The best restaurants in Aston Clinton Aylesbury Vale South East

So lucky to have these chaps nearby so that we can get some decent sushi. Have recommended to lots of people. Like the previous reviewer, we have also done a sushi making class with them but a couple of years ago now. We went with a couple of friends and had a very jolly evening, drinking prosecco and making/ eating sushi. I think we might have to do it again soon actuality.

I had only just discovered this excellent cafe, I had the carbonara which was one of the specials and it was absolutely amazing! Really nice homemade food and cakes, and a nice environment. Such a shame to hear that they will no longer be here after the end of the month, definitely worth a visit before they go!

Amazing food! Great service! If you need somewhere for a special occasion then book here and have the tasting menu - your taste buds will thank you! Also we had a gluten free person and a dairy free person in the group and they accommodated this with the same quality of food - we warned them of this as part of the booking so they could be ready. It’s a quiet place, easy parking outside but if you have the wine flight along with the tasting menu you will make your own buzz I am sure!

Maybe this place is aimed at boomers on final salary pensions. For the rest of us, it’s too expensive. Looks like I’ll be eating at home again.

A golf course with beautiful views, the golf course is well maintained and the signs are clear and complete. Unfortunately the greens are somewhat lacking at the moment. The course drains very well, even after heavy rains. The course is not difficult, but it is a lot of fun.

I popped in first thing in the morning, ordered a bacon sandwich and cappuccino. Both were superb! The granary bread was really fresh,lots of bacon and plenty of sauce on the side for me to put on! The coffee also was great! The cakes on display all looked amazing feel like I must return to try a slice, although think it would take me a while to decide as all looked so tempting!

Very friendly welcome and the food was delicious. They were happy to serve a smaller portion for my elderly mother and provide me with a take home box for the pizza I couldn’t finish off. A proper village pub.
