No straw, milkshake completely melted, food cold

medium chips containers was half empty

Terrible salad don’t order had brown limp leaves hidden underneath and the chicken was very dry

Chips cold, didn’t receive bbq sauce,drink spilt, napkins wet.

Absolutely terrible chips weren’t cooked and were cold this is just ridiculous

Terrible delivery service, this is the second time that the order has been missing items and all they have to do is return the money, I want the item I ordered and paid for it .

delivered wrong order contacted restaurant and told nothing they could do sohad to reorder from another restaurant so paid two delivery fees not happy

Absolutely ridiculous, if you have no delivery drivers due to Ramadan, stop accepting deliveries! Waited over an hour an half for food to turn up stone cold.

The driver was rude and yelled down the phone angrily at me. The food arrived damaged as the bag had split, the drinks had spilt everywhere and ruined the meal.

My order was incorrect and delivery time kept changing. I received the wrong burger as opposed to the ranch bbq burger and I never received my nuggets nor my coka cola I was instead given a veggie bag and no drink I would like to receive my refund as this is not satisfactory

Your colleague did nothing wrong. Unfortunately, my order was 1.5 hours late which is unacceptable. McDonald’s need to do better

Absolutely furious with just eat and McDonald’s. Driver pressed my buzzer and let him in. Did not appear to my flat front door and clearly stolen my food or given it to somebody else. I thought this is why we had to give codes when the driver delivers the food?!
