We booked, paid in full in advance to the 24 Jan pop up in the Blue Jasmine restaurant in Southampton Ocean Village; what a disaster and disappointment it was. Ending our dry January early to celebrate our engagement we paid £170 for a taxi as well as paying for the multi course dinner. No welcome drink and no food not even some bread (despite asking for some) for an hour. After this a table of six left to eat in the Jasmine; we wish we’d joined them as after another our we had only had one starter. After three and a half hours we left in frustration at the lack of food, or any apology. To summarise, Don’t Go AO!
So pleased Dosa Express reopened! It’s under new management so a slightly different menu but still offers a huge variety and all of the dishes I’ve tried so far are top quality.
We went as a group of 15 and had a brilliant time - all of the group was exceptionally happy with their food.
The Mysore dosa is brilliant as were the string hoppers! Truly authentic food and one of the cheapest places to eat in town. Highly highly recommend!
For a good honest breakfast which included bread and butter and a tea or coffee, I couldn't complain about £7.50 which was freshly cooked. There were five different breakfasts depending on what you think you can eat as well as omelette, sandwiches ect.
Had the most delicious lunch at this lovely restaurant in Olney. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had the paste ravioli and had to order another dish of it as it was so delicious
Turned away due to having grand daughter with me.
Wasn’t even allowed to sit out side .
Place was empty shame really as went last weekend for a breakfast nice little place just a shame no family with little ones allowed.
Ordered our first takeaway from the Curry Leaf yesterday with friends. Absolutely gorgeous. Online ordering so straightforward. Would highly recommend!
Always go to Asiana to stock up on all my Asian groceries, have everything you need, such a large selection! The hot gyozas and bao buns available are sooo yummy- piping hot and fresh! Always very friendly service :)
I suggested getting some dinner for my Mum and she said looking at reviews why not try the tasty Thai truck in Shoreham.. We ordered over the phone 20 mins later it was ready and we were not disappointed with the quality and flavour.. it was very very tasty and I definitely recommend A++++
There is no Coles at 4A Broad St, Ramsgate CT11 8NQ..can't remember what it is now because the Google streetmap image is 2 years old and I'm sure that's not what exists there now...
Someone wasted my time...I'll try & see if i can complain to Google & get the rubbish removed.
Lunch with friends. A friendly village pub with really good food. Quite an adventurous menu for a community village pub, I thought. The sweet potato wrap was really well presented and tasty. A member of the group had the chicken salad which was full of delicious ingredients such as olives and sundried tomatoes. Definitely worth a visit and good to support this community-financed venture.
I have once tasted this crunchy, freshly baked baguette in Normandy. It is not relevant to this place, I know! The point is... I always wish I could find something similar in the UK. Guess what! I found it. I had a rost chicken with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce, sandwich in this delicious crunchy baguette. I would rate it as the best sandwich I've ever tasted in Hove. The service was great and fast. Perfection. Congratulations to whoever is behind this!
