This cafe is on an industrial site very near to where I get my nails done, so my other half goes for a coffee while I am with my busy being pampered lol. Afterwards I join him for a spot of lunch.
We have tried scrambledeggs on toast, jacket potatoes and yesterday, bacon roll. All very reasonable prices and good quality and plentiful food.
Very useful for office workers etc or anybody working on the estate.
I have recommended to my son and other friends as a good place to eat and get a good cup of tea or coffee.
Popped in for a coffee as had 20 minutes spare before my bus. The cakes looked divine although resisted as I am on a diet. Ordered a skinny latte. Amazed it was only £2 and then £1.80 with my Festival Place card. Much better value than Costa Starbucks and M&S. Can thoroughly recommend.

A really lovely pick me up when I was in a bad mood waiting for the bus because I got new glasses and they look crap. Cheese bean sausage melt to die for. Wish I could go back in and get another but trying not to be a complete fatty.
We celebrated my birthday at the Chennai Express in Basingstoke and everything was fantastic! The food was incredible and the service from all the staff, in particular 'Ash' was superb. Ash ensured everything was perfect for my birthday. Exceptional food and service - 5 stars just aren't enough to give, they deserve soany more!
There’s nothing not to like the staff are just wonderful, food always of a high standard & tasty. We go regularly with friends & family , will have our wedding lunch there in May 2rd , just love Amore ♥️🦋Hilary & Peter
Me and my friends with in to eat 2 weeks ago,(from when I’m posting this review), it was very busy, the server got our table ready after 10 minutes of waiting. WE WERE WALK INS - NO BOOKING so we were happy to wait.
Nice atmosphere, feels like Nepal specially for someone who hasn’t been to Nepal in a long time, this felt like home.
Drinks very nice however mango lassi was a bit off which could have been nicer but everything else was good.
Food was extremely tasty, thakali set was just amazing. That hit all the flavour buds in our tongue.
It was very tasty however we didn’t ready the menu clearly as it states that you have to inform the waiter of your spice level. We didn’t hence is why our food wasn’t as spicy.
Other than that, it was just top tier. We will be back. Hope you succeed.
