We have visited the restaurant twice & on each occasion enjoyed the food & atmosphere. Aisha was a wonderful host & made sure we were looked after & nothing was too much trouble.
The chaat bombs & mango kulfi went down an absolute treat……delicious!
Definitely will be coming back again & recommend this highly.
Lovely hidden gem. Food is excellent, and staff are friendly and accommodating. Relaxed Parisian vibe to the restaurant. Nice alternative to more rowdy restaurant options in Liverpool.
Had the salad bowl with feta & olives - really really nice, great varied selection, super tasty.
It’s a very busy cafe - recommend that you book in advance.
Service is spot on too.
Lots of car parking, lovely decor & doggy friendly.
We absolutely love Lift Up! As very frequent visiters to Chill we are here often. Fab tea and hot chocolate (gold dust anyone?!) and the cakes are epic. Especially love the banana bread and homemade cakes. Food is lovely and even the fussy ones find something.
Would like to visit to dine and drink in a bit more but one member of our family gets a bit anxious in closed in spaces so it can be a bit much as often very busy.
Takeaway is an option available.
Afternoon drink with friends. First visit on recommendation and didn’t disappoint. Greeted by warm and friendly staff who were excellent. Given olives and nibbles as we sat down. Lovely rose blush pinot wine. Dog friendly and reasonably busy but not overly so. Would definitely visit again.
Had a lovely afternoon tea treat from our Grandson today to celebrate both mine and hubbies birthdays 🎉 10th and 14th January. We had to order 24 hrs before and say a preference which our was wholemeal bread and give a time too so we decided on lunchtime.
What a lovely experience it was the staff were so welcoming of us and our little dog (as it is a dog friendly place ) The food was absolutely delicious , in fact we brought some home as we couldn’t eat it all such a lovely selection of cakes , after the sandwiches , crisps , coleslaw . Choice of tea too all served on pretty real china plates , cups etc .
It was a real treat for us both Thank you so much will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family .
Very sorry that Mag has retired. But not to despair. It's replacement in the shape of Nishi Sushi is at leasst as good. Nishi Sushi is more too than just a great place for sushi. A wide range of delicious starters and mains options besides sushi. Veggies well-catered for.
A really good, clean cafe attached to a care home and sheltered housing.
A good range on the menu with friendly staff. Our dog was welcomed and a free doggy sausage provided.
In Rishton visiting a friend and we decided to go out for a sunday roast. Somewhere local. Our firt time in the rishton arms.
On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, who were very welcoming, and we had a small dog with us that was made a fuss of!
We asked if there was a sunday roast on and the reply was ' yes, and also food for your dog' which was convenient .
The regulars were very friendly, chatty, and polite. They really made us feel welcome. Now to the food.....what can i say...the sunday roast beef dinner was the best ive had in a long time!! I live in clitheroe, and ive eaten sunday roast in some great long standing establishments, and this was the best. And at a much agreeable price. My friend and i, and alfie my dog can thoroughly recommend the rishtom arms, i will definitely be back!!
Fabulous food once again. The waitresses are lovely. One showing concern because we hadn't been for a while. Which was nice. The fish stew is my absolute favourite. Cannot fault this restaurant.
Went here based on the tripadvisor reviews - and the food pictures! Food looked pretty good. And it WAS good. Great food and fantastic staff, 10/10 would go again without hesitation.
