Good and decent price for korean dishes.

Great food and lovely friendly service. LA galbi was tender and very tasty. Also really enjoyed the yangnyeom chicken and the half-and-half corn dog.

Picked up an order, accidentally dropped it and went back to buy more and the replaced what I lost free of charge. Lovely food; lovely people.

The family here is so kind- I highly recommend coming here as the food is amazing and they’re great! My husband got food for us for the first time today and they were extremely helpful, even waited to prepare our food until we got there to make sure it was hot and fresh. thank you!!

Tasty curry dish, more so than your average katsu. Impressed. My 10 year old loved his corn dog, so assuming that was a winner.

I've been to many other Korean restaurants in Europe, but this place was unique and served LA galbi, which I enjoyed very much. Even though I was full, I also ate a Korean hot dog called a corn dog, which was very delicious. Cash only is accepted, so be sure to bring cash!!

Popped in for a late lunch, very quiet so we were actually the only two people in there. Sat in the window facing out into the street. Shared a couple of main dishes, which were both very tasty, and then had a corn dog each as well. The corn dog was definitely the highlight for me!

We had very high hopes! Unfortunately the food was underwhelming, the fried chicken although looking delicious was very chewy/tough and served Lukewarm/reheated, you could tell it had been fried several hours ago instead of something fresh. Portion sizes were okay, staff and service was good! Small seating area so bear in mind! Overall we were really looking forward but for the price paid we were expecting more than a bowl of rice and some reheated chicken!

Delicious food, I had the vegan Japchae which was delicious and such a large portion I couldn't finish it all. My nine year old tried the corn dog and we took a portion of kimchi home with us. Staff are really friendly and love the decor and atmosphere. Would definitely go again !

Japchae noodles with pork were absolutely delicious!! We also had Yangneyom chicken, so recommend both of them!

Delicious food here, lovely friendly service. Quite a small space and it's walk-ins only. I think it's cash only too. Half and half corndog with the house sauce was great (stretchy mozzarella and smokey hotdog). The yangnyeom fried chicken rice bowl was super tasty, sweet and spicy. Really good kimchi. The big highlight was the dak bokkeum tang (spicy chicken stew with potatoes) which was absolutely amazing, will be coming back to have that again 100%.

Tasty, authentic Korean food. They have GF and VG options. My personal favourite is no.6 but the addition of melted cheese recommended to me by staff is the real winner! The staff are so friendly here and the food is excellent value for money. Important to remember that they only accept cash at the moment.

It was an amazing Korean restaurant. Actually, I think that most Korean restaurants abroad are just okay for Koreans. This is because it’s very difficult to get Korean food ingredients overseas. But this one is really good even for Koreans. I recommend the JAPCHAE, LA GALBI, and SPICY SQUID. These dishes taste like the ones in Korean restaurants. I’m sure Moiim is the best Korean restaurant in Liverpool👍🏻🇰🇷 While I lived in Liverpool for a few months, I cooked Korean food every day at home, but there were many foods that were difficult to make myself or find the ingredients for, but at the gathering, there were many Korean foods that were difficult to make and had a Korean flavor, such as LA ribs, japchae, squid rice bowls, and seasoned chicken, so it was good. And it was really delicious!! The two owners welcomed us warmly, even though we were all Korean, so we felt like we had been to a Korean restaurant filled with real love. Thank you so much. I will go again when I need proper Korean food🤍

My favorite Korean restaurant!! I visited and ate there twice during my 2 days and 1 night stay in Liverpool. I would definitely visit again if I go to Liverpool 100% Be sure to bring cash as cards are not accepted.

If you’re in Liverpool , this is a must. The staff here are lovely and the corn dog is just amazing (main reason I came here). It is a cash only place.

I loved the food the service and everything, they were very sweet and have halal options which is awesome. One downside is that they’re cash only which is the only thing that limits the amount I come here. But otherwise they’re perfect.

Delicious fresh food, and incredibly friendly staff

I can’t put into words how lovely it is at Moiim. I had emailed an enquiry which was responded to straight away. The following day when I turned up, I was greeted by name and service was fantastic. Food is out of this world ( I wish they could cook for me everyday 😊). As they don’t do kids portions they were accommodating with extra plates and a portion size that me and my 5 year old daughter could share. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank for the culinary experience that my whole family enjoyed.

The real deal in Liverpool! This is a Korean restaurant. Even if they sell it as Korean food, most of them are run by Chinese owners, but this place is not only cooked by a real Korean owner, but all the staff are friendly and the food tastes just like the food you ate in Korea, made by mom! If you want to eat authentic Korean food during your trip to Liverpool, visit this place! I couldn't take a picture because I was busy eating, but it was more plentiful than the picture on the menu. I don’t usually like banquet noodles, but I highly recommend banquet noodles for gatherings!! do. Chicken gangjeong and hot dogs are all delicious. And the owner clearly explains what Korean “affection” is. They provide great service to guests who visit during their travels! Moiim is love!!

I happily travel 18 miles to collect our takeaway. Lovely family run business, always service with a smile, food is sublime, taste, texture, lost count of how many times we have visited, same tasty quality fresh food everytime. And thank you for the extra pickles 👍

Excellent food and lovely small place

It's a really delicious Korean restaurant with a lot of portions and a friendly atmosphere. It's a shame I didn't take a picture, but I ate la galbi, kimchi fried rice, and banquet noodles. The food was very good and I really enjoyed it. Thankfully, they also gave me kimchi and they were very kind. It would be nice if the owner and his daughter cheered for each other more. Next time I come to Liverpool, I will definitely visit haha.

I am Korean and I have to say that this is the most authentic Korean diner in the UK. Hands down. This is actually better than the food that I used to have in Korea. This is legit. Highly recommended if you want to try real Korean food. The staff and chef are Korean and very friendly as well. 👍

They gave us a cup of tea with the kimchi service, and there was a lot of rice and it tasted great! I can truly feel the affection of Koreans in the UK!

It was really delicious because the Korean aunt cooked it herself in the kitchen. In particular, the ribs were the same as Korean ribs, and the hot dog and barley tea were also delicious. It was the most like Korean food out of all the Korean food I've eaten abroad.

Really lovely little place near the bombed out church. Food was delicious, I had the Japchae and it was super super tasty! Their homemade kimchi is incredible, would 100% recommend. The ladies who served us were so so lovely, really friendly and smiley. Thanks again, will definitely be back!

As soon as we walked in they were smiling at us, incredibly good staff. Then once we got the food we were even more impressed, it was incredibly authentic Korean food. The BEST Korean food I've ever had. I definitely recommend coming here, I know I will be coming again. 💜💜💜💜

I went here yesterday with my partner as she absolutely loves Korean Corn Dogs. She was not disappointed and we plan to make this a frequent visit whenever we're in Liverpool City Center.

I lived in Korea for 5 years and this is one if the best Korean restaurants I've tried in the UK. Transported me back. The staff are so lovely too and chatted with my Korean husband. Their winter specials were absolutely delicious and nostalgic. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll visit every time we go to Liverpool. Total comfort and soul food. Their kimchi is also amazing!

Authentisch koreanisches Essen, Kimchi von Großmutters Rezept und unglaublich freundliche Besitzerin! Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Having wanting to come to this place for a long time, I had high expectations of the place. However I was disappointed when trying their dishes, I ordered a half and half of the spicy and sweet and sour chicken with rice and a kimchi fried rice with the pear drink( I think). The rice of both dishes came out cold which was a massive no no for me already. The chicken of both flavours again cold sadly and didn't really have much of a difference in flavours, just plain sticky in general and this really did disappoint me when eating them. The kimchi fried rice was the most disappointing as the most kimchi I had was the rice being red probably from the kimchi sauce/liquids but no sign of any kimchi at all, or if there was any they probably shred it too small so there was no texture at all when eating it. Plus the tiniest sprinkle of nori(seaweed) on the top, which I might say was pathetic. I'd say for the price you pay for the portions you get as well as quality they aren't worth it. Also, the pear juice again having high expectations, it tasted a bit like someone's bad breath for some reason, I'm unsure why but it's how it was. The atmosphere and staff were amazing, that's why it feels a shame to have tried the food and it being so disappointing. I will have to try the other options such as the corn dogs however I might add the options are not many, with probably under 10 options in the whole place and not many vegan options either. Sad to say they did not do Korean food justice and I sadly won't be going to visit them anytime soon.

Found this amazing little place on Berry Street, Liverpool. I loved the fact that they serve halal chicken in their food. The space itself is a bit tight, but that's the vibe. We ordered the Chicken Katsu rice bowl, which was very good. We loved the curry in it. 🍚 Also ordered the Yangneyom chicken rice bowl, which was again yummy. The food was slightly on the pricey side, in my opinion, and they only accept cash. Overall, it was a good experience 👍🏻

Cute little family run restaurant. It was my first time trying Korean food. The staff let us taste the chicken and the kimchi which really helped me decide. When she was bringing our food she put cups of water on our trays although we never asked. She said the food was spicy and that we might need it :) Great food and great service!

한국에서 먹는 한식보다 맛있어요. 저는 김치볶음밥이랑 양념치킨, 잔치국수 먹었는데 세 음식 모두 맛있었습니다. 한국에서 왓다고 하니까 음료도 공짜로 챙겨주시고 사장님이 너무 친절하셔서 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 한국분들은 꼭 방문하시는거 추천드려요!

We chose Moiim when we were walking from China town (Nelson Street), feeling rather disappointed that the restaurants there seemed rather run down or closed. Moiim is just the opposite. It seems to be very new, bright, creative and immaginative. We selected two dishes, and a drink, and were very satisied at a cost of less than £25.00 for two people. The food is excellent, the service quuick, and the tiny seating area was adequate and had immediate views over the street (lots happening!). There are also a few tables outside on the pavement, but not so good if windy. Korean food is worth exploring if you like new flavours and textures. This little shop is not typical Korean, but provides it's own take on the Korean style. The slightly alcoholic drinks are exceptional! and with a screwcap lid you can sample half a bottle and take the rest home. I am now making my own strong plum wine!

Great service and the staff were kind enough to practise Korean with me. Food was very good. The Korean style corn dog was great.

We wanted to try this place for awhile but they're closed on Sundays which is pretty much the only day I have off to spend with my daughter but it didn't disappoint! My daughter is quite a fussy eater and she loved it. Definitely be back again soon!

Divine Korean Fried Chicken, succulent and flavoursome, crispy but coated with a gorgeous spicy hot sauce or a milder sweet with sesame one. We are now regulars and go for the rice bowls (and an extra portion of chicken pieces, not because you need it, the portions are generous, because it's so morish), the radish pickles you get with the rice bowls are so nice its got me making them at home now so i can have a fix between visits. The rice is sticky and soft and so tasty. The Katsu is also very tasty. The kimchi is also very tasty and hot with chilli spice. I find eating these bowls with chops sticks is the best way, it's a good way slow down and really enjoy eating this, its so moreish you just end up shovelling it in with a spoon otherwise. Then it's gone 😔, I think I could eat this till I burst. It's all lovingly prepared and always served with a smile. My Hubby drives 11 miles to get this, it's so good, it's worth the trip. I rarely eat meat but I can't resist this stuff. I thank all the staff at Moiim for doing such a great job, meal after meal, always delicious as the last.

Small restaurant, but an amazing Korean food! Original, not too pricey and tasty. Restaurant offers different dishes and drink including soju. Definitely recommend it!
