Excellent food. Freshly prepared. Good prices. Nice decor. But my goodness why is it so hard to get a smile (or anything vaguely resembling a warm welcome) from the main lady?

Just visited this restaurant. Ordered a jungle curry which I've eaten in a number of restaurants before. It was described as being served with aubergine and ginger. It arrived at the table and the sauce had about 2cms of water floating on the top. Clear indicator that it had previously been frozen. It was full of green pepper and hardly any aubergine in sight. It was not described as being served with green pepper. The sirloin steak had an awful smell to it and was extremely tough. I explained that the meat smelt bad and that the dish was not as described in the menu. This was met with indifference and I was told that it was authentic and the other jungle curries id eaten weren't! I ended up sharing my husbands curry which for a panang was extremely spicy with a strong taste of cumin which was surprising. We ordered coconut rice which again did not taste as it should. Unfortunately most of my portion of rice along with my fork was whisked away after my complaint about the food. Which meant we paid a lot of money and I left the restaurant hungry. These things can happen however how you manage a situation like this is so important. They should of apologised immediately, not questioned me and made it clear we wouldn't be charged for the dish concerned. They should of also brought me another fork and some more rice, which had been dished onto my plate when I wasnt even at the table. We were completely ignored by this particular member of staff after the complaint. Our water glasses were not replenished and we were ignored when we left the restaurant. Very badly mishandled. However the young man who served us was extremely pleasant and had great customer service skills that the management should learn from . We were also charged a 10% service charge for the pleasure. We will not be returning!

Been eating here for a number of years. Food always excellent, service has been a bit hit and miss over the years. My last visit was the best yet - clearly a number of new staff, really well trained, couldn't fault the service and the food was - as always - awesome. Thank you!

Great Thai food with delicious vegan options. We got the green curry with tofu and the basil chili tofu, as well as fried rice. All delicious and would for sure go again!

Great food and service - already looking forward to going back.

Very enjoyable evening. Despite me messing up the booking they managed to save the day and create extra seating for us. Food overall was excellent although I only rated 4 out if 5 as the noodles were a little too hot and spicy, but everything else was excellent. Thank you Siam Gallery. We look forward to returning in 2023!

A great restaurant, really good food and lovely staff

Amazing food, everything was very tasty especially the Massaman and the prawn curry!

My experience here was so good that I just have to leave a review. It was by far the best Thai food I have eaten outside of Thailand. Having eaten several times in the other Thai restaurants in Esher, I cant believe I overlooked this one. Although I always enjoyed the other restaurants, this one beats them by a mile. The food was outstanding, the portions were large and it was amazing value for money. I see no reason to go to any other Thai restaurant other than here in the future. I am just annoyed that I didn't discover it sooner!

Attentive staff and wonderful food.

We have been going for lunch here 1-2 times a month for over a year, never been disappointed. Friends/family we take also seem to love it. Great value for money although They are increasing the cost to £12.95.....Will still keep going. Couldn't recommend it highly enough...Eshers best kept secret!!!

Not sure why but this was the first time we have visited the Siam Food Gallery and since our first visit we have now been 3 times. Lovely service, great food and all in all a nice experience. Just booked to go again with friends.

As a family of 4 we had sunday lunch at Siam food gallery. Very reasonable set venue, great advice & adaptability - made some dishes vegan & excellent food. Not our first visit & we'll be back again soon. We love the authenticity of this restaurant & considering there are 3 other Thai restaurants in Esher for us it's the best.

Very disappointed with take away. Have been many times over the years to dine in and enjoyed the food each time. Really can’t understand why the quality was so different. The food seemed very sweet and the only word to describe the fish cakes is “rubbery “

Lovely food but several dishes cold. Sent back & newly cooked dishes delivered, however it did spoil the dinner experience. Everything else lovely.

As always a great evening, staff are so lovely & the food is always delicious. we had the starter for 2 selection followed by the steamed seabass - perfect, and also the green Thai chicken curry and a tufo dish, something for everyone! Can't fault this restaurant & definately recommend. Will be back, thank you for a lovely evening!

The food is so good, you could be in Thailand. Reasonably priced for such quality. Quite possibly the best restaurant for miles around.

The food was about as authentic as a supermarket frozen boxed pizza is to one made in Naples. It was Thai in name only. When I ordered a dish in the Thai name, the waiter asked what it was in English. The ‘Pad Thai’ had enormous slithers of onion and diced green beans, (with just three over cooked prawns) as did the pork dish. Deep fried rather than wok stir fried starters.. tasteless gloopy sweet chilli sauce - no hint of staple flavours of lemongrass, ginger, coriander, coconut, fish sauce, bean sprouts, tamarind palm sugar or peanut…but a lot of chilli to mask whatever was available. Our chosen wine was unavailable and to finish their ‘famous’ liqueur coffee was also unavailable. No explanation. If you want authentic Thai food, go to Bangkok. It’s fresh vibrant and delicious, on Esher high street it isn’t. Nor is the ambience. Tired, over-lit and dull. I suppose covid will be to blame.. or brexit.. or lorry drivers. But as long as people accept mediocrity it will continue to thrive.

Went with partner who is veggie. All starters were delicious. Dim Sum, Money bags which you don't see too often, tempura veg and soft shell crab. She had Veg Green Curry I had Jungle curry. She really enjoyed hers I enjoyed mine but i've not had it before and maybe won't order that again but only my preference. It was more like stew but it was tasty and authentic. Wine was good and not hideously overpriced. The highlight is the liquer coffee. It takes you by surprise how they prepare it!! Overall really nice. We asked for a different table on arrival and they moved us no problem. Will def go back and recommend. A nice find.

We visit this restaurant regularly, but on this occasion the food wasnt as lovely as we are used to. Maybe a chef issue on this occasion. We will retunr though as have had many beautiful dining experineces in here.

Excellent and authentic Thai restaurant. We have been coming here for over 10 years - the food and service have always been excellent. Following the pandemic, the new white table clothes make it even better. The best Thai restaurant in the Esher area.

Very good food and exceptional service By Sunni, We started with prawn and mushroom soup With a very nice kick from the fresh chilli Thai fish cakes and filo pastry vegetables bag with sweet chilli sauce For main course, we opted for salmon fillet with red curry sauce and sticky rice And pad Thai noodles with prawns For dessert we shared a apple and mango gyoza With refreshing vanilla ice cream And Jasmine tea

The best Thai with Weybridge's Greedy Elephant, in Surrey for me and family/friends. The Irish coffee here is an award winning experience to see and try too

Food was very good but it was not very crowded and took a long time to get our food. We ordered 3 dishes which took an hour to arrive! It seemed the priority was given to the Deliveroo orders.

Great food and service at the Siam gallery have to book because it is very small inside but they do take away.which we will try next.

Gracious and attentive service, exquisite food, Friends introduced us and we followed all their recommendations which were great. Will return for sure! The appetizer plate was very tasty and offered a variety of flavours. Had the duck which was mouth watering.

Having been going here for years, it is unfortunate to say that it has lost its appeal. If you want a good meal, it’s a reliable choice but if you want a night out, experience or special occasion it’s not hitting the mark anymore because the service is poor and it’s lost all of its authenticity and no ambience.
