Lovely staff, very friendly. Great atmosphere.

Good lil pub just off the high street very welcoming and nice. Decent pool table. Visited recently on my last trip back home brought back some good nostalgic vibes

Can be a lil bit like the slaughtered lamb from American werewolf in london when you first enter, but it's a nice clean backstreet pub with a decent pint and friendly staff

Great old skool pub looks small from the outside but actually plenty of room when u get in their and smoking area is covered so keeps you warm.

What a charming pub! The staff were really nice, as were the other patrons. Pool is only 50p, absolute bargain! Toilets and tables were clean, and they put out bar snacks which was a nice touch. Not fabulous if you want loads of real ales, but the pub itself is worth the visit anyway. Loved the Christmas decorations too. Thanks for having me!

Tuesday 28th February 2023 This is a very good locals corner pub in Gillingham that sells a very interesting locally brewed mild from the Nelson Brewery Saturday 17th December 2023 I visited this pub again today. It's exactly the same as my last visit I wish this grand little locals boozer would get more hand pumped ale on there was just Banks mild on This a gem of a pub which with more Handpumped ale on would get 5 stars deffo off me

Our first visit to Gillingham and this was our first pub we found thanks to Google reviews. I can recommend, very friendly with a good bunch of locals. Nice quirky beer garden. Was a great local pub with a nice welcome to Gillingham.

Stopped here for breakfast this morning with my partner. The 'scruffy breakfast' was delicious especially the bacon and black pudding! 🤯 The waitress that served us, Millie, was brilliant. She was friendly, welcoming and gave good service throughout, despite looking like she was swept off her feet with customers and orders.

Friendly local pub. One real ale which was a very nice Scruffy Duck mild

Stopped in for Thursday night dinner and discovered they have Sunday meals only. No worries. Staff gave some recommendations. Then directions! Treated like royalty and escaped the heat for a cold drink. Nice local. Very welcoming.

What a great place to go and have a good old fashioned pint, the two owners Lisa and Jenna are a must, friendly, fun and make you not want to leave and definitely return. Sunday Roast is out of this world. Just a nice place to go with no stress. Everton shirts very welcome

Very nice pleasant bar staff nice ales , from chatham dockyard ideal for couples with children, nice back garden with rustic furniture, plus covered smoking area ,ideal for the family get together.

Great staff, good beer, but I was punched in the face by a 66 year old pensioner for discussing politics with his friend. This has somewhat put me off in spite of the great owners and well kept beer. Hopefully it won't happen again

Friendly little pub very welcoming

Not been in here for many years, since it was known as The Victory. As my wife and I had an hour or so to kill before returning to London I decided to check out this pub as it's not far from the railway station (about 12 minutes walk). Had a couple of well kept pints of Scruffy Duck Dark Mild from Nelson's Brewery. Most enjoyable. The barman, Ian was a friendly guy that made me feel welcome. I'll certainly come back again next time I'm in Gillingham and in need of a pint.

Good little pub tucked away in the back streets of Gillingham. Friendly staff, clean and good food on a Sunday but you have to book well in advance.

Clean pub, with friendly helpful staff, and not too expensive.

If you want a quiet pint this is the place for you. Lovely garden and friendly bar staff.

Then Scruffy Duck. Like stepping back in time. It's brilliant and the Scruffy Duck Mild at only £2.30 is excellent.
