Love my local Starbucks! All the staff & Owners are absolutely lovely, always greeting customers with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. A special shoutout to John, who makes my day every time I pop in. He tries his best to remember my order and almost nails it each time—so close, John! 😂 But seriously, his effort and dedication are commendable. Highly recommended!

I have just visited Starbucks in Chatham, and I can say it was one of the best coffee’s I’ve ever had, the barista John really knocked this one out of the park, with his attention to detail in the pattern on the top of the coffee, and also making me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I don’t usually buy coffee from Starbucks but I will definitely come back after this experience, there needs to be more baristas like John!

i was served in here last week fairly early in the morning. service was good. place was clean and well stocked i was greeted by a smiling young man who told me his name was James i havent seen him there before. he was chatty friendly and helpful.

We had a very welcoming experience, one of the best customer experiences I have had in a Starbucks even with how busy it was L.A still went above and beyond to give us a 5* experience as well as every other consumer in the establishment, honestly recommend grabbing a Starbucks before you get your train!

I would visit here more if Starbucks fixed the points reward system. Great place and staff but not sure how long it will stay if it doesn’t get the business and people not encouraged to earn points each visit

Was served by Jenny, excellent customer service, very patient while I took a while deciding what drink to get and made me feel welcome. Drink made by Emily was amazing and the best drink I've had in a long time.

Almost £6 for a medium hazelnut crunch hot chocolate. I doubt the raw ingredients cost any more than 75p. This was a treat for the person with me, no way I would pay that for myself. I went to the buffet on the platform and got a similar drink for £2 less. The place has no atmosphere or ambience, just souless. The staff were miserable and barely communicated. From my experience of Starbucks is that most of their outlets are the same.

Went in on a Friday morning. Excellent customer service by Jenny, was made to feel very welcome. Drink was made quickly by another member of staff (didn't catch her name as had to catch my train) the drink was excellent one of the best I've had from many starbucks in this area. Definitely assets to the store.

Went in here last week and purchased a couple of drinks, service was spectacular was served by Jenny and had my drink made by Luke, drink was exceptional just like the service. Definitely one of the best Starbucks stores I have visited and will definitely visit again!

Worker drove my daughter to tears, all because she ‘laughed too loud’. This generation needs to socialise more, should not be stopping them. Treated me like child. will not be going back.

This is the most cleaned and organised Starbucks that I have ever visited in the UK! :)

Seems there were newbies on the job today and they got my coffee wrong twice. Just tasted like sweet milk ratios were completely off. They need further training. Also apparently wrong till so couldn't retrieve my free drink or any points. James B was the name on the reciept. Majorly unimpressed with today's order.

Overcrowded, Tuna melt panini soft not crispy at all. As if it was microwaved

So lovely to come out of the station and feel the smell of good coffee on your way 💕. Is absolutely impossible to miss it. The music and atmosphere makes you enjoy your cup of coffee and be ready for new beginnings ✨️.

It’s a really nice Starbucks in terms of the design and the staff working there. The biggest downside is the prices, which are excessive and much higher than other Starbuckses in the area (and even your regular Starbucks isn’t cheap). Convenient location but the bill always stings.

I was served by Matthew, a delicious Cappuccino and a Danish pastry... delicious! A friendly and lovely team here 😊

I visited this store and was greeted and served by Jenny and had my drink made for by Emily. I must say the service was exquisite and some of the best service I have received in a Starbucks store and I have visited many! So nice to see two happy young ladies who get along with each other and complement each others work, both smiling and courteous, better customer service could not be asked for. P.S. Ask Emily to make you a London Fog, it's simply the best!

Best coffee! Every Thursday I work from the office so in the morning I treat myself to a large coffee with all bells and whistles while I journey into Cannon Street. I forgot the name of the guy who serves me, he is always smiling and his blend of coffee, whatever he mixes, is of a high standard. I am no expert in coffee, but this guy in Chatham train station, hats off to you fella, coffee is always spot on. It's not down to the company, its the skill from this chap. I've been served coffee from baristas with interesting stories to tell, blending specially sourced beans, blah, blah... Not as good. Never change your methods my friend, you will do well!

Was served by Emily and she also made my drink super quick but still spot on considering she had quite a cue. she kept smiling and welcoming everyone and made their drinks promptly. Such a good member of staff.

Nice staff but the coffee shop is always closed when I get there and its around 4pm. Not too sure what their opening hours are?

I’m very happy the guy working at the Chatham station at 9.17 with dark hair was really nice took my order and made my drink so quickly that I didn’t even have time to think the coffee was great and there wasn’t too much ice which I’m very happy with

Another wonderful experience last week being served by the lovely Jenny and Emily, such a great team considering how busy they always are. Always smiling and polite, unlike some of the other young members of staff there who seem to spend more time being flippant with other team members.

Sophie was a wonderful barista!!! such a wonderful attitude and lovely chatting to her 💕 gets all my highest compliments. jenny on the other hand, when i came in 1 or 2 weeks ago, not very friendly but made drinks fine. absolutely love this starbucks and the attitudes given by certain staff members 😊😊

A cute waiting spot in the train station. I had the pleasure of being served by Emily today with Sophie around. The pair were funny and kind and respectful. I often struggle to get syrup in my coffee because this company usually overdoes it. This time it was spot on. I asked for a waft of caramel in my oat latte and they delivered. Thank y'all!

Chatham Station Starbucks, amazing friendly and quick service. Go above and beyond to provide what you need in a quick turnaround environment. Once I rushed over, ordered and paid for coffee telling the barista I would return to pick up as had to get a ticket. Whilst standing in the ticket queue he brought my coffee to me. Outstanding

Lovely service by the two ladies on duty today (23/11/22). Was only visiting the area briefly so had to wait here due to a Train Cancellation, had a tasty Xmas toastie & hot chocolate, the ladies were always working hard & nothing was too much trouble for them 👏🏻.

We always go to this one, because atmosphere and it’s great service.. but Friday really took their professionalism to a whole new level. School kids can be wearing at the best of times, yet they went out of their way to support my daughter when her debit card played up. They went out of their way to make sure she wasn’t anxious and that she left with what she needed. Made our day.. hers especially as I’ll be letting her visit a lot more often xx

It would have been five stars, as staff were great. But it is ridiculous that you can get points bit bit use your rewards, it is the only Starbucks in Chatham. Plus who knew you have to tell them you're a good member.

Brilliant service , but to expensive

It was empty when we arrived, so the service was extremely quick and the staff were very helpful when we had some queries about the sizes of the drinks they had. Price was quite high although it was expected with the high quality ingredients.

Ordered coconut pink, it’s not very good. No toilet , no rubbish bin. A bit rubbish and food remains on every table.
