As expected and was behaved with me the same I am able to see everywhere in comment section the guys are rude and blah blah blah , They think that we are begging to him and behaviour was rude and they were arrogant.

I ordered a falafel wrap listed at £7.50, and asked to add halloumi (about 4 small pieces). To my surprise, I was charged £14.50 for the wrap. When I questioned it, the staff said that a “mixed” wrap with falafel and halloumi costs £14.50 — but this was not clearly stated on the menu. According to the menu, a full falafel wrap is £7.50, and a full halloumi wrap is also £7.50. So paying £14.50 for a falafel wrap with just a few bits of halloumi seems overpriced and unreasonable. There was no clear explanation or itemized breakdown of the cost. I’m disappointed by the lack of price transparency. I left feeling like I had been overcharged. I hope the business can be more upfront with their pricing and make things clearer for future customers. Updated Review: I want to share my experience to help others be more aware. I asked for a falafel wrap, which was listed at £7.50, and added a few small pieces of halloumi. I was surprised when the total came to £16.90, including a bottle of Coke — especially because there was no clear explanation of how the price increased so much. The pricing was not clearly displayed or communicated, and I don’t believe the charges were reasonable. Also, because I paid by card, the amount was just typed in without being shown or explained to me first. If I hadn’t asked for a receipt, I wouldn’t have known what I was charged. That’s very concerning — for any customer, it’s important to always ask for the receipt and check the total before paying, especially when paying by card. What made this experience worse was the attitude of the staff. Rather than trying to clarify or reflect on whether there was a mistake, they simply blamed the customer. This isn’t how a respectful business should respond to feedback. I hope the shop will review how they communicate prices and how they handle customer concerns in the future.

Very much lives up to its name!! The BEST kebab house in Surrey. Lovely customer service from calm, patient and generous staff. Delicious kofte, chicken and doner. Huge portions and excellent salads and sauces. Cannot ask for more in a kebab house.

Ordered on uber eats and by far the worst Kebab I've ever had, expensive and poor quality. The meat was very rubbery. Best part was the pitta very disappointing

The best kebabs with the freshest meat and incredible customer service to go along with it. Niko is a great guy to have a chat to while waiting for your kebabs: always kind and funny. The food is delicious and I would highly recommend. Definitely trying to recommend this place to as many people as possible.

immediately greeted when entered, and food was made fresh very quickly. was given big potions and the lamb doner was full of flavour. customer service was incredible. I would imagine it is the best kebab shop in Esher, I think it's the only one, I didn't go in, just parked outside, but was a lovely parking spot but unable to give stars to this, otherwise it would be 5 stars

I can't understand. My wife phoned to find out the price of a kebab and chips as there is no website with prices. The chap who answered the phone said it was their policy not to give prices over the phone. If I really could be bothered I would have placed an order, found out the price, then cancelled it just to prove that they would give prices over the phone. When I asked them why, he just said it was his bosses instructions. Very odd behaviour and means that I will avoid them in the future. There are many more kebab shops in the area that don't have such bizarre policies.

After over 20 years of coming here and recently a few years away, it was fresh and tasty as it has always been. Definitely a bonus is their made hot chilli sauce. It is one of the best kebab shops in Surrey

The main employee was giving out free food for 5 star reviews, so I thought I’d give him a honest one.Decided to come here after having a night out, hoping for a safe comfort kebab. However, the chips were bland and overpriced (partly due to the fact he over charged me on purpose) and the garlic mayo did not do it any justice.

Insane. Kind and friendly staff, especially Niko and Mem. Honestly cheesy chips can never go wrong x

My dad decided to go to a kebab house as that is one of his favourite genres of food. We choose this local kebab shop and on the outside it doesn’t look like it is too much, but the food tastes and portions are very good. We didn’t have to wait for that long before our food arrived and the chicken shawarma is a chef’s kiss. The price for the food is well worth it and has been approved by me.

By far the best kebab in surrey. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, making sure that you have a wonderful kebab experience every time. The menu has a great range and everything on it is delicious. A great halloumi range for vegetarian options. The portions are big and the food is always cooked to perfection. A nice range of drinks and delicious baklava to enjoy after! Has always had high quality food and service, I used to enjoy a kebab here after school when I was younger and they always made sure you were well fed!

I was a regular costumer till today but not anymore. Today around 6-7 pm I had a big order because I had visitors. I wanted to amazed them with best Kebab&burger house but today was unexpectedly horrible the food. I ordered the best k special and also chicken shawarma and cacik. I can say that the meats were very dry and not fresh the cacik also out of date which cost £5. The rice also was not cooked today and etc… I spent on this order £83 and I’m very disappointed because no one liked the foods, everything went to waste. It’s so sad because my boyfriend ordered many times chicken wraps and fries weekly and was so delicious and fresh before. I give 2 stars just because before everything tasted nice. I’m happy to pay more money for delicious food but not for expired.

I have visited the famous kebab shop of Sinan Zenginqot. All I can say the food here is dreadful. I have ordered chicken kebab and baklava. They were delivered cold and judging by colour not fresh. Do not recommend this place for any future visit.

As the name suggests, Best Kebab truly lives up to its reputation. I recently had the pleasure of trying their kebabs and shawarmas, and I must say, they are among the best I've ever had. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the chilli sauce adds the perfect kick. To top it off, their baklavas are absolutely delightful. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone craving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine.
