Graham Wood's birthday party on 16th September was held at Basil's. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was great and reasonably priced. The band were able to play with enough space for seating and dancing. Everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, especially Graham - the man of the moment!

Honest review because I want this place to improve. Food is ok and atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The service is consistently awful though, our orders are regularly forgotten about and the food takes a long time. Staff need some serious training.

Friendly service, good food and drink in really nice surroundings. The recent refurbishment has really improved the environment and there's still the fantastic balcony overlooking the field. LOADS of convenient car parking too!
