put garlic mayo all over my child’s burger !! said I asked for it when I don’t even like it !!!! wasn’t even prepared to change it will never order again.

Absolutely disgusting food stale barm on chicken fillet burger 🤢 the chicken was grim. The chicken nuggets in kids meal was grey and tasted awful chips wasn’t much better either it was hot the food but the quality was very very poor and the delivery driver undercharged me when I mentioned it he said he didn’t have change and went to drive if but then miraculously found change how rude and cheeky to just take my change and assume I was tipping him pfft this place has gone downhill safe to say I won’t be ordering from here EVER again foods shocking 👎

over charged £35 for my food, refused to give a full refund and when asked about it became confrontational and rude, was very patronising towards us when asked about it telling us we can’t remember it and essentially calling us liars, when the man working on the till did not tell me the total or show me the card reader

Party of 24 ended up having venue to ourselves due to restaurant only having tables/seating for that many...so perfect. Hollie was outstanding all the way through the lead up to our reservation, nothing seemed too much trouble even when I changed pre meal an order last minute. Jemima had only stated tonight and she did brilliantly especially as my family arnt quiet 😄. Would highly recommend paolos and I will definitely visit again. 😊

Had both a Margarita and a Salami. Delicious!

Terrible food. All the kebabs were put into tortilla wraps with a bare hand previously dipped in mayonnaise. We asked for a refund, but the owner threw the kebabs into a bin and told us there was no refund of food with a disgusting smile on his face. Stay away.

Everything was amazing we come for breakfast and the poppy seed bagel the big apple stack was very beautiful
