The best restaurants in South East

Good service, bit disappointed with the quality of the food unfortunately

On our trip down from London, we stumbled across this oasis. Such a cosy atmosphere, we felt like we could spend hours here alone. The coffee was well blended and perfectly presented with a Biscoff biscuit (on the house). Go Here.

Great independent restaurant, food and service great. Only downside is the ambience of the restaurant which is mainly because of the acoustics. Its so noisy to a point where it is uncomfortable, this is because there are so many hard surfaces and the noise bounces around. Some soft acoustic absorbing panels on walls or ceiling would greatly enhance. But food wise, lively place.

Still genuinely one of the nicest places I've eaten ever. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, engaging at the right times and helping with advice and making elthe evening a happy one. Food was really really good quality and competitively priced, we all came away surprised at how reasonable the bill was compared to the top quality meal we had just had. EDIT: After a revisit can confirm as genuinely one of my fave places to eat, and somewhere I'd take someone I wanted to impress. Incredible food, attentive well mannered staff, good prices, good portions. Nothing to improve on in my opinion.

Dine with caution. Some of the mussles served went bad, which I could even smell while they put the dish down.The zucchini dish was recommended by the waiter which tastes practically the same with the big portion side salad.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Ordered a full English which was lovely and like how the beans / mushrooms were in separate pots to add too meal ❤️ also ordered a burger and chips the burger was the best I've ever had !.. service was brilliant too and noithing was too much trouble.. very friendly ❤️ was great to find out they was supporting local businesses with produce too 😊
