Service was a little unfriendly and prices were extortionate. Music was awful and too loud.

Fantastic service every time I visit! The barista is always friendly, quick with preparing drinks, and even remembers my usual order — such a nice personal touch. It really makes the experience feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommend! Thank you John and Luke!

John and Luke always make me feel welcome, they know my order and how I like it and are already making it as they see me walk in, it’s nice to always be greeted with a smile and warmth in the mornings

Had a super busy day, but Starbucks and Maisha made it so much better! The Mocha Frappuccino was the perfect pick-me-up—rich, refreshing, and just what I needed. Maisha’s friendly service and warm smile truly made my visit special. Great coffee, even better service!

I regularly purchase coffee and food from Chatham train station Starbucks. The coffee and food are excellent. The staff are very friendly.

Luke and John offer amazing customer service every day before I get on the train. The drinks are also amazing that they produce.

Lovely and kind staff, Maddie and Charlotte are always polite and friendly whenever I go in. My order is always completed quickly and efficiently and has never been made wrong. It is always clean and tidy with a calm atmosphere :)

They need to accept the app, what’s the point of having this big store , without app allowance. My first experience went worst, drink was not accurate.

What a great coffee shop, efficient , friendly and most importantly lovely coffee . I visit regularly to buy my morning commuter coffee, the service received is outstanding. Luke and John are always welcoming and make delicious coffee, fast !!.

Speedy service , always great coffee and somehow after we’ve ordered the same thing everyday for almost 4 years , they manage to remember our order. Some might call them coffee wizards , we just call them Luke and John.

Usually my experience is really good but today it was very bad. Different staff member who was bit rude and served cold coffee. I had a train to catch and only realised the coffee was completely cold when I had it on train. The staff member attitude was like take it or leave it and didn’t care.

rude staff member. Asked for a latte and ended up with a drink with mostly foam. This placed used to be good.

It's a great place to get a hot or cold drink before you hop on a train. It's clean and welcoming. The staff, particularly John and Luke, are always polite, fast, and professional, serving me with a smile!

I have just visited Starbucks in Chatham, and I can say it was one of the best coffee’s I’ve ever had, the barista John really knocked this one out of the park, with his attention to detail in the pattern on the top of the coffee, and also making me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I don’t usually buy coffee from Starbucks but I will definitely come back after this experience, there needs to be more baristas like John!

i was served in here last week fairly early in the morning. service was good. place was clean and well stocked i was greeted by a smiling young man who told me his name was James i havent seen him there before. he was chatty friendly and helpful.

We had a very welcoming experience, one of the best customer experiences I have had in a Starbucks even with how busy it was L.A still went above and beyond to give us a 5* experience as well as every other consumer in the establishment, honestly recommend grabbing a Starbucks before you get your train!

Almost £6 for a medium hazelnut crunch hot chocolate. I doubt the raw ingredients cost any more than 75p. This was a treat for the person with me, no way I would pay that for myself. I went to the buffet on the platform and got a similar drink for £2 less. The place has no atmosphere or ambience, just souless. The staff were miserable and barely communicated. From my experience of Starbucks is that most of their outlets are the same.

Went in on a Friday morning. Excellent customer service by Jenny, was made to feel very welcome. Drink was made quickly by another member of staff (didn't catch her name as had to catch my train) the drink was excellent one of the best I've had from many starbucks in this area. Went in here last week and purchased a couple of drinks, service was spectacular was served by Jenny and had my drink made by Luke, drink was exceptional just like the service. Definitely one of the best Starbucks stores I have visited and will definitely visit again!
