The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North West

Just went for a birthday drink.

In a nut shell food is absolutely awful, not sure how a pizza can taste like it’s deep fried with no flavour whatsoever. Chips cold, special sauce lacking anything special, probably bought from local supermarket and decanted. You could probably be drunk craving anything and still be disappointed.

Star pizza staff are rude too busy talking mac in there language/ I ordered kebabs and some other food/ I they didn’t even ask would I like salt and vinegar on my chips and onion rings/ so I asked for salt and vinegar/ he turned his back on me and put it on when I got home it was like he had put the whole salt bottle on my food won’t get my money again

Ordered a take out which got delivered minus the Pepperoni pizza for the kids. After spending nearly 15 minutes trying to call, eventually drove round to collect the pizza. When I got there found out they had taken the phone off, so noone could call and when I mention that I had to drive round and now my other food was cold, they said nothing apart from telling me to heat it in the oven. Was very disappointed as I know people make mistakes but then to be not able to ring, have to then drive to collect, which defeats the purpose of a deliver and then to be only told to heat my food up was extremely poor service. They did offer 50% Off my next order but that doesn't solve the problem of cold food, poor service and communication. Normally we have good experiences from Foodfest but on this occasion when there was a problem, they couldn't care about their customers.

Prices on your website dont match the price you pay when you order delivery.....

Superb hall with very good stands of beers, ciders, pizzas etc...

It is a nice concept. The pizzas taste good too! Pretty affordable for quick midwork lunches.

Amazing food, Wonderful atmosphere and very pleasant/accommodating staff. i would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone in the area or close by. The food never seizes to disappoint and has had customer returning for decades now!

I order from this place weekly, one of the best chippys around. Salt and pepper chicken is amazing. The salt and pepper Sui mais are 10/10. i have never had any issues with the meals I have ordered.

I'm local but haven't visited for some time. The place has definitely gone downhill in that time. Basically it's become a rural McDonalds but with tourist prices. We went for coffee and cake/scone.. Cake and scone came in paper bags..no plates! And we were expected to take our rubbish out to the bins to dispose of it and leave the table cleared but not cleaned. Shan't be going again.

Pizza wasn’t great at all. We stoped ordering chips and burgers from them as the quality has massively fallen. Pizza was usually ok. But last order was awful. So greasy and sloppy. Couldn’t even pick up a slice. Taste wasn’t good either.

Great value for money and great food, the guys behind the counter were super friendly and chatty with customers. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely visit again!
