Popped in for some coffees shortly after we arrived in the village for a day out.
Quality of coffee was good and at £6.75 for two, reasonable value. Served in proper cups, bot those horrible disposable ones that they use in Starbucks.
Friendly staff.
Mastercard cards accepted.
Beautiful food! We all had a different dish each and each one was fantastic, lovely flavours.
The staff were so friendly and very attentive.
Wonderful spot and certainly recommend. Will definitely be returning.
Thank you for such a lovely evening.
2nd time in one year we have gone to the Tea rooms having checked the website saying it is open only to find it shut. Would helpful if they updated the website.
Thank goodness for Halfmoon and Balcombe stores for sustanance for our walk.

Our first time here and straignt into the top 10 for me! Don't go for the shuffle board, go for the food. The ribs were massive, slow cooked and fell off the bone with a rich and spicy homeade sauce that was jammed full of flavour. The chicken empenadas were beautifully crisp packages with tender and spicy chicken. Lovely sriracha mayo. Pizzas are wood fired and as good as any you'll find. We had the nduja which has a nice balance of heat and flavour. Service was fast and impecible on a Saturday evening. Will return soon
Love love love French Frank's. My favourite is the crispy bacon classic baguette, but I often have the Caesar salad, and they don't mind if you want to add stuff.
Excellent service from the moment we arrived. The owner, who also served us, was very attentive, and it’s clear this is a well-run family business. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and came in generous portions. We came from London for the Seven Sisters hike and stumbled upon Golden Palace — such a great find! If I ever return to Seaford, I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Original review below from 2017, sadly as of Nov 2023 now seems to be closed. Facebook showed closure as of July but hours not updated. Wasn't open on a Saturday afternoon/evening when we visited.
Fantastic hospitality, great beers. need to come back to try the food!
