Very friendly and professional service. Nice menu with lovely gluten free cake! Suggest popping in even if you’re not visiting the museum.

The old cafe is now empty and the new one is accessed via the shop. It's very large and well laid out. Was quite cold today so hopefully they've got heating for the future Newish menu, lovely gnocci

Fresh fish freshly cooked to order - nice light batter too. Genuine chip-shop chips, not French fries. Friendly efficient staff. And at £11 for a large haddock and small chips it was less than I expected. Great food and great value.

Ness made the best pizza I’ve ever had on quiz night this week, if you like a variety of flavours, check out The Mad Squirrel in Amersham, don’t pass by until til you have a taste of the good stuff 🤓 I wish I took a picture of it. Big shout out to the amazing Izzy, Stella, and Christian.

Superb fresh bread and the best Cream cakes this side of Paris . Terrific selection of rolls and pastries , beautiful selection .

So so good. Really tasty kebabs. 4 of us well fed for less than £50. Quick. Complimentary houmous. Always really friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best in the area.

Clean service food excellent full of flavour and cooked fresh waited half an hour but definitely worth it, would recommend it

Went there while walking our dog on Monday evening, looking forward to a drink on the front terrace. Walked through the front gate, with our dog on a lead, when two barking dogs came running from the pub. Both were off their leads and out of control and the larger one 'went for' our dog. Very unwelcoming. We decided to leave straight away and went to another pub. No-one seemed bothered. Disappointing as a few weeks ago there was a sign on the front door requesting that dogs be kept on leads. Won't be hurrying back.

Posh Deli/Grocer shop and take away. Really nice choice of (very) expensive deli goods - but then makes easy catering for guests. I had a salt beef bagel for my lunch - which was lovely (and the salt beef reminded me of what my mum used to do). I had ordered the toastie though.....

Stumbled upon this cafe while working in the area. It occupies the ground floor of an office complex and offers a limited menu with breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, cakes and coffee. Much of the menu appears to be prepared on site or locally and tends towards a healthy food approach. Service was a little slow at the busy time when I popped in. I enjoyed a "built it yourself" burger, which was really tasty. At £5.00 for a modest size burger with no accompaniments and only counter service I would class this cafe as being slightly pricey. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside.

I work near here so visit from time to time, it gets extremely busy around 12 - 1 due to the level of school children and the queues are normally out the door, they do restock though and will have a decent selection after the rush.

Nice enough place, only pub in the village that is open late, but bar is ridiculously expensive. Charges about 20% more for drinks than it's local competitors.

Excellent Sunday roast (beautifully cooked beef and pork belly, spot on roast spuds), friendly rapid service. Very happy meal with lots of families young and old around us enjoying a cosy afternoon in a well run pub. Definitely worth booking.
