The best restaurants in Upperton Eastbourne South East

Whenever we go to Eastbourne we always go here. The staff are so friendly and the food is lovely. We have been to Italy a few times ,the food here is just as good Really do recommend Mamma Mia

Good coffee, kind staff, and drinks prepared promptly if you’re getting a train. The seating is comfortable and there were a good range of drinks available.

The tea and tea cakes were good quality.We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely be visiting very soon and feel very lucky to have this delightful cafe on my doorstep.Great service to.

Went down with my friend last Saturday had lunch in harry Ramsdens didn't have to wait long for our dinner then made our way down to the mad catter cat cafe the cafe was busy with other customers one of the cats tonic came and sat on our table the girls were very nice as always so had an hour there cats as always were very content then we came back and went and had a look at the cars that were there

Just had breakfast before getting train to london as we wanted something to set us up for the day. Unfortuntly it wasn't as i expected after hearing good reviews from friends. Bacon & sausage overcooked, egg's we're scrambled when i hate scrambled egg & no choice or description on menu. Toast was burnt too. If you only do scrambled egg then you need to say that on menu. Not a very good experiance!!

Only a few of us in there on the night we were in but I really enjoyed my time there.

This used to be my favourite place to go for breakfast and I always recommend it to people. Amazing pancakes and great fried breakfast. Unfortunately I’m not sure what’s happened. We used to walk in be offered a table but no acknowledgement so we sat down and no one came over so I went to order the food at the counter. Firstly the pancakes had been taken off the menu which was very disappointing so we decided to go for the donut breakfast only to be told we couldn’t have that as they had no donuts??? We were in a donut shop and I could see donuts so I asked again and yes we couldn’t have it as there was no donuts. We decided to leave at that point I did email the company when I got home but got no reply.

Good value food and good service

Retirement do for colleague. Booked inside and outside just in case weather was not good. Lovely evening, all had a great time, food was lovely. Thank you to all the staff.

Best pizza around!! We travel over from Seaford JUST for their pizzas, tasty, fresh, huge toppings. They are always so very friendly and welcoming, dosen't matter how long since our last visit, they always remember us and our requests. Highly recommend

Minimal amount of salad as possible used, guessing to cut costs... Same if you order a sub from this location. Missing additional chicken that was paid extra for. Better subways in Eastbourne.

Family run for around 20 years,

Useless barista. Was waiting for 10 minutes to get a water before catching my 3rd train of the day. He only had two drinks to make but took so long I had to put the water down so i could actually catch my train. If it’s going to take 5 minutes per order, you need to hire more not acceptable for drinks to take so long when majority of people are in a rush.
