The best restaurants in North West

San Sebastián cheesecake was unbelievable. Comparing waffles elsewhere to these would be an insult as these were genuinely incomparable. Highly recommended !!!

Japchae noodles with pork were absolutely delicious!! We also had Yangneyom chicken, so recommend both of them!

We had a fantastic evening in this lovely, welcoming Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a starter of calamari and prawns, mains of Ragu and pizza and yummy desserts of cheesecake and tiramisu. All were totally delicious and cooked to perfection. All the staff showed exemplary service and were all very personable. Our young server made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered the building, and built up a great rapport with us throughout our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

A wonderful dining experience with friendly, efficient service. We have dined here twice before and have recommended it to family and friends. Fair prices and excellent food, great selection of wines and cheeseboard on request. Always a different soup de jour and meats cooked perfectly. Fillet steak this evening was faultless. When it comes to Indian restaurants this is on the top of my list. Was recommended bt a friend and we took the chance for a anniversary dinner. Staff were welcoming, approachable and very eager to make our visit great. The portions are amazing, had to get takeaway tubs there was so much food.

We visited here on a visit to the town centre for my husband's birthday. We wanted to find a cafe/restaurant as the one we wanted to visit had closed. Long story short, the food was decent but nothing special. The service was friendly but again nothing special and the place was very clean but felt a bit cramped. Nothing to avoid here, but nothing to make me go out of my way to visit.

Super Pub, plenty of parking, outdoor seating, kids area opposite, great surroundings, Bingo on Tuesdays at 8pm, get early as very busy, weekends Football, Sky, Snooker, etc

Followed recommendations- not disappointed- succulent fish, crispy chips, entertaining service by staff who are so proud of great job they doing - they are, loved it !

I love this gem of a bar in Kirkby Lonsdale but our visit last night was spoilt by the awful attitude of one of the bar staff. We were sat at a table by the bar hatch and as the girl collecting glasses went back behind the bar she picked up my friend’s wine glass off the table and took it away. When we managed to get her attention to tell her it wasn’t actually finished with as there was still some wine in it, she was so rude. No apology or anything, she just said ‘it was empty so get over it’ we tried to explain that she should have asked if it was finished with instead of just taking it off the table but she was extremely dismissive. We would normally have stayed for a couple of rounds but because of her, the rest of us drank up and moved on to another venue

The best Chinese takeaway I've had, by a good margin. Really lovely people run it too. I'm moving away so won't be able to enjoy this place anymore and I will miss Gemini greatly. 谢谢
