Bella's Café is the perfect place for my morning coffee. Always a friendly and efficient service.

I'd just walked nearly 20 miles from Southease on the South Downs Way and had about 30 minutes to wait for my train. I stopped at Bellla's cafe for coffee and cake. Both were excellent and they also very kindly charged my phone up for me. If you are near the station I can highly recommend that you drop in for coffee here.

Just a great little place to sit, drink, eat, watch the world go by, listen to your music or read. Friendly staff, clean premises, quality food and drink at good prices - come on down.

Wonderful staff here who are always so friendly, their coffee is really good, the snacks are tasty and I'm looking forward to trying the bacon roll that they offer. It's one of the best places to stop at in town.

The service is both professional, friendly. As I walk into the cafe they always greet me me a friendly hello, how are you. Plus they seem to remember what I like to drink. If you are ever at Eastbourne Station and you want a drink or something to eat pop into Bella's Cafe.

Thankfully they open before all the other coffee shops meaning I can get an early morning coffee on my early train to work. They also serve a very good coffee at a reasonable price

Went here for a bacon roll & a Caramel Latte before I got on a train to Crawley.The bacon roll was very greasy & I could b mistaken but I think the bacon was smoked which I don’t like.The only good things I could say about it were the staff were friendly,Caramel Latte was lovely & the cafe was really nice & love the seating area outside so probably only go there if I wanted a latte but nothing else.☹️☹️

At last with lifting of Covid restrictions I was able to visit Bella's whilst breaking a train journey as I had done pre-Covid. I was delighted to find that not only were they open but the service and coffee were as good as they used to be. My only disappointment was that they were closed by the time I made the return journey. Well done Bella's. I shall certainly be returning.

A very convenient place to get breakfast- it is the only place open super early in the morning and the staff always note when you are in a hurry to get the train and try to make the service fast for you. The muffins are also nice.

A small cafe with a big heart. Excellent service with very friendly staff. The coffee was very, very good and although I didn't indulge in the food it all looked very appetising and at reasonable prices. I'll certainly return whenever I have the opportunity.

Nice small cafe in the train station. Basically the only place to get your coffee or something sweet from while waiting. Their hot chocolate and milkshakes are good.

Nice, friendly staff. Inside the station so noise was a problem when we were there (Two lots of students travelling to London). Food very good. Ideal if you are travelling that day.

Came in today and was disappointed to see all the plastic packaging. Please consider the impact on the environment and stop selling fresh crossaints wrapped in plastic. No other Eastbourne town centre cafe sees this as necessary. Nelson's just opposite sells wonderfully fresh crossaints with no plastic wrapping. I would urge all who care about the future of our planet to skip this place and go there.I mentioned this to a friend at work who said she left without buying anything several weeks ago because of the plastic and told you this was why. So you obviously don't care or listen to your customers because there is no change. Very sad :(

The interior and exterior are pretty and the food and drink hit the spot. Dare I say that the chai latte was better than Starbucks. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, would definitely recommend.

Went in this afternoon for the first time and it will be the last ! Ordered a cappuccino a tea and two lemon drizzle cakes. The tea came in a large glass mug half full ! the coffee was good and the cakes where cut with such dexterity that I was mesmerised ! They were that thin I thought I had a wafer on my plate, the taste was absolutely delicious and cannot fault the flavour. Having been to many cafes this is the most economical slice of cake I’ve ever experienced.

One of the few places in Eastbourne serving decent coffee. Very sweet staff that seem to look after their regulars. Toasted sandwiches take a while but worth the wait so be patient :)

Dropped in last minute before hopping my train, as a couple of the bigger local cafés nearby had already finished up doing savery snacks. Got a veggie sandwich, and tea which the staff were adiment was no trouble to put in my grubby old flask (which also needed a rinse). I’ve been raving about the sandwich to anyone who’ll listen since, and the flask of (really decent) tea was a life saver. Haven’t seen a train station cafe this good since I watched ‘Brief Encounter’. Comfy, homemade and friendly. I certainly didn’t anticipate writing a google review about it but will definirly drop back when next in Eastbourne. ***** five stars for great service, and a really bloody good sandwich. PS: It probably is quicker to sod off to Subway, but if that’s all you care about you should probably re-examine your choice making criteria.

I had a few minutes to spare, so sat out on the concourse area of this cafe and enjoyed my coffee. Good service, nice coffee and moderately priced.

We’re looking for Magicabula, best ice cream place in Eastbourne according to Trip Advisor but we couldn’t find it. We “settled” for coffee at Bella’s Secret and really liked it! Had also a Portuguese custard tart and a wonderful ice cream from Gelato Gusto Brighton.

This place is a must and WOW. Ever had a milkshake which is nice and thick and cold but in trying to suck it through a straw it leaves you asking for a spoon !! or its so cold it leaves you with brain freeze and you children crying it's to cold. Well this is one problem you just don't get at bella's. The shake's are thick and just right. There cold and just right for the kid's and NO brain freeze. THIS PLACE IS A MUST.

This cafe has comfortable seating on the concourse and a good range of high quality regular and herbal teas - my peppermint tea was very good.

On the main concourse at Eastbourne Station, near the ticket office. Good tea and coffee and tasty cakes, service could be quicker but worth the extra minutes. Some outside seating (on the main concourse). Worth a visit whilst you await your train.

Wir haben in Eastbourne nach einem Cafe gesucht um einen Kleinigkeit zu Essen. Der betörende Duft von frisch gebackenem Kuchen hat uns zu Bella´s Secret geführt - und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Eine sehr große Tasse leckerer Cappuccino und ein perfekter Carrot Cake haben mir den Tag gerettet. Der Orangen-Schokoladenkuchen den meine Frau wählte war auch traumhaft. Wir hatten eine nette und lustige Unterhaltung mit Bella. Vielen Dank nochmal!

I am glad this cafe is not a secret. I have been visiting for some years now and every time am welcome as a friend. Warm in every way,this is enhanced by the fab 60s retro decor. Have you ever seen a cake stand made out of 45 size and LP size records?

With 15 minutes to our train back to Ashford, we took the opportunity to have hot chocolates and a brownie. The service was cheerful, speedy and excellent, and it was possible to transfer our unfinished drinks to takeaway cups (I should have thought of that when buying!) so we could go for our train. This is a little gem in a very attractive railway station, and definitely beats sitting on the concourse - because of Bella's secret amply-proportioned armchairs - great!

I visited your cafe on Tuesday with my 96 year old grandmother who's mobility is quite poor, both girls were absolutely amazing & extremely helpful, both girls went out of their way to help us, we will definitely be coming back as not only was the service fantastic but the coffee was lovely too.

Stood there for 5 minuts waiting to get served by the rude staff. Gave up and went to subway. Probably saved a few quid as well.

Popped in to Bella's for two takeaway americanos to take on the train. The coffees were full of flavour, just how I like my coffee. Will grab another next time I'm travelling into London.

Always lovely to find somewhere run by the owners. Nothing against the big chains. Coffee was great and at £2:50 on a station concourse really good value (tea is £1:90). The BLT was delicious as well. A great find.

Delightful cafes, one in Eastbourne station and one in the nearby Shopping Arcade behind the station. Lovely sandwiches and glorious macarons of the first quality served by friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

I was delighted to find this cafe sells a good range of teas that I like, especially rooibos (redbush) tea from South Africa which is my favourite.

I often visit this café when travelling by train or visiting the town centre as I know they serve good tea and the people are friendly there.

Stumbled into the train station at Eastbourne while waiting for our bus to arrive. Went in to Bella's for a cup of coffee. Friendly service and fun place. And, absolutely the best Americana I've ever had. The bad news is that the bus didn't arrive so we had to wait for the train. The good news is that gave me time to have a second cup of coffee! The pastries were yummy too. Wish we had a Bella's in the U.S.

My son loves the cheesecake from here.

we was in Eastbourne train station on sat and was in wonted a gluten free sandwich and gluten free cake on the was home to eat on the bus .we know it will cost a bit more as it all way does but for 2 cheese panini and 2 choc brownes costing £12.40 was way to much we had to pay as they don't put sandwich price up for you to know what it will cost . I was so shocked I when back on Monday to check the price I never go there again . what a rip off

Loved this sweet little cafe in the Eastbourne train station. We ventured to be achy head and on our return to London were in dire need of refreshments. This place did the trick. I got the cheese and pickle sandwich and some sweets, cafe to go. The woman running the joint was very sweet.

I was told about this by a colleague so went and got a latte from here, it is easily the best coffee in town. Nice, quick and friendly service now become a weekly visit for me

Fantastic service fantastic home made cheese cake and wow real italian coffee if your in Eastbourne go to the railway station and try Bellas.

I popped in before work at around 4:45AM for a quick coffee to get me in the mood for work. I waited about 10 minutes to be served because the girl behind the counter was too busy talking to someone else about 'the creeps she deals with everyday'. When the coffee was finally made, all I could taste was milk and pretty much no coffee. I was disappointed.

Called in after we got off train. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean. Great coffee and cake. The gentleman was extremely helpful & also helpful to a fellow customer who had obvious special needs. First class

Popped in for coffee and stayed for lunch. Both were first class as was the comfort and service. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Sandwiches freshly made to order with a great selection of extras. I actually live in Eastbourne and was not travelling by train so have a huge choice of coffee shops to use, but will certainly make a point of using Bella's again.

It's an ideal place to buy a drink and a snack before getting on a train. The food is very nice the prices are ok, just. Would recommend.

My son and I visited for the first time today. The cafe has seating inside and out, which was very confortable. There was a man and a woman serving who were very friendly and efficient. Immaculately clean, with a large selection of delicious cakes, cupcakes, rolls etc. My coffee was piping hot and delicious. Added to that when I paid the man told me I had given him too much, when it was in fact a small tip in appreciation of the friendly, efficient service. I would definitely visit again.

Worth missing a train for (nearly) - will certainly make time for another visit before any future journey from Eastbourne where the station forecourt is light and spacious anyway. Thank you!

Just right to pop in for a nice cuppa coffee when off to catch a train. The only drawback that on first visit my coffee wasnt that hot but was tasty. Gave them another chance and they got it right this time.. NIce pleasant staff...

Last place I expected to find such an excellent coffee shop. Great quality coffee and cakes plus quirky first rate customer service in equally quirky surroundings. I hear they are up for an award for best coffee shop in Eastbourne...,it's in the bag lads!

This place does sandwiches with really good gluten free bread( not the fall apart bread with holes in it you get in some places) and fantastic Gluten Free cupcakes. Its a great place to people watch on the station concourse, they have a selection of really great tasting teas, in rather unusual teabags. I really hope this place thrives. Well done Bellas

Attractive café inside Eastbourne station offering reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Popped in here for a latte and biscuit and enjoyed a sit down writing my postcards and just generally relaxing before a show later in the day.

I don't travel to Eastbourne often but on my most recent trip was delighted to find Bellas cafe . Lovely bright decor, super comfortable seating, very friendly staff and just a really nice place to hang out while waiting for train.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but this small independent coffee shop in Eastbourne Railway Station has great coffee, friendly staff and an intimate vibe - there are super comfy armchairs and little tables, and my coffee was brought out to me on a cute wee tray. Love it.

Hi I have started to go in weekly to Bellas, the cakes are amazing and I love that you can watch the staff members decorating and creating whilst you relax wi lovely strong coffee. The cakes are gorgeous... It's a clean, friendly cafe, that also does things with the community. It is ran by a lovely lady who has always made me feel very welcome and loves her customers... Can't recommend high enough and looking forward to having an excuse to buy one of her large occasions cakes, which look quite frankly stunning.

I was approached by Bella to run my Creative Classes at her Cafe at the Enterprise Centre. She is always happy to see me, polite and friendly as well as her staff.

Popped in for a take away sandwich after getting a really nice roll shortly after it opened but this time waited a while for two parma ham on granary bread sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded too much if the sandwich was edible but when we came to eat it an hour later we found the bread was stale and ruined what could have been a nice bit if lunch.

Went in for a coffee and croissant, both were ok but customer service was very abrupt to the point of being rude. Maybe the young lady was having a bad day, I will give the benefit of doubt and go back in the future

Look around the station concourse and choose this one. Other outlets are better known and cheaper but none at better. They make an effort at Bella's Secret and you won't be sorry. Don't miss it.

After a 3 hour train journey, we stumbled upon Bellas, and what an absolute joy, the wonderful young man who served us, had customer service off to perfection, the premises were spotlessly clean, and the Banana Milk shake superb ! Not only that but the young man had made extra and came and filled my glass again for free ! I mentioned the advert which was displayed for Creamed ice coffee, and in a split second he came back with two samples for us to try ! Needless to say it was superb and we purchased a large one to take with us.

Full marks in every department. There should be outlets this good in every railway station - and in every airport, shopping mall and town centre for that matter.

Just called in after a recommendation. I though perhaps we were lucky that it was quiet with all the comuters long gone, but very impressed with the cup cakes, coffee and service. Deserves all of the positive comments. If it were sited with a better view than the railway platforms, you wouldn't be able to get a seat because of the crowds!
