Fantastic authentic Napoli pizza! This was the best pizza we’ve had in Brighton, especially take away. We had a Napoli, Diavola and a mozzarella and garlic pizza. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be ordering regularly. We have visited Naples many times and this is just what you would get in Napoli.

I’d like to share my feedback about the takeaway shop. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and maintained a clean and professional appearance. The quality of the food was absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations. The shop itself was clean, tidy, and well-organized, which added to the overall pleasant experience. It’s clear that the manager pays great attention to the process and quality of the food, ensuring a high standard is consistently met. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be returning. I recently moved to the area and have now ordered from Spice Lounge twice in the last 10 days or so. The food is top quality and the Chicken Dhansak I order is as good, if not better, than I've had anywhere....I moved here from London and have been to India many, many times so I don't say that lightly. Abdul is also a very nice fella and when I arrived after trying to order in advance online (network issues) he still gave me the 20% discount and extra poppadums. Jabel, who was helping out, was also a nice friendly bloke. People with this great approach to customers combined with quality food deserve to have a thriving business. Excellent!

The grenadier has been in my life for a long time but recently returned to it after a few years away, it's like returning to an old friend, food lovely, in my opinion best mixed grill around, served on a sizzling plate which just adds something extra, I am planning to make it more of a feature during the summer months due to the very reasonable prices

The savouries seems fine, but the cakes are another story. Today I saw little black flies hovering over the cakes and some crawling on them, especially around the chocolate cakes. Forget the fact they are so expensive, this is not hygeinic and made me feel quite unwell. Luckily as they do cost so much I doubt many people will buy them, but it's just grim.

Have visited this place a lot over the years as it’s close to my mums house and has always done a good curry. However on my last visit, I called ahead and asked if they could do a Paneer Dhansak for a Veggie in the group. They said they could. Sadly though, when opening the curry up, it appeared as though the Paneer Dansak, was just a grated Cheddar Cheese Dhansak (please see pic attached), I called up to clarify that I asked for a Paneer Dhansak, to which they said yes… I said well there’s no Paneer in it, to which they responded “yes, that’s how we do our Paneer Dhansak”. Obviously I’m a bit confused how a Paneer Dhansak can be a Paneer Dhansak… without… Paneer. I tasted it and it was pretty rank. If you can’t do a dish, just say you can’t do it and we can find other alternatives. Didn’t have the energy to complain at the time but felt utterly ripped off.

The Chicken Chow Mein noodles were sticky as though they had been in a fridge, there weren't enough bean sprouts and the chicken was barely visible, small splinters of dark meat. We asked for a meat spring roll but got a vegetarian one. They only take cash too which is inconvenient and a bit suspicious. Won't be going back.
