The best restaurants in Patcham Brighton and Hove South East

Lovely tea room at the back of Patcham. We go often for a simple lunch and it’s always perfect with attentive and very considerate service. My old Dad gets very well looked after.

We visited last night for a family dinner and had the best time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and Ali the owner is warm and friendly and really takes pride in creating a wonderful experience for his customers. The food is delicious and portions are plentiful. We will definitely be back!

I have been here before and thought it was a bit pricey for what I had then but last weds I was very surprised! We had 2 coffees, 1 bacon & egg sarny and scrambled egg with chorizo on toast. After waiting about 25 mins I only had 2 pieces of bacon & not enough sauce so asked for more sauce! The scrambled egg arrived on 1 piece of toast which my mate couldn't cut - defo not worth the wait and defo not worth a whopping £26 😮 We'll be having brekkie at mine next time!!

Exceptional fish and chips, the best I've ever had in Brighton. Excellent batter, flaky delicious cod, decent chips and mushies. The service was very friendly and the wait was short, though it was all freshly fried. This will be a regular treat from now on!

I asked for a burger with salad and got given a plain burger with nothing and I live to far to go back. And I told him I live in Brighton so it’s quite far away on the call and he offered me a free burger like I was gunna travel all the way there for that I want my money back. Waste off £10!!

I visited this little gem of a cafe twice whilst driving from Coventry to visit my wife who ended up in hospital in Brighton. The cooked breakfasts were both perfect. Really good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. When I said I didnt want toast with my full English they immediately offered a substitution. Staff were friendly and cheerful and the cafe was immaculately clean. A truly lovely couple of visits at a very difficult time!!

Haven’t visited a lot but what I’ve had has been good. Unsure what is happening as they have been closed since 14th August.

La comida es excelente. Bien preparado. Limpio y con el mejor anfitrión, Kim, en cualquier parte. El primer viernes del mes es el ahora famoso vestirse de día. Muy divertido y un té o café gratis!

Visited for lunch with my Mum & other family members including a 1 year old. Fantastic service by Kim as usual. She is so friendly & helpful. Delicious food.

The order took a while to come, we were told when we ordered that it would be over an hour, but it was well worth the wait! Everything that we ordered was delicious, piping hot and better than expected. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
