Bad pizza. Pizza base was a cheap ready-made product that was made warm and served with tasteless toppings.

How to fleece people and get away with it: Buy cheap readymade pizza bases, squirt with ketchup, throw on tasteless cheesalike stuff, undercook for slightly less time than needed (easy in tiny budget oven), sell to hungry people who've hopefully never tasted a real pizza before. Don't forget to sprinkle with grumpy staff who make snide comments about customers.. It's true, I heard them insult an old lady once her back was turned! Not just the food left a bad taste in my mouth. Nasty!!

This is amazing pizza and I love it so much. They put on just the right amount of cheese and it tastes delicious. I have been twice and been very impressed each time. The staff were very kind and polite. Very good with my kids.

Wow what great pizzas, no grease and taste amazing. Great for a lunch on the pier. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Took twenty minutes to produce a slice of cheese and tomato biscuit. Pants.

This has got to be the WORST pizza I have ever eaten, it says stone baked but the base was defo a cheap supermarket one, the topping had no taste at all it was really bad and very poor quality it was that bad I give it to the sea gulls and they charged £8.50, let’s just say you can buy a frozen one in Iceland for £1 and it would be better quality DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PIZZAS

Tried the pasta this time and was lovely, my wife is of Italian heritage and stereotypical good at pasta dishes so i know a good pasta dish wich this was. Also competitively priced and had a pizza last year which was nice but I have to say I preferred the pasta. Staff so lovely and even when my 3 year old fell over and scuffed his knee they offered a plaster straight away as well as cooling the little ones pasta as requested so can't fault the service.

That was what my husband announced as we strolled along Herne Bay Pier after eating our shared Pizza from Stone Baked Pizza!!. We were offered a choice of toppings at no extra cost and we could have shared a Pizza with different toppings. With lovely smiles from everyone our Pizza was delivered to our table to join the freshly brewed coffee which they serve in china mugs. With views of the beach and/or sea and the lively atmosphere of the Pier, it was an excellent choice. We could have chosen from their Pasta menu - next time...

Best Pizza I’ve had for my money when eating out. Probably the best I’ve had in the UK. All fresh ingredients. You can taste the difference from other more expensive Pizza take aways and restaurants I’ve visited. Thanks : )

Every time we visit Herne Bay my sons wants to eat here. Even if it’s chilly winters day they are there serving up the best pizzas and can’t do enough to help. The choc and marshmallow pizza now has my son addicted!! LOVE the tablecloths! Keep up the good tasty work gang!

Run by very friendly staff, delicious food. Pizzas are 1 price and can chose from a variety of toppings including sweet toppings also.

We visited here recently and had 2 fantastic tasting pizzas, you impressed my fussy husband as well. So very tasty, one question do you do bbq as well as tomatoe on the base ? We 'll be visiting you again very soon. Thankyou.

We weren't looking for lunch but couldn't resist the temptation of a tub of dough balls each. Baked crispy on the outside and melting with garlic butter inside, they were superb. Don't pass up the chance!

I love what Herne Bay has done with the pier. There's lots food stalls on the pier now and today my boyfriend and I decided to eat here. Friendly people serving, really quick service, plenty of seating and the pizza and dough balls were yum! I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 purely because I think it was a little overpriced for what it was - presumably though because of the tourist-y nature of the pier now, novelty of the hut format and because it's Herne Bay. I'd pay it again though, it was very pleasant to have a pizza on the pier!

Really friendly lady. Very helpful. Made us a 50/50 pizza. All the veggies one side and meat feast the other. Service with a smile!

Ordered a "stone baked pizza" though there may be a wood oven... Shame as ideal location... toppings very simple. OK but nothing to write home about.

Lovely unit serving delicious, freshly baked pizza. Choose your own toppings, sit and relax and soak up all the fun on the pier. Buy by the slice or whole pizza - will split the toppings. Flexible, good service.
