The flavour wasn’t great and the texture was grainy in the curry. Chips and peri chicken just ok.

Outstanding customer service the small man with the grey hair and grey beard probably has a qualification in customer service because I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was amazing as well.

Best takeaway ever.Great to have the choice of grilled veg and sautéed potatoes absolutely delicious enough for two people.

Livery friendly service, I had a drink request which was not quite on the menu which they kindly accommodated! Greek meze was delicious and great value for money, loads of choice and just the right portion sizes.

It was nice to have our first meal out since lockdown. Good food and good service, nice to meet up with our friends again . Thank you all

Myself and my husband had a lovely lunch , a 2 course meal for under £13. Food and service was excellent . Definitely looking forward in dining at the Istanbul Grill Marple again.

So unbelievably sad to see the end of this fine establishment! I have been a customer since 1980. Simply wonderful! Mario's front-of-house skills coupled with Gianni's cooking (and drumming) expertise meant a night here was always a special occasion. In fact, although it could be argued that a restaurant should be judged primarily on its culinary qualities, it was the combination of service, food, ambience and bon homie that made Mario & Gianni's stand out. Birthday meals, romantic meals and company meals - all were hosted here with aplomb! A great loss to Hazel Grove. Footnote: I went to visit Gianni at the hospice when the cruellest disease of them all was taking him. With characteristic joviality, he said he was looking forward to meeting David Bowie and Elvis. 😊

Place is a joke! Ordered food with a request of if it’s gonna take to long don’t worry I’ll order somewhere else 3 hours later no delivery f**king fuming and to late to order from somewhere else. Useless. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Wasn’t greeted warmly, woman with gingery hair just did a half hearted smile. Looked stony and hard faced. Ordered our food at 3:40 and it didn’t arrive until 4.30. We asked what was taking so long and was told “ there is only one chef, the other one called in sick”. Fair enough but at least let people know when being seated/ordering food that there is a wait. There wasn’t a “sorry” or anything. The baldish man with glasses was so rude, he just gestured over to the other side of the bar whilst still looking at his phone when we were trying to complain. God knows if he was meant to be a manager, if he was he’s needs a lesson in customer service and some basic manners. When we asked could we have a couple of drinks as a gesture of goodwill he just said reluctantly “I’ll sort it in a minute” barely looking up from his phone. So rude. And when the woman with gingery hair came over with the free drinks she wasn’t apologetic or anything , quite hard faced. The only plus is the food was good. That’s it. The staff are miserable as sin. We purposely left the table in a mess as respect works both ways!!! Avoid for sure.

Ordered this through just eat. The food came all spilled and ruined in the bag. I did not get my veg spring rolls, or my iron bru this order cost over £33. The food I did eat made me violently ill. When I spoke to them about a refund, they said as I did not take pictures, they cannot help. Will be contacting public health regarding the hygiene standards of this company, I have never felt so ill before from food. Awful food and even worse service.

The weekend pub to go to for bands and the staff are amazing x x
