Eight of us went to the bottomless brunch we arrived about seven minutes early. I’d say give or take was told to sit down and every with us dot on the time not an issue , having sat down they come and done our first rings order not a problem at all arrived all promptly and nice then took our food order. Didn’t take too long to come out as the afternoon went on. We noticed they were coming back to us less and less, even when we asked and then when it came to the bill we paid £5 deposit per person and then they told us oh no we only doing the festive menu although we asked at the beginning said no we’ve booked the other menu which wouldn’t have been a problem if the management turn around and say oh by the way, it’s in small print on the website that it’s only the festive menu although we’ve booked the other menu very strange set up with thatunfortunately the staff were a little bit rude and rushed us which I didn’t really understand because it wasn’t very busy but overall not the great experience and I wouldn’t rush back

Of late you can no longer get a takeaway coffee in before work, (unless work is next door), as in their wisdom coffee is now only available from 0830, now too tight a window for some of us in Canterbury to get a decent one before we start at 9.

Ordered two sausage rolls and coffee. After I paid and picked up the rolls both were stone cold. Asked if the had hot or warm ones but said no and not offered to change. Told me they are not kept warm in the counter. Could of told me they were cold and I would have had something else. It was 1-15pm and lunch time. Are they not selling many at lunchtime???

Coffee ok because it was Costa but the bacon bap that I ordered was full of fat and barely cooked. I also had to wait ages for service and had to ask a shopfloor worker if the cafe was in fact open. I would say that even the service at best could be described as indifferent.
