Best in town, excellent food, very friendly service, well recommend, oh and the chips are to die for, fractionally off being as good a the chips my mum made when I was a young lad

Young servers great .food not so much soggy under cooked chips .patty no taste sure it was smash hardly any cheese in it .won't be back again.

Beautiful fish and chips, amazing kebab meat and sauces, the salad is always super fresh and crispy as is the batter! You can smell how clean and fresh the cooking oil is whenever you walk in. Truly a hidden gem! Now our new favourite place! Highly recommended.

Regularly (2-3 a month) phone an order in for collection. This order: large house special kebab with salad, extra large shish & chips no salad. No kofte in the special, shish was chewy, fatty & inedible, in both orders half the box was packed with rice. In a kebab??? A salad included that wasn't ordered or needed, similarly with random chili & ?dubious coleslaw. Disappointed & finding another kebab shop that does good kebabs, can take orders correctly & is value for money.

Got to admit its not as good as it used to be 👎 over £11 for fish and chips which is ridiculous

It is definitely the best. There is a huge variety of food to choose from and the service is speedy and friendly. The fish and chips is just perfect, always piping hot and fresh.

After being a customer for several years, I was appalled with the service I received today, when I rang up to place my order, the girl on the phone was very rude and told me that it would be ready in 10 mins, 25 mins later I eventually got my order took it home to realise they completely got the order wrong, to say I am not happy, would be an understatement.

This was one of the best takeaways in town but has now changed hands and has gone way down hill, our last two orders were not good the fish was dry and the chicken kebab tasted like it had been sprinkled with chicken oxo, a far cry from the lovely taste of the marinade it used to have and the chilli sauce isn't the same tastes like waterd down ketchup with chilli, shame as it used to be so good.

We have been coming here for years as it was the best chippie in Carlisle in our view. It looks like it has changed hands, our fish and chips this time were no where near the quality we took for granted, the chips were luke warm and whilst the fish was fresh the batter was flat and stodgy. Might have just been an off day, I'll go back and try again in a couple of weeks, hopefully it will be back to the old standards, if not then we'll be finding somewhere else.

Great fish and chips the best i've ever had. Great service and clean shop. I would now like to add to this old review. They are under new ownership. The fish has gone way down hill. It had this heavy greasy batter. Disgusting.

Nice friendly staff and the food is always good. I would recommend any of their munchy boxes!!

No matter what I order it is always delicious. Been ordering from here since its opened and it is always spot on. Shop is always clean and the lads are always well presented and polite. Delivery isn't available which can be a little inconvenient but I don't mind going and collecting as it's always worth it. Dont waist your money going anywhere else!!!!

Phoned order in, ready when arrived. pizzas were fantastic cooked perfectly. Chips could have done with a few minutes longer cooking time, but still edible. Will use again.

I have never been a kebab fan, BUT honestly if you love special mixed kebab and the lads will give you tortillas instead of pitta bread it's well good I'm a chef myself and the lads cook and season a lovely kebab oh yes best kebab in town and I am getting a bit bored of giving the boys such well good reviews,PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD BIT OF TAKEAWAY JUST GO TO DANTES

Fantastic , friendly service. Very busy but very much due to great value for money , food is fresh , tasty and lovely quality. Highly reccomend hence the 5 star well earned and deserved rating.

Please avoid this take away at any cost. I had a donner kebbab from this takeaway and it was propably weeks old stored in metal pot for food they dont sell the same day. Rude and unwelcome atmosphere Pricy to compare with other local takeaways. Do not go unless you want to get food poisoning and be off work for a while.

Do not order by phone as the kids that answer the phone can't take te orders properly. And don't order your food desperate as they charge for every single part which makes it very expensive,when you question this they look dumb and try to say you get more so you pay more???
