This place is excellent if you’re looking to get fresh made food, as well diet plan meals, I met DD and Michelle a few months ago and their service and hospitality is 10/10!! I go in for healthy options served with nutritional combinations, no parking costs, reasonable prices and amazing specials , thoroughly recommended. DD also does diet and eating plans and is a wealth of knowledge and works with professional athletes worldwide

"What a hidden gem. Popped in to grab a coffee and ended up leaving with a very healthy homemade portion of Thai green curry. Menu is simple and structured, which is perfect as too many options can be overwhelming. Clearly very popular as had to queue for a short time but really enjoyed the friendly banter between the lovely staff and customer's. They offer fresh, daily specials. Impeccably clean and food hygiene clearly adhered to. If you are looking for a substantial breakfast sandwich or are a more conscious gym goer after a balanced meal or protein shake, then you seriously need to give this place a go. Would highly recommend ".

Very friendly and professional welcome. I was looking for a healthy option and was impressed with the choice. Tasty food, I had meatballs, rice and broccoli. My wife had a falafel wrap as she's a vegetarian and both meals were delicious. Highly recommend and well worth the visit.

Great People, Great food, Great place I Have no been going to Traact nutrition kitchen for a month and having three meals a day. I have also bought family members to Traact to enjoy meals. The staff can help design a meal plan that suits your body and goals or you can simply just go in for great food and drinks. The Owners are very passionate about what they do and the produce they sauce, they will always take time to discuss how things are made in the kitchen or what impacts they can have to your diet and body.

Just goes to show that healthy food can also be delicious. Also stocking Time 4 Nutrition products so gets a big thumbs up from us.

What a great place. So good to have a healthy food option available to grab on the go, along with some of the best protein shakes around. The crema on my double espresso was impressive too! Highly recommended all round.

Really great to see healthy, fresh food in a cafe, had a salad with chicken and rice which was delicious. This is exactly what we needed in Hangleton and I really hope it is successful.
