I like this pub and it's so close to being perfect with a few adjustments.
Wheelchair access is round the back. The door is narrow and there is a slight lip, which could do with a ramp.
The disabled toilet is just about usable if you don't need a carer with you or fancy turning around. You can't get to the side of the toilet to transfer because of a huge wooden baby changing table, which is also unusable as it's covered in rubbish.
The red cord doesn't always work. If it does work, the staff just seemed confused by the funny noise. I pulled it as I couldn't get out as rubbish stopped me from exiting.
It's mainly a drinking pub. Apparently, there is food, but it never seems to be on when I go there and there's nothing suitable for vegans anyway.
We visited Istanbul Grill in Cheadle today to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. There were seven of us—five adults and two children—and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming.
The service was brilliant. The team was so friendly and attentive, and the whole place was spotless. Special shoutout to Jengis, who looked after our table—he was fantastic! So accommodating, funny, and genuinely made us all feel at home. He interacted brilliantly with my nieces and really added to the joy of the evening.
The food was amazing. Every single dish was cooked to perfection, but for me the chicken, lamb chops, and that garlic mushroom sauce really stood out. Absolutely delicious!
To top it all off, the staff sang happy birthday to my mum and made her feel truly special. It was such a lovely touch and really added to the celebration.
A huge thank you to Jengis and everyone at Istanbul Grill for making the evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Lovely food and comfortable atmosphere plus a massive thank you to Aeron and Josh for the fabulous service who always go above and beyond to make your experience special :-)

I went on Saturday 26th April with my mates for bottomless brunch . It was absolutely fantastic food and drinks and was great table service by Steve and another lad. Would definitely go again . All the staff were friendly.
You can feed a family of four for £20, and that includes two kids drinks (two beers will bump this to £30 if you're drinking). The meals have vegetables, and they're always done "properly". This makes them cheaper and more nutritious than most options for busy families that don't want to cook for a night.
The service is really nice, they're always kind to the kids and they have a collection of toys (naturally, missing a few pieces here and there, but clean) to keep them entertained while waiting for the food.
Their beer isn't going to blow you out of the water but standards like speckled hen are on offer and the prices are reasonable. But for families this local is a credit to the community, and has become our default choice for any dinners (and, at the weekend, breakfasts) we don't want to cook.

Please could someone ring me or answer my email enquiry about the recent Afternoon tea we had which was so disappointing for Mother's day. The phone wasn't answered and I have written two emails and a Dm on Instagram
Thankyou
We enjoyed a lovely Easter lunch at the Ladybrook today. Once again, the manager, Darren, and the staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel extra special. The food was lovely as always and it's great that there is a senior menu with smaller dishes for those with smaller appetites. Highly recommended for a lovely meal and a friendly atmosphere!
