Very good pizza and pasta... nice staff. Loved it

We ordered a veggie / dairy-free lasagne and a beef lasagne. They came labelled as such, however they were labelled the wrong way round. My partner had taken a couple bites before she realised, she is a vegetarian and lactose intolerant and was very upset by this. Staff were very unhelpful when I called up to complain.

Best in the town- one that I would be visiting again and again. Excellent food and amazing service. Very hygienic and the best value for money.

The best pizza I have ever had!

Cold delivery and careless care from the service. I been chef in my life and I know how food temperature should stay and I ordered it before it was a lot hotter but yesterday it was soggy cold. Don’t try to make me look like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I totally do and you will take the credits for having bad respond to your customers.

The Blue Cheese and Siracha sauce that you get on the Crispy Chicken Tendies is simply, outstanding.

Found this place whilst passing through over the weekend. Best pizza we've had, compared to the other big chain restaurants. The avocado salad was delicious. The staff were really friendly and just a great atmosphere all around. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service by the new establishment and the management. We had a group party here and everything was well taken care of. Very well made pizzas you can only find either in the heart of Italy or in gourmet restaurants. Strongly recommended and would certainly visit again.

the calzones could have been so delicious but I don't know if it was the tomato sauce or the water from the cheese but as soon as they were bitten into they flooded out into the box and the box couldn't hold all the fluid. it leaked all over us and the dogs, so ended up having to clean everything instead of enjoying meal. so so watery

I were there, becouse I wanted to buy a water. When they see me as a traveller, and not citizen, they took all my money, which I gave them with a words- could you check if its enough, please? He didnt even count, lol xD Just taken them all!!! Very bad experience!

Had to comment purely because I was so disappointed. Though I’d try something that resembles real pizza rather then dominos rubbish, looks nice in the pictures but in reality nothing like it, flat and burnt, bread with toppings, don’t bother

good quality food and amazing pizza!!!

Very tasty, delivered on time and piping hot

Nice pizza but flavours just seemed weak. The pepperoni seemed different to the pepperoni we used to get. Crispy base and crust but that also seemed lacking in seasoning.

Surprisingly good pizza for how the place (and pizza) looks. The pizza was delicious, light with a crispy base, and not too much toppings. Authentically wood fired taste with nice dough. Great value too - £13 for a pizza and two cokes - who could want more? The only lacking factor was the atmosphere of the place itself - music that didn't match the theme of the restaurant playing very loud, and decoration is less Italian more American diner. Might be better as a delivery or takeaway, as the pizza was very tasty! 😋

We have just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Fireaway. We were served by Vikram who was really nice and helpful. We started with wings which were fresh, hot and juicy. Then we had pizza which had a perfect crust and plenty of the toppings we had chosen. This is one of the best fast food experiences I have had. We will be back!

Not usually one for reviews, but the vegan pizza from here is amazing, especially with the garlic oil base. And very quick and friendly delivery, could not recommend enough!

Food was over an hour later than promised at point of order. driver then was unable to locate address and I had to go out to meet him so he could hand it over a fence.

The food is great. I've ordered from there before. We went to the shop to order. We got a meal deal (£15.95 1 pizza, 1 side and a drink). We went to use student discount and was told they don't have it which is wierd because every other time, they have accepted it. So I was like...ok... the food arrived and then we realised they didn't give us the side We ordered. We went back just to be like...hey...have you forgotten it? But we were told they are out of potatoes? So I technically paid £15.95....for a £11 pizza 😭🤣 I know its not a lot but I'm a broke student who just wanted a birthday treat 😭😭🤣

Nicest pizza in Canterbury! just shame their delivery driver doesn’t seem to care about the customers. Driving around blasting out very loud music in residential areas at night and handling food carelessly (bashing it into a wall?) to the point it gets very damaged. Staff were nice and sent a replacement but weren’t gonna touch it with how moody the delivery driver looked. Not risking that!

Best takeaway Pizza in Canterbury, it was delicious will definitely be ordering from here again.

pizza cold within 2 minutes of receiving. halloumi salad great portion shame the hallumi was burnt beyond edible. wedges okay fairly greasy. I decided to re visit this restaurant for take out as it does great gluten free options. flavourful dough. I do expect to pay slightly more for my allergy as I do everywhere but £4 is the largest supliment I've paid to cater for my allergy. pizza today was bland I opted for extra buffalo and mozzarella(additional £1.50). the toppings fell of pizza. was disappointed as this "deal" for 1 person of £19.99 actually cost me £27.99 and so get such poor quality sent. I won't be wasting my money here again

Ordered Monday lunch time. Food delivered in good time and very tasty. Really nice pizza, not thick and doughy like most delivery pizzas. More like a traditional Italian pizza.

Absolutely the worst pizza iv ever tried so thin it snapped. The cheese almost non existence same as the taste. I could count the toppings on both hands thats included the peppers . Im not joking Absolutely a no no from me. If you want pizza asda do a £1 version . Iv never written a review like this and hopefully I never have to again. Don't waste your money guy's wish I took a picture before I binned it.

Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Canterbury (says more about the other pizza on offer in Canterbury than this though tbh). It’s definitely a step away from the standard kebab house pizza or overly doughy and acidic American style pizza that’s normally on offer here but still has its flaws. The base was somehow crispy and overly chewy to the point my jaw actually hurt after eating it. If domino’s is a 5/10 this is a 6.5-7/10. Pizza was lovely, especially the cheesey garlic bread which is full 12” pizza size unlike Pizza GoGo. We get nervous ordering take outs because we live up a dirt track on a farm outside of Littlebourne. Shortly after ordering, Fireaway called to ask for distinguishing features in order to locate our house and to make the delivery process easier. We really appreciate the extra care and attention to detail regarding the delivery. Never had that before from any other local restaurant.

The worst pizza I have ever ordered. The base was dense and completely tasteless and the amount of dried herbs on top was completely overpowering. A £4 ready-made pizza from Sainsbury's is nicer!

I went to a place in Italy called Pisa and I had a Pizza and it was not half as good as that one I just had from the Fireaway Pizza. My brothers and sisters in Christ, it was good.

I made a custom pizza and got BBQ wings. The pizza was FANTASTIC and the wings were pretty decent too. I hope they do good because though their location isn’t the best (but not horrible), their food is great. Would come back 10/10.

I ordered from here nearly 2 weeks ago and when delivered was missing my chips with the order. I spoke with manager on phone and he said they would bring them back I said don’t worry as was busy and had places to be and got McDonald’s instead. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting for this refund.

This place is a joke DO NOT order from it. Your order won’t turn up and they will still take the money out your bank.

I have never given review to any business before, but this place deserves a review especially after our last visit. Well pizza is awesome, this was our go to place every Tuesday after our weekly meeting since they were opened and we were always served great by Mr Singh and pizza was awesome. On our last visit some guy who hardly spoke English or understood the order and he was calling himself the Boss of the place. I have given the order and asked him to repeat and more than half of the toppings were missing. He took nearly 15 minutes to take the order and blamed me that I am taking too much of his time. Finally when he took the order then he charged the wrong price asked him why he’s charging the wrong price, he said I don’t want customer like you, I have asked him to see the owner Mr Singh who served almost every other time but this guy refused to see anyone other then him as he kept saying he is the boss and he doesn’t want customer like us because we want free pizza. He almost wanted to have fight and very abusive towards customers. I had to cancel the order because he wasn’t able to take the order properly or charge me correctly, honestly didn’t have the faith that he will make the pizza correct or atleast make it without spitting on it. I must say It was a great pizza place that we no longer consider going due to one untrained and not suitable member of staff. Mr Singh you have taken a franchise and making a good pizza, sort your staff out and also give them training and teach them some customer service skills. Small investment on a good staff takes business to next level but having incompetent staff as well as no customer service skills will cost you a business that you have invested in. Anyhow we have stopped going to this place and have atleast lost around £60 to £100 business weekly and all the recommendation. Guys great pizza but no customer service at all and terrible staff. Hope you guys don’t end up meeting this guy ‘’the Boss’’

Quite expensive pizza for a student area. Nothing special about the ingredients. Made with care. 14 slices of pepperoni. Said it would be 15 minutes came back in 10 minutes and it was waiting for me. Place isn't listed on company website. Downloaded the app and not on there either.

Went with kids for dinner, I must say we had the most delicious true Italian pizza after a very long time. Their salad was scrumptious too. We will definitely be going there again and again.

I had a lovely pizza from here and I was thoroughly impressed! Although, I got some cannolis, and they tasted a bit old, probably best to get them as soon as they’re made. I’d definitely come back for more pizza, and Fireaway could easily be my go to pizza place.

Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. Saw them on deliveroo thought I would give them a try! When I called them due to a technical issue, they were so nice and resolved the issue very quickly! I will definitely be ordering my pizza from here from now on!
