Large selection of dumplings, buns and tea. Great place to get a quick and cheap lunch. I wish it was closer so I could go all the time !

Great little shop. Lots of Asian foods to take home and cook. Plenty of bowls, steamers, spoons etc. Here's a tip - they do happy hour from 5pm on hot dim sum

Friendly helpful service and a huge stock for such a tiny shop. Deservedly popular for their fresh dim sum with dips to takeaway or eat in their cafe - but its worth queuing. I always buy my ingredients from here when I’m cooking my favourite Japanese, Thai, Malaysian and Vietnamese recipes at home.

Best Asian shop ever! Products are great, and the staff is lovely and helpful! Their hot dim sums are delicious and their addition to sit inside and enjoy the food there is fab!

Excellent service with super kind staff, super cheap dim sum that was so tasty and warm and is catered perfectly for vegans too, this kept away little shop/ cafe was a hidden gem, had noodles with a drink and some dim sum.

Your stomach will love you if you come here, delicious food and nice staff😁

Really love this place. It’s an absolute treasure trove of ingredients for Asian cooking and the steamed bun selection is fantastic - loads of vegan options! (Also they are half price after 5pm!).

WOW!!! ♡♡♡♡♡ This was very delicious food. Notably, the bao buns here were the best I've ever had (I used to hate bao buns). This place is such a nice treat, absolutely great.

I absolutely love this place. I popped in once to see what they had and since then I've been back every week to get all sorts of lovely stuff. The staff are just lovely and really helpful. Also really like the fact they have fresh thai holy basil, it's so tricky to find!

It's a hidden gem in Hove. Amazing steamed buns and great variety of Asian food. The staff are extremely friendly, exceptional. It's just an extremely lovely little shop with even more lovely people.

This is such a beautiful little place. Ate here with my SO and it’s probably some of the best Gyozas and Dim Sums I have ever had. The buns are so soft and delicious and the lady that works here is so lovely. Will be back regularly.

Wish I'd discovered this place sooner! A great gem on Portland road. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and as all the other reviews say, the hot food is divine! The staff are also wonderful.

I had the BBQ pork bun, spicy mushroom bun and 3 small shrimp dumplings, for £4.50 in total. They were all absolutely delicious. The staff are lovely too!

The size of the shop is deceiving, it's a bit like Dr Who's tardis, not in size but what you discover. There is lots to discover, fresh dim sum, oriental vegetables, pre-made lunch boxes to take away and cook, gifts, a lot of choice.

The bao and gyoza here are unreal, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend! Also very safe and clean with hand sanitizer. Friendly staff too, happy to recommend flavours 😊

Love this shop has all the Asian food goodies you need , with fresh veg and hot yummy bao buns! Very Covid aware with plenty of hand sanitizer and also has beautiful facemasks for sale.

It is a small shop but with lots on offer. Choice of very good fresh vegetables, sweet oranges, giant onions and leeks, flour, dim sum packets, noodles and more. The two young women at the shop are very helpful and patient with advice with people with lots of questions like me. At the moment, they have a one person in the shop policy, and they have antibacterial gel for clients to use. Something to criticize, on some products from the freezer the price is not obvious and you have to ask.

It's so great here. Very cheap and tasty and lots of dumplings to chose from. Stuff does sell out though so always go early to make sure you don't miss your favourite. I recommend the kimchi gyoza and the custard bao bun! The homeade chili sauce is amazing too! Make sure you get some of that! You can sit in or take away and I think you get a bit of discount if you take your own container to take away. Oh and it's an amazing shop too

I love this place! the dim sum is AMAZING and really great value especially at happy hour. The lady who always serves me is so friendly and kind and I really look forward to visiting. There's a great selection of stuff and sauces to put on your food. Highly recommend, cannot praise this place enough!

Amazing Aladdin's cave of Asian food! Ordered some lovely Dim Sum and some random noodles etc (owner/staff was incredibly helpful) and had a gorgeous dinner. Well worth a visit- a worthy addition to Hove - if you are frustrated with the homogeneous shopping in supermarkets this is a perfect solution

Sat outside in the sun one lunchtime. Everything was delicious. Excellent selection of sauces to have including a really tasty home made chilli sauce. Also, great that you can take away hot food. The shelves are packed and there's some great fresh veg available too!

Delicious dim sum and steamed buns, perfect for lunchtime. I enjoy one or two buns with a couple of gyoza and this usually costs around £5 and keeps me full throughout the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Was very excited to hear about dim sum reaching Aldrington area. All expectations were met, with a cabinet full of a dozen different choices from gyoza to buns with a range of filings and prices. All piping hot and absolutely delicious. Shop looks great too stocking lots of Asian ingredients.

Delicious hot steamed buns and gyoza. A real treat and cheap too. It's a take away, but there seems to be a bit of counter in the window if you want to eat there and shelter from the weather.As the name suggests, they sell asian groceries too.
