McDonald's in Reigate and Banstead

it took 88 days to arrive. not a happy bunny.

I wasn't pleased with my order it was cold and the burger was burnt only thing l ate was the apple pies.

Food was not delivered. App says it was delivered but it was not, I have Ring doorbell so can prove no delivery person came to my door, and on the offchance it went to the wrong house I dont know how since you have to give the driver the code?!

Just perfect. Exactly what was needed.

Terrible if you want to receive what you've paid for.

Freezing cold, asked when picked up, spoke to English. £3 refund in £10 order is shocking.

My order was incorrect and delivery time kept changing. I received the wrong burger as opposed to the ranch bbq burger and I never received my nuggets nor my coka cola I was instead given a veggie bag and no drink I would like to receive my refund as this is not satisfactory

Congrats cold food yet again. The app said the driver had arrived but still no knock on the door so I looked outside and the rider was texting on her phone instead of delivering my cold food. Well done just cold!!!

From ordering to being delivered was an hour. Mcflurrys had half melted as they were quite runny. The chips were soft, cold and soggy

Do not order from just eat wrong order turned up so I reordered presuming id get a refund for wrong food as id had pics but nope they kept my money for both meals deapite not getting one and because i gave the driver the code apparently i excepted it

Chicken Nugget Happy Meal had no chicken nuggets. It was just a McMiserable Meal for my daughter. Received a lousy £1 credit.

Absolutely furious with just eat and McDonald’s. Driver pressed my buzzer and let him in. Did not appear to my flat front door and clearly stolen my food or given it to somebody else. I thought this is why we had to give codes when the driver delivers the food?!

The food was meant to be originally here latest 9:10 and then they kept pushing it back and pushing it back and by the time it actually got here it was cold because it had probably sat on the side inside McDonald’s waiting to be delivered

My order never came. The delivery man refused to come and said I had to cancel the order after waiting over an hour. I have asked for a refund and no one has got back to me.

Food was lukewarm warm and had clearly been sat around for a while. Also your delivery driver refused to come into the block of flats.

Driver couldn’t find house because he decided not to check his messages and made me come outside to get the food. bit disappointed as if he just checked his messages he would’ve found the house easily

Update : despite the fact they prioritise Just Eat etc they are still beyond incompetent and cannot get an order right. Obviously still managed by people who can't find their way out of a paper bag! Missing main items from the order yet again, supposedly checked before sending out with driver but time and time again items are missing. Managers on shift need to be pulled up on this poor level of service, but then again I don't think they care

Arrived within the timeframe, nothing ever arrives ready to eat but I guess that is a big ask. That’s what microwaves are for.

I don’t mind the lateness weather is horrendous what I don’t like is that they spill my tea all the time over the sugar napkins bag yuck

Asked for extra Sandwich Sauce in the Triple Cheeseburger, but actually got Mayonnaise,,, was disappointed with that UNTIL I took a bite,, Mayo in a Triple Cheeseburger is the best thing ever. I just hope it happens again next time

Updated November 24 Saturday afternoon around 4.30 Not as good as it was. Kids Happy meal looked like it was just slapped together with a very messy lukewarm cheese burger cold fries long time wait for service so not worth complaining.. not very clean, tables cluttered with leftovers.. Same problem with the delivery drivers . My previous visit review. Clean and tidy, Polite staff, Avoid it when the School's come out Apart from that it's what it is.. a well run McDonald's Not sure about all the delivery vehicles being abandoned outside while they collect the orders Police and Parking enforcement need to be in regular attendance handing out infringement penalties to get it stopped before a serious incident occurs..

Just is the worst when the delivery driver doesn’t deliver your food coz he can’t read the map even though that’s his job to order food he just drove off and marked my delivery as delivered I watched him drive off I was waving my arms and everything just ignored me and drove off

I ordered it at 8:14 it was delivered at 9:16 usually quite good at getting is to us within 30 mins but an hours wait is a joke
