I’ve been here a few times and the quality is consistently excellent. They serve the nicest coffees in Canterbury by a long shot and their kimchi toastie is absolutely delicious. In addition I always receive very friendly and cheerful service.

Absolutely love this gem of a restaurant! Been coming here for a number of years with friends & family. Although I visited alone this particular time, treated myself to a bento box with fried chicken. All of it delicious including lovely sweet potato fritters. Also had the miso soup with perfectly fried tofu to start plus a side of their delicious kimchi. One of the best things in the menu are the Kimcheese spring rolls - truly delectable ! Highly recommend all items- ramen is great too. Recommend booking.

The best sushi I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Amazing price for the amount of sushi you get and quality of ingredients used. Also a great selection of non sushi dishes. My Nan had the Katsu chicken curry which was also fantastic. The Chef and waitress were great and very welcoming when you arrive and makes sure you have everything you need while you are there. Would highly recommend anyone to try this wonderful restaurant.

Fantastic food and fantastic staff. A little expensive but it's worth the price. For two people expect to pay around £100. We went for the meat platter for two and it was more than enough food. Great quality ingredients and very well cooked. Lots of BBQ'd meats so if you're not into that this may not be the place for you. The wings were amazing! We always get extra. The staff are very attentive and always at hand. No student discount offered.

I had the beef brisket for £35, which has no go withs, so added chips and a very small mac and cheese, which came to £45 in total. The brisket was dry, chewy and extremely salty. For £45 in Canterbury I’m expecting a spot on meal, which this was not!

I did a lot of research for Indian food in Canterbury and very good reviews on the whole but we were disappointed I liked the selection of food on the menu. I had Paneer Massala.Quite a bright colour and lacking in flavour and heat. My friend had Lamb Nehari which was beautifully tender and acceptable sauce but seemed to have been thickened and slightly gloopy. Naan, rice and side dishes of Sag aloo, Cauliflower bhaji and Brinjal bhaji were all very tasty. The most disappointing part of the whole experience was the service. We had made a reservation and were first to arrive into the restaurant so were seated in the window. We got a friendly welcome by one of the ladies and restaurant was warm and comfortable. Drinks and food were ordered and arrived without any problem. From then on we weren't asked if we wanted any more drinks and had to go and get their attention. Plates were cleared and no further contact asking if we would like any desserts, coffee etc. We had to go to the counter to ask for the bill. My friend used the washroom - no soap or hand towels or dryer. Earlier in the evening there were 4 waitresses standing around before the restaurant filled up, doing nothing. So unfortunately the restaurant did not match up with the reviews I had read.
