I organised a school mum's night for the whole year, we had 50 people. I arranged for everyone to pay before the night. We all had a glass of bubbles when we arrived, all within the set price & Hummings arranged an amazing selection of food. We had the best salmon you will ever taste, marry me chicken, roasted cauliflower cheese, pesto pasta, sweet potato fries and a large selection of salads. Such a great venue, as you get to chat with so many more people. Music in the background and of course the bar. We had such a great time, so thank you Hummings.

Lovely fresh food,service was fair & the atmosphere was buzzing,felt intimidating as the clientele was dressed up for breakfast with perfect make-up etc felt like " Made in Esher" !😂 alittle ott!! Must remember to dress up when having eggs on toast in Esher, extremely la De da!!

They couldn’t have been more accommodating of us and our little family. Though their blender was acting up, they went out of their way to help and let us know in advance - mercifully the brilliant milkshakes could be made! The coffee and food were brilliant too. Order the ‘Something Different’ sandwich! We’ll be back.

I have been to Hummings a few times now, and I simply love it! Initially visited with a friend while looking for a pre-girls night out spot - we didn't leave. We had such a fun night - the music, the atmosphere, the cocktails!! It was a vibe! The cocktails by the way, were simply divine (definitely recommend having a Freaky Tiki, so delicious)! Came back with my family for some brunch, and they loved it, too (the Hummings Humdinger is a MUST). Such a lush selection of food to choose from for brunch or lunch, and smoothies too, at great prices. The kids pretty much demolished the Pancake Tower (such a generous portion!), and were spoilt for choice with the milkshake options. The staff were so accommodating and gave my two little ones lots of attention. It's so refreshing to find a spot that ticks so many boxes! If you're in Esher, pop down to this little gem on the high street - you definitely won't be disappointed.

Beautiful place, great food! We have visited a few times and it very quickly became one our favourite places to eat. Today we tried the sharer’s Brunch and OMG Chef’s kiss! Love the Halloween vibe going at at the minute too.

Hummings is just such a great addition to the Esher / Oxshott / Cobham dining experience. I love the fact it’s got that community feel with familiar faces. The owner takes such pride in the ingredients and the menu and it’s evident when you visit. The pancakes are a must. My kids will argue it’s the milkshakes that win!

We have been to hummings a number of times, for drinks and food, as well as held and attended parties there, so we were already impressed with the standard of service and the creativity and taste in the cocktails and food. So when we decided to hold a party at home we knew who to book for the cocktails! It was the best money spent! Sergio brought everything he needed to make any cocktail we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make sure every guest was happy. Would highly recommend and will be booking for all our future events.

Food was well presented and came out hot, the quality was lovely and would recommend coming here for a brunch good vibes and atmosphere! Staff were efficient and welcoming thank you for having us 🙂

We just found this gem when looking for somewhere to grab some food in Esher. The breakfast was incredibly good, with exceptional presentation. The staff were extremely laid back, friendly and professional. After brunch we watched the mixologist make some cocktails, then promptly ordered an espresso martini. It was divine. The atmosphere was lovely, the food and drink were exceptional and we will definitely be back for more. Finding a place like this is so rare nowadays. We definitely stumbled upon a special place.

I wish I had started dining in this beautiful cafe sooner. I was enticed by their 50% offer on a Tuesday. The food is very reasonably priced anyway but there is a lot of competition on the high street. The pancakes are incredible and the lunch so tasty and fresh. Drinks are also amazing. Service is super and everyone is very welcoming. I have also been to an event in the evening but it’s a shame there isn’t a bit more space for dancing. Still a great vibe!

Recently had my daughter’s birthday party here and what an amazing place for a party! The team were brilliant, so friendly & helpful in the planning & on the day. They offered a mocktail making session which the girls loved and the food was sensational. We are all still dreaming about the Cookie Dough pie! It is definitely my favourite venue in Surrey for a party and I will be having many more celebrations here! Thanks to Ramon & his team 👏🏻🙏🏻

Service too slow, moody customers sitting down because of this. Food was too slow, and when arrived, portions were tiny. Not good enough. Expected better because of the ratings, but clearly not the case.

Was in the area and fancied and bite to eat. Decided to run in Hummings looking for anything to eat. What a little gem! We just grabbed a sandwich each and they was UNREAL! I had the bacon and sausage sandwich & my boyfriend had the club sandwich. Both said it’s the best we had had of that type of sandwich. Such a reasonable price for the size of the sandwiches. Highly recommend visiting.

Amazing venue for private hire! We have been visiting Hummings bar for many years now as they do the best brunch by far - nowhere else compares! Last week I had my baby shower at this location and it didn’t disappoint! Since booking the venue months ago the team (special shout out to Ramon & Georgia) have been there every step of the way. Phone calls to discuss plans, timings, the food menu which I was able to customise with the team as well as cocktails, they ensured every detail was discussed and perfect. They also catered brilliantly to dietary requirements. The service on the day was perfection, nothing was too much to ask for, food and drinks were delicious, staff were so friendly and we couldn’t fault the venue or team at all, easy to park in the area, everyone commented on the staff and how much of a stunning venue this is (which makes perfect for private hire as you don’t even need to decorate, it’s so unique with such a cool vibe!) Everyone had such a fab time! I would highly recommend this venue & will be back - huge thank you Hummings for making my baby shower so special & a day we won’t forget!! Yasmin x

It was our first time at Hummings today and it didn’t disappoint. We were served by the lovely Sergio who also made our coffees and they were by far the best we have had in the UK so far (coming from NZ)! We both had poached eggs on toast, one with halloumi and one with bacon and it was delicious. The only negative was how noisy it was due to the large group. Would definitely go back.

I hired the whole place out privately for my sister's hen do and it was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with a really cool vibe. The food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing! But the best part? The staff! They were so friendly, attentive and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We had a blast with the cocktail masterclass and karaoke, and everyone had an unforgettable time. Huge thanks to Hummings for making it so special! Absolutely Fantastic experience!

I went for some breakfast this weekend. I ordered the charcoal latte and the humdinger and I was blown away!! The activated charcoal latte was delicious, just look how cute the art is! Not to mention the food was so delicious, I ate it too quickly to even snap a picture of it! We’ll definitely be back. Thxx hummings

Great venue for a birthday party! I recently celebrated my 60th birthday at Hummings cocktail bar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable night. The cocktails were absolutely top-notch, with a fantastic selection that catered to everyone's tastes and presented in a spectacular way! The food was equally delicious, complementing the drinks perfectly. DJ Kobbie was the best and kept the energy high all night, playing a great mix that had all of us on the dance floor for hours. It’s been a long time since I’ve had so much fun dancing and partying with friends! Everyone who attended had an amazing time and couldn’t stop raving about the night. Hummings truly made my milestone birthday celebration special. If you're looking for a venue that offers great drinks, food, and an electric party atmosphere, I highly recommend it! The whole place is amazing. From the booking process to organising drinks and food for the table to make a 30th memorable. Todd was fantastic, he provided excellent customer care and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and having a good night. This place was absolutely the best. We stayed at an Airbnb near here and came here with a large group of 13 people. Every person’s meal, from the Hummings Humdinger to the Mediterranean, was fantastic. Just what we needed before exploring. The drinks stood out, not only for the variety, but for the quality. The smoothies came in cute tiki mugs and the orange juice was fresh squeezed. The coffee, from the Cortado to the lattes were so smooth that I didn’t even need to add sweetener to my cortado, and I always add honey or sugar. Ramon was so super nice when I didn’t know what a Piccolo or Cortado was, he had me go to the coffee bar and gave me a tutorial. I definitely expect to come back every day we are here.

We hired out Hummings recently for a Saturday evening joint birthday celebration and the team there delivered a brilliant evening for us. All our guests had a great time and the venue worked perfectly for the numbers. We had a few particular requests that were all catered for, the cocktails were excellent, and we would definitely recommend the bar for anyone looking for something similar!

Had a lovely brunch date last weekend. Always loved a brunch me and have been a regular at Fegos for so long as it was local to me in Banstead… however I’d much rather drive 20 minutes to have this breakfast all the time! I’ve never had pancakes so fluffy! Staff members so lovely and attentive. A new favourite in my book!

I recently traveled from Netherlands to London and stumbled upon this gem. The breakfast wrap and latte I had were so extraordinary that I found myself making the trip back just to experience them again - the best I've ever had! On the second visit it appeared that the place also has the best cocktails and milkshakes in the city🤩

Drove down from London and came to visit for the first time with my sister-in-law and nephew and dog!! Both child and animal friendly!! Which is a massive plus in todays age! The staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious we had the creamy mushrooms and the Humdinger 😮‍💨 (definitely recommend and the humdinger also comes with the creamy mushroom!) Cocktails were fruity and refreshing with a punch🍹 Was lucky enough to meet the owner who was very down to Earth- took the time to engage with us and ask how our experience was. Will definitely be returning with more people!! Thank you!!

Amazing 2-in-1 local independent venue. A true hidden gem in Esher. Been here twice - once for brunch, once for a private hire party in the evening. The food was exceptional both times, excellent customer service, and brilliant atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend enough.
