FoodFest in Fylde

Ordered a take out which got delivered minus the Pepperoni pizza for the kids. After spending nearly 15 minutes trying to call, eventually drove round to collect the pizza. When I got there found out they had taken the phone off, so noone could call and when I mention that I had to drive round and now my other food was cold, they said nothing apart from telling me to heat it in the oven. Was very disappointed as I know people make mistakes but then to be not able to ring, have to then drive to collect, which defeats the purpose of a deliver and then to be only told to heat my food up was extremely poor service. They did offer 50% Off my next order but that doesn't solve the problem of cold food, poor service and communication. Normally we have good experiences from Foodfest but on this occasion when there was a problem, they couldn't care about their customers.

So disappointed after tonight's food. The kebab meat was crispy, clearly it had been sat, drying out and the chips were just a soggy mush. Straight in the bin! Looked like the delivery driver had been off-roading, judging by the state it all arrived in, squashed and all spilling out. Sad but I won't be placing any further orders.

Ordered on a very busy Friday night and still received the perfect order! The chicken kebabs and meatballs were perfect!

I have been eating here for close on a decade never been disappointed , immaculately clean , reasonably priced , good portions , your not getting it any better on the fylde coast . The management know how to run a business. About time they won a award in my opinion . Highly recommended .

Do not eat here if you have an allergy- Tried to call to order take away asked about allergens and there reply was “we’re not aloud to tell you about allergens” - had absolutely no idea and was told not to eat there if we have an allergy, therefore not meeting the legal requirements- shocking

Live locally and ordered a few times. The food is always brilliant. We’ve had a lamb shish and pizzas tonight and it was perfect 👌👌

Really nice chicken kebab with good bbq flavour, and an equally good rice dish, packed with a variety of veg: peas, French beans, sweetcorn. Then a big box of mixed salad as well, and only £7 the lot. Excellent value.

I must rave about the quality of the donner meat. It was the best I have ever tasted. Amazing.

Rude delivery driver and horrific food!

The first time we used this establishment, it won't be the last the food was spot on my wife had the salmon dinner myself. I had the lamb fillet in a rich tomato sauce. Plentiful side dishes came with the meals too be honest you could feed 4 people.

Fabulously fresh and beautifully cooked food. Great flavours with perfectly cooked meat.

Just the most fantastic food here. I always get the pide bread, lamb shish kebab and a different starter each time. This time it was bbq ribs. So delish! Enough here for 2 days and toast on Sunday. Never had a bad meal here. People are terrific!

Lamb was very tender and aromatic, salad crunchy and fresh, the wrap perfect. The houmous was one of the best I've ever had. Fantastic place!

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, no communication, couldn't get through on the phone. Food was cold and seemed like it had been sat cooked for a while.

Always amazing, I cannot say enough about your food. We do normally need to order well ahead as delivery times are long, but that is because it is always so good and you are always so busy!

Having spent a miserable few days in bed feeling unwell, the only option was to ring through an order. What a great decision, the pizza was absolutely fabulous and the salmon was just mouthwatering. The profiteroles were just divine. Thank you so much. We are never disappointed with our orders.

I can honestly say that this was the nicest lamb my husband and I have ever had! The salad was crispy and fresh along with a lovely flat bread! The yoghurt and mint sauce - PERFECT! Will definitely be ordering again ASAP x Thankyou v much

Another excellent meal from FoodFest. We had the kebab banquet, thinking we’d have loads left over to have for weekend sandwiches. We weren’t wrong! Meat was lovely and tender, well flavoured and with lots of chunky salad (not just lettuce!) to go with it. Top marks guys 😊

We always get good food, delivered hot from Food Fest. Great service. Their Chicken Shawarma is excellent, big portion size too. Good attention to detail even with the side dishes. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Not great. Food arrived cold, burger was rubbery, chips soggy and even the can of drink seemed flat and perhaps out of date.

Only the second time we have ordered from Foodfest but have been delighted both times. Well done Foodfest!

Brill never fail to disappoint

The food was crap. It was very COLD and the "kebab" was on a crispy tortilla. Wheres the pitta? Load of rubbish! The chips ate the worst around here too. We also never asked for olives in the kebabs and got them in both. Will highly recommend nobody to ever go here.

Food was cold, seemed smaller than I remembered and with far less toppings. Very disappointed.

The chips were delicious as was the burger. A little bit more pineapple would have made the burger perfect. I was disappointed that the delivery man stayed at the communal front door and ignored the fact that I was buzzing him in. I live in sheltered accommodation and I am disabled (although that isn’t immediately apparent). I could have done without having to walk to open the front door rather than the man coming to my personal (ground floor) front door. He said he wasn’t allowed to come into the flat. I said he wasn’t as he was stood outside the communal area. This is the first time any takeaway delivery person has not come to my personal front door. Sadly, even though the food was nice I probably wouldn’t order again because of this. It was nearly an hour early too and I was very hungry so thank you for that.

Lovely food delivered right on time by very pleasant man!

Order was marked as delivered when it hadnt arrived - When I called to ask where it was they at first said they had marked it as delivered by mistake, then they changed their mind and said they had tried to deliver but no one answered the door (they hadnt at all - we were sat waiting for it in the front room with the curtains open). Food arrived nearly an hour late and was cold. Abysmal from start to finish.

Best Kebab I've ever had and 8ve had kebabs all over UK. The charcosl flavour and quality was first class.Also had a pizza my Italian wife said that was excellent too Won't order from anywhere else when I'm in Lytham

Disappointed with this take away. I ordered lamb kebab and received chicken. The bread wraps fir the kebabs were dry and crispy son and my son had a piece of plastic in his donner kebab.

I ordered a £15 charcoal special which I thought was a bit expensive but fancied a treat. I can only describe it as utterly delicious. It would easily have fed 2 people. I have never had meat cooked better in my life. I don't know what Michelin restaurant they kidnapped the chef from but he knows how to cook meat. Very very impressed.

Went for something different. Quality meal once again. Had mushrooms followed by the moussaka. Normally go for the large mixed kebab which is excellent but fancied something different. Great choice.

Fried chicken looked like it had been re fried a few times. The restaurant replaced it but it was just as bad except for a couple of pieces. Did not eat it.
