Sumit served us for a bottomless brunch and the service has been brilliant, great atmosphere and customer service was amazing, will definitely be back!

The price for the amount of food you get isn't amazing but the quality of food was good. We went on a rainy day and were the only customers so can't comment much on the atmosphere of the place but was quite pretty. Sumid was very nice and friendly.

Had a lovely afternoon with the bottomless brunch, sumid was our waiter and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Disappointed that they had added a surcharge on top of the bill ( a few too many cocktails ) which we didn’t realise until we got home and had already tipped the waiter.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Citi Terrace, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. One waiter, in particular, stood out during our visit. SUMIT went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions we had with enthusiasm.

It was mine and a partners birthday this weekend, we came to citi terrace and loved every bit of it! Our server Remsy was so lovely and looked after us so much. We are very great full and happy that he was the person looking after us. The host was also very lovely and attentive. All round a lovely experience!!! Will 100% be returning. I've been here so many times but Submit has been having me soooooo comfortable with his services of being polite and nice and no matter how many times you call him he's still soooooo patient. Having someone into hospitality is always so good and he mere sure that he made you feel so good...

My wife and I visited Citi Terrace last Saturday, and sadly, it was a dining experience we won't soon forget—for all the wrong reasons. The food was a major letdown; the wagyu burger was dry and unappetizing, while the Caesar salad failed to impress. Despite a polite hostess, the service left much to be desired. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the VIP shisha option, we received a dismissive response stated that all of them are VIP 🤣. The lack of attentiveness from the waiter, who didn't bother to check on our satisfaction, was particularly disappointing, as 80% from the burger i returned back. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment, unless perhaps they're inebriated and solely interested in drinks. Even then, it's best to explore other options before resorting to Citi Terrace .

We went for my hen do lunch and had a lovely time. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had some issues with our meal that the staff rectified quickly and professionally by the manager. We would highly recommend. Thank you Citi Terrace!

Had dinner here last week and deffo recommend was outside in the terrace but warm enough, great atmosphere. And was able to be seated earlier and made the 2 for 1 cocktail deal. Food was very nice and good priced. Good place I can imagine for drinks also prior to nights out. Great location and staff were very helpful.

Went here for Mother's Day at 12:30. Our Mum loved the interior. The staff were so welcoming and the service was fast. We loved the food and the portion sizes. My Mum said the steak was well cooked and it was a lovely size. Thank you so much :)

Absolutely horrifc, came here with my friends for a little meal and was served by the most rudest waiter ever. He was old and thought he knew everything. My friend showed him what we wanted more than 3 times and he insisted he got it right. The food came out and he ordered us 5 calamari!! We only ordered one. Not only that he started telling my friend she was wrong? We had to pay for all of it even though we didnt want it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The food was great, very nice, once we finally got to eat. It was valentines night so we were told the kitchens were very backed up, however since they took bookings they should’ve had a rough idea of the people coming and maybe could’ve planned better. An hour and a half wait before we got our starters, but the night was made bearable by our very friendly and hard working waiter Remsy. He tried his best to make sure we were as updated as possible and drinks came fast when ordered, he was literally carrying the night, but again the food was delicious 🤤

My girlfriend and I came here on Valentines day for the special and the service was abysmal. We arrived at 7 30 and our order was taken, it took over an hour and a half for our starter to arrive. Another hour after that for our main course. The response we kept receiving was "oh sorry the kitchen is swamped right now". Having had to book in advance for this place the kitchen should have already known how busy and packed it would have been. Never have I been at a restaurant for over three hours waiting for our food. The time between the courses was so long that we didnt actually feel that full afterwards. The waiter who served us though was great and he was clearly doing what he could to try and keep guests happy though the management let the whole place down that night. Nearly all couples that were there for Valentines experienced the same, as I spoke to some near our table. Many couples quite rightly stormed out after nearly an hour of waiting for any food. Furthermore, the steak my girlfriend ordered was not rare, but well done. The rest of the food however when it did arrive was exceptional but I shall need some convincing to even come back here. Another slap in my face was when the bill came and they had the gall to add a service charge after that, which I made sure I did not pay. Overall an extremely poor service ruined a supposed-to-be romantic night. Sat down at 7:30, left after all that at 11:05. Appalling.

Recently i visited canterbury for a Weekend trip and we were out for some drinks and food, Excellent food and Mr’ Sumit's service at the restaurant was exceptional. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and promptness truly enhanced our dining experience,i’ll highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and knowns.

Came in for lunch with our six week old baby. Drinks and food were superb (recommend the Katsu burger), but the service from our waiter Remsy was exquisite! Couldn’t have done enough for us and his recommendations on the mocktails were superb, he really made us feel special on one of our first meals out the house after becoming a family of 3. Saeed, at the bar, made my experience great, ended up finding out what drink I love, and will most certainly be coming here often now. Outside is nice and warm, super luxurious and premium service, really pleased.

The service and the food is great. The servers are so kind and the crispy chicken is delicious. The seating areas are so good as well.

No idea how to service. My main course delivered before all appetisers. When challenged told food comes when ready. Ceasar salad 20 minutes before rest of mains and side order of chips.

We went there for cocktails and food, then served by best bartender in town "Saeed" He offer us to try his margarita , and made the best margarita that we ever had, we will come back to CITI to visit Saeed more and drink his perfect cocktails, He is brilliant

Emailed to make a lunch booking after the restaurant confirmed (in writing) they were dog friendly. When we arrived, we were told that actually they were not dog friendly. They offered us to sit outside - bearing it mind it was a bitterly cold January day raining & very almost snowing. We obviously declined & instead went to the restaurant next door which fully catered for us in the warm.

Love this place, terrace is always nice and warm and well covered if it rains. Cocktails and food is great and decent value. Waiters are really friendly but a little slow when it starts getting busy.

Friday night we had our Christmas do. There was 20 of us and Sumit (our waiter) definitely had his work cut out for him. He was amazing!! 2 of us came early to set up and took full advantage of the "Buy one get one free" offer on the cocktails. The food was delicious too. The only thing we were a little unhappy about is the discretionary service charge. We knew nothing about this until we were given the bill. There were 3 of us girls left at the end of the night to sort the bill out. The manager got funny with us as we said we didn't want to pay it. We had a tip in cash already so wanted to pay that directly to our waiter. So in the end we took the service charge off the bill. They should really make sure people are fully aware of this when they're booking or just being sat down. It isn't fair to throw this on a bill at the end of the night without any notice.

Citi Terrace is my usual spot for shisha and amazing mocktails. Very nice, friendly and warm staff. I instantly became friends with Sumit and he made sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. Definitely recommend for a chill night out.
