Third time in a row that food ordered from this McDonald's via Uber Eats has been missing items.

Absolutely amazing… staff very friendly and attentive… food was outstanding… I had the special lamb rump… cooked to perfection

Great food & service, inexpensive and a good setting. Staff were lovely & knew the menu well to make recommendations. We will return on future airport visits

No hay hamburguesas de ternera para adultos disponibles. Comida sobre precio. El bollo de perrito caliente era duro. La hamburguesa de ternera para niños estaba demasiado cocida y no era comestible. Mesas vacías no despejadas durante más de 30 minutos. Cuero en asientos de banco rotos. Larga espera para ser servido. Tuve que perseguir al personal para obtener la cuenta. No hay servicio al cliente o cualquier pregunta sobre cómo fue nuestra cena. Comer fuera es caro y es decepcionante cuando hubieras preferido no molestarte en salir y comer en casa. Es la peor comida y experiencia que he tenido este año.

Popped in at 5pm for a large cod and large chips. Completely empty. The lady said it’ll be a while as I’ve got to cook it. So I waited and expected fresh hot fish n chips. The cod was good but tiny. The chips were rock hard cold and inedible. Clearly been sitting there hours if not days!! They went in the bin. So I had paid £14.50 for a small piece of cod!!! If that’s what they call large I’d hate to see a small cod!! Literally the size of 2 fishfingers!!! Avoid this place

Met up with a couple of friends for a girlie lunch . We were shown to a great table not rushed at all . Had a great choice of wine and drinks for us and we choose lots of things to share as we gossiped . It was clean and tidy and all staff we encountered were friendly especially Penni the manager . Such a shame it’s closing we will have to find a new place to lunch . Thank you

Went onto Google to look for a brewers fayre. Castle lake came up so we went. Bearing in mind you have all the big signs on the road welcoming all. We went to go in only to find members of public are not so welcome as access to restaurant is for premier Inn customers only. Maybe you should take the sign of the road and replace it with Premier Inn sign only. Very disappointing.

Dreadful experience. Booked a table for 10 people. We didn't know that you had to order food at the bar. When they realised that there were 10 of us we were given a scrap of paper to write down our order. We duly did this, joined the queue only to be told that the kitchen was too busy to take orders and we'd be told later when to come back. 35 minutes later told to go back to order only to be greeted with another long queue. No priority given to the people waiting for over an hour to order. We left, never to return. It looked like only 3 members of staff on, which included the chef!

Great Value for our Family Gathering 16 of us dined at The Sloop a couple of days before Christmas. Staff were really friendly and 'Liker' at the Carvery was a fun character. We were not seeking a fine dining experience, we simply wanted a space where we could together for a meal and drinks.... & The Sloop ticked those boxes.

£6.00 Carvery plus 50% off pizzas. Well cooked, presented well. Lovely staff, very efficient. Clean tables. Family of 4, less than £38.00 food and drinks. Bargain mid week meal out.

Yagik made me a lovely chocolate milkshake and I had a sausage roll. Great service!

For a cheap and cheerful dinner out it is difficult to knock this place. Gourmet it is not but that does not mean bad food. What we had was nice enough and satisfied the family , even the gluten free member. The menu selection was quite wide so there were choices for every one

Stopped here on our way to Hayling Island - we don't usually stop but Easter Friday traffic had been quite bad. Standard Fullers pub menu , we sat in the bar area and ordered from the sandwich lunch menu, Fish Finger sandwich and Sausage baguette, both came with fries and portions were generous. Food was good, service quick. There is a nice big outside area if weather permits.
